Very pretty lights and a nice walk around the neighborhood! One of the residents was selling hot chocolate, and another had a live nativity scene. It was very enjoyable. I hope to come back again and recommend it to others. :)

With the angelic host proclaim: "Christ is born in Bethlehem" Hark! The herald angels sing "Glory to the newborn King!"... 5/5 Christmas Spirit. We've been coming to Brea for the Christmas lights for a few years and we've always enjoyed the creativity. From the joy of the neighbors passing out candy canes or singing Christmas carols, you and your kids will enjoy the Christmas Light neighborhood. 5/5 parking. Park and walk. Biggest tip is to stretch out the old legs and walk around the neighborhood. You can drive which most people do but I feel rushed with so many cars, the police do a great job of funneling traffic. We park at the Olinda elementary or Brea Sports Park and put the kids in our Bob stroller. Hope you had a Merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year. God bless

Such a fun and beautiful neighborhood! This is my second year walking through the neighborhood and it was just as fun to see all the decorations. Everyone is pretty nice and also enjoying the holiday spirit. It can get pretty crowded at nighttime. I recommend going earlier in the evening if you want to avoid crowds. Also, bundle up as it can get pretty cold at night! You can park at the Olinda Elementary School area or honestly, any street parking nearby and walk over. There's also an option to drive through but I just love walking and taking pictures!

Love going to see Christmas lights here! My family and I have been going to this neighborhood for years now and it never disappoints. We love walking through the neighborhood instead of driving to get some fresh air and exercise during the winter haha!

Very fun and cute experience! My partner and I walked through the neighborhood and it was a good way to see some christmas lights for free! We had so much fun seeing all the houses with the unique decorations and lights.

Have you ever been here? This is the best Christmas lights neighborhood in Brea the entire neighborhood most of them decorate their house and people either drive through or walk it with hot chocolate it's wonderful. It's beautiful you can see all the beautiful lights and decorations that people took their time to do it. I love this neighborhood. We have come here for so many years and baby girl loves it so much too. I hope you get to check it out if you haven't, I saw my Yelp Friend in Orange County have been here as well. That's awesome. I'm happy you all enjoyed it too. It's great for everyone. Some homes they give out hot chocolate when it's really cold. This year they had bands and music and people singing and playing which was amazing. People sit outside with their fire pits watching the cars and people walk by we see kids and laughter. It's a place you can make memories every year for Christmas. They have set ups so you can take pictures. Its really magical here, I hope you get to check it out if you haven't yet. There is nothing more special than seeing the laughter, love and smiles in baby girl seeing the lights it's the best feeling in the whole world to see her smile. I hope you feel the joy and Christmas spirit seeing the lights too :) Thank you to Brea neighborhood for putting this spectacular lights up every year for us all to see. We truly appreciate it. Have a magical Holiday and day :) be kind to everyone Aloha

This place is such a great spot for dates, family outings, or just a friendly walkthrough! Personally I recommend bringing your own hot drinks and taking a nice stroll through! Sometimes they have live performances which is great! The weekend is very packed and can be backed up for over an hour!

Opens around the first week of December. Usually SUPER busy to drive through and it's also very safe to walk through the whole neighborhood- both experiences are fun. My family & I come each year & it's always a beautiful time.

What a great find thanks to Yelp! I never knew this neighborhood was so close given my 8 years in the OC! I'm not certain we got to all the houses, but we definitely saw a good amount of them! We started out in the car but my toddler couldn't see much due to his height so we ended up parking across the street and going at it by foot! Kudos to these people because they really went all out and understood the assignment. From Star Wars themed houses, Dodgers Santas, beachy christmases and traditional lights, this neighborhood had it all-- and for free for gazers! Someone was going around in a golf cart wearing a Grinch outfit and they stopped to take photos with kids, one house even had a whole nativity scene with LIVE GOATS. Was not expecting that, but their whole family was dressed and ready to play the part! All in all, this was a great time for the fam! As others mentioned, there are no public restrooms so just keep that in mind for your kids!

Lucky for me, the weather was fantastic this past weekend, so we went! We arrived shortly after they opened on Sunday morning. There is a church down the street you can park at for free, but we found a spot in the neighborhood next door. Admission is free. There were a handful of vendors with jewelry, art, books...honestly we didn't check anything out, we were there for lunch. They have a highly organized system that I enjoyed. There are a few booths with menus for all the food vendors. Tell them what you want and they will ring you up for whatever you are buying, then hand you scrips to pay with. You cannot buy anything at the food booths with real money. I liked this cause it minimized the wait times in the lines for each food vendor so you don't need to deal with people figuring out what to order, how to pay, or people counting change. It's so streamlined and easy. For $40 we got a Polish beer, a bottle of water, a "dinner" plate, and three potato pancakes. The dinner plate was bread, a large heaping of sauerkraut, three potato & cheese pierogis, one kielbasa (your choice of smoked or fresh), a cabbage roll, and condiments of horseradish cream, mustard, and ketchup. All of the food was fantastic! Our favorite was the potato pancakes, which were savory, yet served with a sour cream that was kind of sweet, applesauce, and powdered sugar. They were sooo good! They had a couple things for kids, face painting, fake tattoos, a picture area to pose in. It was cute. There was a stage and we heard people would be performing soon, but we left before that got started. I would love to come again next year, if the weather is nice again!

I think I was a little hesitant because in my head I was thinking how good could possibly really be? In my head spaghetti/pasta is something I can make it home and almost thought it a waste of money to go out of my way to go out specifically to eat this dish. I ordered the Arrabiata pasta with the sausage. I'll admit I was a little thrown off by added cost of each tolling and also added cost of the Arrabiata sauce and I also did wait until a fair amount before the food was ready for takeout. But the pasta really blew me away. I'm still thinking about how good it tasted. I would definitely come back and I actually wanna bring my dad who loves spicy pasta like this. It was really that good. I can't think of another place that has this level of pasta let alone this price. The only negative I would say in regards to one of the workers. The cashier was manned by wonderful woman who did every and all tasks from taking the orders to putting food items in the oven to answering the phone I'm probably much more than that. I don't know. In contrast there was an Asian man with a black shirt who was also working. He looked lost and completely helpless. There was a moment where this woman was so busy and there was a ringing that I assume was from either a phone call or a delivery order. This man did not offer to help more nor did he help from what I saw. He was utterly helpless and unhelpful. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt with the encouragement "Hey help your team out!" The woman on the other hand was doing so many things simultaneously and yet was really kind at the same time. Anyways, I'm giving my review of a five star because I wanna see this place succeed and I'll definitely come back .

Our last two visits have both had issues. On our previous order, our pizza literally had a hole in it. We decided to give them another chance today, and it was even worse. I placed an order online, only to have it canceled because they no longer accept orders through that website. Fine, I downloaded the new app and placed the order there instead. When I arrived at my scheduled pickup time, they told me my pizza had gotten stuck to the pan and they couldn't sell it to me. I asked how long it would take to make another one, and they said they were out of dough... at 12:00 p.m. The most frustrating part is that they had plenty of time to call me or cancel the order through the app before I drove all the way there. Instead, they let me make the trip just to tell me they couldn't fulfill my order. It's disappointing because this used to be one of our favorite pizza spots. Based on our recent experiences, I can't recommend it anymore. Don't waste your time here.

    # 500 Review Saved…read moreit specifically for Thy City I Love... My 1st review on a City ever There's so much to say about Yorba Linda. Let me say it was the Best Decision ever to purchase our 1st Home together in Yorba Linda, summer of 2015. My husband and I looked at Hones in other great cities, Irvine, Cypress to name a few and even looked to stay in Fullerton/Near Troy HS. We were looking literally almost 5 years. When we looked in Yorba Linda, i just knew of this city as the well known Richard Nixon Library along with it being his birthplace. Never thought I'd be raising our little humans here. It's been almost 8 years living at the Land of the Gracious Living. And loving every second of it. Watching our kids grow, meeting and going to school with other great families. The neighbors are all so friendly and even strangers that ends up being friends. Everyone is all so welcoming since we moved here and we have made other new families feel welcoming. I haven't heard any negativity from anyone that has moved to our town. It's quite a bummer reading other reviews about Yorba Linda stating it's a snobby town. I highly recommend looking into purchasing here in YL. You'll get your moneys worth for the amount of land you get. When we moved here in 2015 the town hasn't had much development as of big stores. Until In 2017 i would like to say. We finally have our own Yorba Linda Town center right next to Old Town Yorba Linda Main Street. It's a beautiful town center with our very own Regal theater. Our new Public Library is a beautiful place to visit for books & other children department programs they have to offer. The city is definitely a knit tight community. I grew up almost basically my entire like in Fullerton and I didn't feel a sense of closeness for the less than 8 years I've been here as much as I feel living in Yorba Linda. We have so many parks also. The biggest addition to one of the best parks is we recently just had our newly renovated Adventure Playground added to one of our parks. Definitely a Must visit! It's a pretty safe city to raise or begin a family here. The school ratings was definitely one of the reason why we chose to bought our 1st home here.
