I've also gotten a personalized facial and dermaplaining. My face was hydrated and super smooth. After that, my products at home felt like they were giving me more bang for my buck. I've gotten waxing services from her as well. She takes great care to make this service as comfortable as possible for you. I mean, it's not the most pleasant thing in the world, but I've had wayyy worse experiences. It's worth it to give her a shot to change your mind about how bad waxing is. My technician was pretty much on time. So, you may be wondering why the three stars? Well, I'll break it down for you. When I was taken back to the room for my appointment, the person that was doing my service SEEMED very knowledgeable. I was getting eyebrow lamination, getting my eyebrows dyed, getting my lashes lifted and also dyed. Everything seemed to be going well during the services, but that all ended when she was done and handed me the mirror. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. My eyebrows looked CRAZY! I was in shock, they were HUGE and black. Theres NO way she thought they looked remotely good. She did tell me that they would calm down after a few days, that they just looked like that because I just had them colored. Mind you, I have black hair, so they shouldn't have looked that crazy. I mean, they took on a life of their own. A few days passed and they still looked like they were about to jump off my face. I saw my sister about a week after I got them done and she said... WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR EYEBROWS?!?!? I was like... its good to see you too. I mean the brows were very noticeable. Its been awhile now, and they aren't like they used to be. Thank goodness, but it did take awhile. She also didnt do a very good job shaping them, and I noticed some of my brow looked like it had a small chunk out if it. That part is still growing back in. I also dont know what's happening, but some of my brow hairs are LONG. I don't know how that happened, maybe its just a sign of aging, but I do wish that she would have trimmed them and gave me some kind of shape to them. Needless to say, my brow experience wasn't the best. My eyelashes on the other hand looked great! I loved them. I'd go back for my eyelashes again, but I'll leave my brow work to someone else. When I was leaving and went up to pay, they rang me up. I noticed that there wasnt a spot to leave a tip. I asked them and they said that they were a no tip spa. I wasnt mad about that at all. So my experience wasn't the best, but I think that it wasn't super bad either.

However, as I was leaving today, I noticed I hadn't received a receipt so I asked for one. When I got to my car and reviewed it, I saw I had been charged an extra $10 for a "nail fix." That was confusing to me because I came in for a builder gel set on my real nails and they had done my previous set as well. I went back inside to ask about it and was told by the manager that the charge was because I had partially removed the gel from two of my nails. I explained that the gel had started peeling after two weeks, so I removed part of it myself this morning knowing I was going to come get them fixed after work today. My main concern is not necessarily the $10 itself, but the lack of transparency. Three different employees assisted me today between my pedicure and gel set and at no point was I informed there would be an additional charge. When I asked why no one thought to alert me, I was told they "thought I knew." Very odd response for it only being my 3rd time. I was initially excited to find a new nail salon that provided good service and transparent pricing, but adding charges without communicating them beforehand (and then making excuses for the lack of communication) makes me reconsider returning
