There was a moment that really stood out to our family--he made the critical call to send my father-in-law to the ER after suspecting a GI bleed related to his G-tube. That decision made a huge difference, and we're incredibly thankful for his clinical judgment and quick action. I missed an appointment with my neurosurgeon because social services failed to make Transportation arrangements as a promised they would do. The on staff doctor assured me that he would make a girl to a local neurosurgeon for me and I never heard that word from him again don't matter. I express the desire to apply for IHSS home Care service for whenever it will be released that never happened. In fact everything they told me they would do they didn't including sending my prescription information to the Walgreens I requested they send them to. Nurse assured me that she had already done it as I was leaving it's true down to be completely false. The beautiful swimming pool for physical therapy was one of the main attractions to me to choose this location come to find out it is only available for outpatient physical therapy and hasn't been filled with water since covid 19 in 2022.

The doctors, case manager and nurses were knowledgeable, caring and willing to help me in any way they could. They treated infections, debrided my wounds, and monitored the healing process. When I first started I was a bit apprehensive, simply because I had never before had wounds of this nature. But I quickly saw that I was in good hands and became very comfortable in their care. I will admit that I would sometimes become frustrated with how long the healing process was taking, due to poor circulation in my legs, but they were always positive and encouraging.
