I was told that Hope was now living my wife's ideal life while her partner lived mine. Hope rolled in later and the partner was there first thing so she was not there. We got drinks as well and waited a perfectly reasonable time for our food. Rich, creamy country gravy, perfectly cooked eggs, good coffee. My companion enjoyed his food also, but since it's not my spouse, I didn't feel comfortable stealing a bite to report directly. Its season well, crunchy, and it sits on a bed of peppery gravy. The potatoes are soft and the eggs were cooked perfectly over medium. The biscuit that came with was also soft and buttery. If you're a CFS lover, I highly recommend this one. The pancake was for the table and we all agreed the marionberry was the star of the show! So sweet and citrisy! The pancake was golden crispy with a fluffy center and had a delicious vanilla note. It was a great place to fuel ourselves for the road while reminiscing on an epic girls weekend!
