We had food from the food cart on Saturday Morning. Couple breakfast burritos and a biscuit breakfast sandwich. The food was good but the order was not correct. I was disappointed to see when I got home that I was sold not a biscuit sandwich but rather a normal Breakfast sandwich on normal toasted bread which I think costs a bit more. I was not interested in regular bread which is why I went for the biscuit. Minor fail there. The food was good. read more

Had the Binder burrito with sausage gravy. It was excellent! Service was great. I wanted breakfast to take with me on my morning hike. The guy (bummed I didn't get his name ) wrapped the burrito such that it wouldn't drip and was easy to eat one handed. Highly recommend this place. read more

They have breakfast burritos to fit everyone's taste, chicken waffle tacos, biscuits and gravy, and even lunch choices, like locally grown bison burgers! Disappointed in customer service and attitude. Tried ordering on their website, but had a problem so just went to food cart to order, but they didn't open till 8:00 that day. No mention of that on website, okay, will wait. The guy inside shrugs, closes window with attitude of 'Whatever, I don't need your business.' Okay, I will just go somewhere that does. Too bad, we are locals and give them good business every week, not anymore. Hey, just a smile or a 'Sorry about that,' would go a long way. Disclaimer: One of the owners is my significant other's nephew. With that said, this is supreme breakfast eats! Breakfast choices are plentiful, innovative, delicious and served by some of the friendliest entrepreneurs you'll ever meet. I wanted to be sure I could give a genuinely accurate overview of the grub they serve up at BITH, so I ordered for myself the Slalom, Chicken Waffle Taco, Biscuit Sandwich and a coffee milkshake to wash everything down. OMG, so good! The Chicken Waffle Taco is only $3.00. It's a great small bite - A sweet, crisp waffle filled with cheddar cheese, fried chicken and covered in your choice of available sauces. I went for the sausage gravy. It was really a great blend of sweet and savory. I imagine for the typical person, 2-3 of these would be filling. The Biscuit Sandwich hands down puts your every day fast food breakfast sandwich to shame. The scrambled eggs are fluffy and moist, the turkey sausage (there's also pork sausage or bacon choices) is perfectly seasoned, the cheddar cheese is sharp and finally, the biscuit itself is buttery, flakey and lightly savory. My only further comment on the Biscuit Sandwich is it's best eaten with a fork. The coffee milkshake was exactly what you expect a great milkshake to be - Creamy. Real espresso or coffee is ground up in the shake and well blended. I've saved the best for last. The Slalom is pure breakfast genius! Innovative, yet comforting, the breakfast kabab made me want more, more, more! I opted for the waffle squares with pork sausage and both gravy and maple syrup. I loved it both ways. While Sandy's a bit out of my way, BITH is well worth the trip! read more

I asked for their Bowl to be vegan. It was delicious! Instead of eggs they use Just Eggs, their own vegan sausage, potatoes, and veggies. I definitely will stop here again when I come through Sandy! read more
