OMG I love this store so much!! I had plantar fasciitis last year and all of my running friends told me that I need to get the right shoes and to go to Lucky Feet ! I honestly never felt like spending money on running shoes but they were like you need to do this and get the RIGHT SHOES since you could barely walk! Right when I walked in there, they helped me immediately with so much kindness!! They have this easy technology where you step on this pad and it tells you what type of foot you have and once I did that they brought out the types of shoes that would fit me the best! The first shoes I tried on were the best shoes ever they were a pair of HOKAs and it felt like I was walking on a cloud!! Mind you I could barely walk at this time because of my plantar fasciitis and it felt like a miracle! They also gave me insoles that made it so much better which I didn't even know it could get better!! I bought them and six months later I came back to get another pair!! I just bought a third pair today and was not even expecting to do that. I just went in to buy new insoles but because they were so kind and personable I was like what the heck I don't mind getting another pair because they're so amazing here!!! This place really tries their best to get you the shoe that best supports your feet. They begin by scanning your feet and see your arch and see where most your weight lays and they go from there. Dani brought me a good amount of options and had me walk and see how I was walking in them. I could've gone with a comfier shoe but she noticed that it would make my ankle roll a little inward when I walked so we chose the ones that offered comfort but stability when I walk. I visited the Lucky Feet Shoe Store today, and as someone who wears a size 7 1/2 A, finding shoes in a true narrow width has always been nearly impossible. My shoes are usually black because "fun" or "pretty" styles so rarely come in narrow; frustrating doesn't even begin to describe it. That's where Ruben and Aly came in. I told them about my struggles and how discouraged I felt, and they immediately assured me they could help. But I also have a bunion on my left foot which requires a size 15 with 9E width shoe. No problem said Alix, the owner. She fitted me with outdoor and indoor sandals which I needed to easily put on to roam around my house and yard. She even gave me an "extender" for the velcro straps on the sandles for when my foot swells up at times. The staff knows their products very well and I was out in no time. Been wanting to visit this place for awhile now and was not disappointed! Came in and was welcomed by Edward. I told him that I wanted to start running and wanted a shoe with a wide toe box and he really took the time and care to help find me what I wanted. After the initial assessment, I found out I put more pressure on one side and was recommended some insoles. Ed came in with a selection of shoes for me to try and test out and initially I was thinking of purchasing a pair of Hokas but thanks to his assistance, I decided to go with New Balances with the insoles and they feel great! We stopped in over a month ago to get some walking shoes for a trip. It was a little busy but we were helped fairly quickly. Eddie helped us out and was super knowledgeable with the shoes he showed us and was really friendly. My husband and I got Brooks and insoles (insoles needed based off the machine that checks your gait and Eddie's recommendation.) I was shocked to not have any foot pain after walking 12,000+ steps for 5 days straight. My plantar fasciitis didn't act up like it normally would nor did we have much back pain either. Which, dare I say, I think had a lot to do with having decent shoes. We were very happy with our shoes and I think the insoles made a a pretty big difference. We've never been to a lucky feet store but I would come back based on the experience we had read more

This is the fastest I've ever written a review because this place is amazing!! I'm upset I don't remember the name of the woman who helped me. Came in to get some dedicated shoes for running/walking and left feeling like my life had changed! When first starting the assessment they took my shoe size and I found out I was wearing the wrong size shoe my whole life! The woman helping me was so knowledge and taught me how to look out for shoes that are too tight and how our feet should actually feel in shoes. Next was the machine that shows the pressure and arches of your feet. Based on the scan alone she was able to pinpoint my exact problems without me telling her!! Everything I thought I knew about my feet was wrong! She explained that I have dropped arches (or ankles), which makes my feet drop inward causing pain and an array of problems. She laid out some insoles for me to step on and it changed the entire look and feel of my foot! I was so impressed by how knowledgeable she was and loved all the recommendations she gave me. Definitely coming back soon for some sandals! They also have a referral program that gives you and your referral $10 when they sign up and buy a shoe! So happy I came in today!!
