I dealt with the owner Mark and he HOOKED it up for me. He did the following work on my 2020 Street glide 1. install my handlebars, grips and mirrors 2. Install new heavy duty bushings 3. Installed my new sony double din radio with the hand controls, and microphone 4. Fusion light kit stage 3 and 5. did a black powder coated swap of my fork legs and cow bells. I dropped the bike off at 10am and it was done the same day so I only had to rent the uhaul trailer for a day. His prices blew the competition out of the water whether it be Harley themselves or other independent shops. Best dealer/mechanic hands down not only did they save me from the headache having two mechanics who worked on my bike and couldn't get the bike to run Breaklites knew right away what was wrong and fixed it at a reasonable price. I even went back to purchase a new bike Mark the owner who is passionate about what he does was very helpful with guiding me in to choosing a bike as a beginner rider and not just push the sale! Went in to get some tires I bought online mounted on my sport bike - $50 per wheel, which is a little less than half of what the factory dealers are charging. I've been bringing my bike to breaklite for many years, thought I'll finally leave a review. Their crew are awesome people and are well known through the biker community. They're very skillful and knowledgeable. Their prices are also very reasonable, especially for the quality of service and work. Recently I went in for new tires and fork seals, I was out the next day. I challenge you to pick their brains, one walk through the shop and you know their serious about sport bikes. read more

Customer service is NOT their forte. My first dealing with them was when I tried to buy new tires from them and after they sold them to my buddy and let him install them himself I was told it was their policy not to do that so I would have to have them do the install. Also after I was told they would match pricing on them I was given a hard time when I showed him the price I got. My next awesome time in there was when I ordered a windshield and decided to return it because I changed my mind on the route I was going with my bike, mark, who I assume is the one in charge started whining like a baby because he isn't smart enough to remember how to use his credit card machine to give me a refund so he had to cut a check. Then he must have ordered my sprockets incorrectly because he got 2 of each he decided that the best solution was to throw my sprocket across the store. The sprocket I paid for the day before I might add. My suggestion to them is if they don't like people don't work in a job where customer service is a big part. It says customization on the door there so I figured they would help but that's the last time I step foot in there. On top of all this I had to put up with him shitting on my bike every time I tried to order something. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Not worth your time. You're better off just ordering parts on line yourself. read more
