Printing, shipping, copies, and fax (yes that is right I said you can send or receive a fax). I have been to make copies, self service and very easy. I have also been to send a fax for my daughters college education, odd but it is hard to find a fax machine nowadays and rare someone actually asks for verification via fax anymore I find. I have had fliers and posters printed, very easy... place your order online and prints are ready really fast (usually same day depending on the time of day you submit your order). Last visit I had to send something back via FEDEX Ground for return. Again, quick and easy I was in and out. The staff is always super helpful and very personable and friendly. It is about 1 mile from my house in Sabre Springs & it's next to CVS where I spend 1/2 my life picking up our meds. After stops at FedEx & the USPS...UPS was to be my last stop. I was losing energy. The employee saw me struggling with my packages & opening the door so he ran to me, opened the door, smiled at me & took my packages. That's never happened before. I later learned his name is Avii. He was so kind & knowledgeable with excellent customer service skills. I had kind of a big (but organized) order & he kept saying "it's ok" b/c I kept apologizing. This is definitely my UPS now! The UPS store personnel alerted me to the existence of two different AT&T return processes for my items ... Something that the AT&T store was apparently unaware of, but validated after multiple calls (and getting bounced around the fragmented AT&T support system). I was finally able to obtain the necessary shipping label from AT&T for the last piece of equipment. The UPS store also provided me with documentation for any future AT&T inquiries regarding this return. Excellent customer service and a great location with ample parking.

After designing them, I found Mira Mesa Copy & Print on Yelp and reached out about printing 100 cards. Jen was incredibly helpful despite how busy they were (it was the start of the semester at Miramar College). My design was bright red with gold lettering, and I originally wanted it printed on red cardstock. Jen thoughtfully suggested that the gold might not show well and offered to print samples on both red and white cardstock so I could compare. She was absolutely right! The white cardstock looked much better. The turnaround time was impressively fast, and when I picked up the final prints, she had even added a red background to the back so the design still felt cohesive. The RSVP cards turned out beautifully. Jen was kind, attentive, and provided excellent service. I highly recommend them for any printing needs!
