Even though I've been getting waxed from various places for a year or two, I still get kind of nervous and awkward but she really does make you feel like you're best friends lol given the service provided, you might as well be! Tambra, you are amazing! I got my first Brazilian wax ever a couple of months ago at a different salon where they used hot wax and muslin cloth to remove my unwanted hair. I had the WORST time ever with that method and not only was I in pain during the waxing but afterwards everything still stung and was extremely red well after 24 hours. That awful first experience was traumatizing and it took a lot for me to even give brazilian waxing another chance. Fast forward to today, I saw Brazilian 360 on Groupon and decided I'd give waxing one more chance and i'm so glad I did. Brazilian 360 is actually located inside an office building that houses a bunch of different businesses. They're located on the first floor and you'll find that the door is locked when you try to open it. No worries because Tambra will get to you right away unless she has a client in there before you/you're there early. It's a small room so it will just be you and her. Once I got in and told her about my traumatizing experience, she took the time to explain everything to me, how the waxing process works, how the hair growth cycle works, etc. She uses hard wax so no muslin strips will be used and it is so much better! It doesn't tug on your skin as much and I barely felt anything honestly. I don't think I can get waxed anywhere else now! She is so great at what she does! read more

Ok...i decided to try Brazilian360 out because i saw all the great reviews and i thought to myself , is it really that good???? Well it was more than good. It was great! I always get nervous with waxing but i was at ease with tambra. She's so nice and her spirt shows. She goes over the entire process. She explains after the wax care. Treatment of the skin, and gives recommendation to products that help exfoliate the skin. I have already set up my next appointment. And I'm not nervous for either. :) read more

If I wrote this review after my first bikini wax I probably would've left 5 stars. It was my first wax ever, Tambra talked me through it but also didn't pause she just got it done and got it done fast. It lasted me a while, smoothes skin ever and I had no ingrown hairs. Which is why I like this place still. I almost never get ingrown hairs here. When I went to European wax idk if it was the wax or the way they store it maybe there's more bacteria in it creating the ingrowns but I was covered for weeks. So Brazilian360 gets kudos for that, I think it's cleanliness and quality of wax. Anyway, the reason I'm not doing 5 stars is because my second and third time coming to tambra was very disappointing. She never tweezers strays, often feels rushed, and broke so many hairs that it didn't feel like i was even waxed. My major thing was just that she finished the job without it being quality. So I won't be coming back because of that. Great place to try for your first time though. read more

I used to use European Wax Center, and booked whoever was available (no steady waxer), and boy was that a mistake.
