Driving from Portland to Bend and I saw a review for a great chorizo breakfast burrito. I had to come try it for myself. One of the best I've ever had. Highly recommend!!

We stopped by the Nebesky Breakfast cart in Boring today and I'm glad we did! Yummy food, friendly service, and a short wait time.

OMG - only the finest breakfast sandwiches in the area! Worth the drive from Sandy any day I'm in the mood for a freakishly delicious sando. If you're driving through Boring, give this place a try.

The burrito is overpowered with potato's and egg barely any meat or cheese. Might as well just go to McDonalds.

Aside from being a doofus and not noticing the 15 feet of menu on the wall opposite the counter, the place was warm and friendly and had the smell of a place I'd like to eat, (a little warm bread, a touch of cinnamon, and a hint of bacon.) I ordered the Hope's Mess with eggs over easy, a biscuit, and sausage patty and the youngster ordered the Huevos Rancheros. I was told that Hope was now living my wife's ideal life while her partner lived mine. Hope rolled in later and the partner was there first thing so she was not there. We got drinks as well and waited a perfectly reasonable time for our food. Rich, creamy country gravy, perfectly cooked eggs, good coffee. My companion enjoyed his food also, but since it's not my spouse, I didn't feel comfortable stealing a bite to report directly. Always a pleasure to stop in, bring a sticky bun home, and visit with nice people in the community.

This place was busy and had no visible parking out front but we noticed a half broken sign that said more park..so we went down a gravel drive and found some free spots for our cars. It was so crowded inside we asked to sit out in the patio area. The weather was lovely and that mountin morning breeze felt great! I got the chicken fried steak and one pancake with the marionberry compote (only available in season jun-aug) on top. This was probably one of the better Chicken fried steaks I've had. Its season well, crunchy, and it sits on a bed of peppery gravy. The potatoes are soft and the eggs were cooked perfectly over medium. The biscuit that came with was also soft and buttery. If you're a CFS lover, I highly recommend this one. The pancake was for the table and we all agreed the marionberry was the star of the show! So sweet and citrisy! The pancake was golden crispy with a fluffy center and had a delicious vanilla note. It was a great place to fuel ourselves for the road while reminiscing on an epic girls weekend!

It's a nice open space with plenty of picnic table seating and a few chairs and a sofa on one side. The staff was friendly, and there were plenty of food and drink options. You order at the counter and get a pager that beeps when your order is ready for pickup back at the counter. I ordered their featured drink, which was an iced tiramisu latte. It was yummy, as was my ham, egg, and cheese breakfast croissant sandwich. The elevated plating for the croissant sandwich was a nice touch. Instead of blobbing mustard on the plate or offering packets, they gave my plate a pretty swoosh of mustard with a sprinkling of chopped chives. I didn't expect this, but I appreciate that they went the extra step, as we eat first with our eyes! This is definitely a great stop coming to or from The Gorge and we look forward to visiting again in the future.
