I brought my dog a few times to this grooming location in 2024/2025. We stopped taking him after the last visit we had because the groomer recommended getting our dog use to people touching his hand. Nothing wrong with telling us that, because that's just what we did! We wanted him to be desensitized before he came back. The few times I brought him in, all the experiences were good! So much so I'd gush over how good he looked after grooming and how he looked well taken care of. He'd come home happy and maybe take a little nap. So, I decided to bring him in again recently. Same service as before, nothing different. The most I waited for my dog before was 3 hours (but I was given a heads up by the groomer that they were busier the day he waited for 3 hours, so not an issue at all). My dog was there for about 6 hours. I dropped him off in the late morning and he's wasn't ready until the later in the afternoon. I called to check in after a few hours, but was told her was in rotation to be finished soon... No one gave me a heads up about it maybe taking a while when I dropped him off. When my dog finally was able to come home, he was super dehydrated, immediately needed to use the restroom and was just lethargic overall (never an occurrence in any previous visit at this groomer or at any of the other previous grooming locations my dog has gone to). The stars given are only because of the positive experiences I had BEFORE the most recent one because I genuinely enjoyed bringing my dog here and this would've been a 5 star place for me. But based off my recent experience, it was not a 5 star service. I didn't recognize anyone there, (granted it had been a little while since we had last brought him in), so I'm not sure if they have new staff. However, I unfortunately don't want to put my dog through something like this most recent experience again. read more

Our second time coming over here for grooming. Camber is very nice. She took extra time to get to know my fur baby. She's gentle, friendly, and knows what she's doing. The place smells clean, spacious, and well-lit. This place is very busy. Appointment is definitely recommended. Definitely will recommend this place. Im sure yumi feels the same way. I took my dog to Oasis for the third time this year. The first time was okay and didn't have any problems. The second time was when we found an issue. He had a bald spot which I thought would be temporary, but after 3 months still has not grown back. I thought that it was no big deal but I was very wrong. After the third and last visit, he had trouble walking because of the rawness on his paws. His paws were shaved way too close and caused them to get red and painful. My dog is having trouble walking because of this. This will be my last time at this groomer because of the last two visits have been horrendous. I would advise anyone visiting to be careful when going here. read more

I saw a cat get abused here.. I came here only ONCE to get my dogs nails trimmed and 2 girls were nice and got it done. While I was watching my dogs have his nails trimmed there was this other lady looking around 45 yrs old wavy puffy hair that I saw that was literally abusing a cat who was doing nothing wrong just moving here and there. Ig caught my attention because she was yanking choking and holding him in the air my the fur and pressing his face down on the table holding him down from the neck. This was a few months ago maybe a year. It took a while for me to even get to say this because I've never experienced something like this. I will be calling to make sure that persons gets fired/removed because that's not a mistake or something that can be corrected. read more

We love Oasis pet spa! They always take great care of Holly and Candy. Holly doesn't like her face to be touched so it's hard to find anyone who is able to trim her face. At Oasis, they get it done, Holly looks pretty and she likes going to the groomer, so I know they treat her very well. This is the first grooming experience that my dog seems to enjoy. I've tried at least five different groomers. With each one, I've had to physically drag him inside because he does not like getting groomed or being away from me. I was hesitant to write this review as my 1st visit here was pleasant. However, our 2nd visit was horrible. I want to preface by saying that I have a long haired cat who gets matted around her chest and I gave clear instructions to shave off anything that wasn't easily brushed as it was summer and you likely wouldn't see any short patches since she's got so much hair. I also have a very unaggressive cat who is shy but doesn't put up a fight when being groomed. I picked up my cat and was charged an extra fee because "she was so matted" though she was buzzed along her whole belly and i had cut out any large matts at home and this was just a maintenance grooming..but fine $115 was acceptable. When I got home, she was visibly depressed for days, and this was her 5th time at a groomer without previous issues. When she finally let me inspect her, I noticed several patches of hair missing. You could tell this hair wasn't cut out as it wasn't a buzzed area. It was random patches of bald, with areas of regular fur indicating fur had been aggressively yanked out. These patches were in random places along her mid section, and her behavior was extremely frightened and sad for about 2 weeks after her visit to the groomers. I'm so confused as to why the groomer didn't just buzz any spots that were giving her a hard time, but chose to be rough with her instead.. posting to warn long-haired cat owners that you might be better elsewhere read more

I'm really sad about our recent experience here. I made an appointment more than a week in advance to bring in my two dogs - a 17 lb schnoodle and a 70 lb goldendoodle. Both dogs have been here before and we were pleased. We dropped off the pups at our appointment time, 10 AM. By 4:20 PM I hadn't heard anything, so I called to check on them and was told the schnoodle was done but the goldendoodle was still being groomed and that they would text when she was done. At 5:18 they texted and I went right away. The goldendoodle was still on the grooming table when I arrived. I waited another 10 minutes or so before she was done. The schnoodle looks butchered. His hair is so short and his whole tail and paws are shorn - no puff or anything. His tail looks like a creepy rat tail. His paws are just sad and yucky. It looks like the groomer didn't know what they were doing and hacked off all of his hair. No style. As for the goldendoodle, I'm wondering if they thought I asked for a "poodle" cut, because my pup just looks ridiculous. Doodles have a special look, and my dear doodle's new haircut is frankly silly on her. I think I was in so much shock when I saw both dogs that I didn't know what to say or how to react. Also both dogs were a little wound up, anxious to get out and go to the bathroom, and it was after 5:30 PM by then, so we left pretty quickly once they were both done. All in all, both of dog's haircuts look bad. I paid $182 with tip (NOT cheap!), and my poor dogs were there for 7.5 hours - which means they probably sat in cages most of that time. I'm so sad that my doodle doesn't even look like a doodle anymore, and my schnoodle looks like a rodent. I thought I had found the perfect groomer, since our previous experiences at Oasis were good, but I guess I'm back to the drawing board. :( read more
