My husband and I did Adrian's fitness program and both loved it. Having done a few different ones I…read morefound Adrian's to be very unique from the "normal" ones in that the groups are much smaller so you get much more individulized attention which included her paying attention to your form and showing you the best way to do the moves to get the most out of them. This was a refreshing change from a huge group setting just running around and doing the excersizes without any real "training & instruction" involved in it. Adrian's program is definitely a true persoanl trainer setting where you get a lot of individual help and attention. She really works with your fitness level so you are pushing yourself based on your fitness level. She's motivational and keeps you hanging in when you would rather not. We actually looked forward to going. We are planning to sign up for another session as we just weren't doing the same quality workouts on our own without her and can't wait to participate again! I lost 12 lbs and toned up all over when I completed it last time and hope to do the same again. :) Definitely put Cardio Fit at the top of your list if you have been thinking of it.

So I've just started with AJ, and I'm so excited! Ive trained with her now 4 times, but because of…read morethe holidays and lack of consistency on my part I can't post pics of my results... But don't worry, those pics will come and judging by the nature of her training, it won't be long!! AJ is professional, encouraging, and really knows what she's doing. She pushes me but not beyond my limits, which I appreciate! I've done several different boot camps and trained with numerous trainers and I really love the aspect of this kind of training which allows flexibility of the place that we work out... If the weather is nice we meet at a park, we could do it at my house , or she also has other indoor options that are great as well... The workout is great, regardless of location. Thumbs up CardioFIT!!

Challenging, fun workouts that go easy on your joints but great for calorie burn and endurance…read moretraining, all in one place. Go for sweat class (versaclimber) if you want it fast paced and sculpt class (modern Pilates) if you want to take it relatively slower. Either ways you get to feel the muscles burn the next day :) I personally prefer the Sweat classes , though in my first class I was dead exhausted and planning in my mind to give up in the first 10 mins . 15-classes later, I'm here recommending this to everyone :) Instructors are helpful and friendly, and the crowd is also energetic . No one's here to judge you - If you don't move , the bg music will make you do it, and you'll be so proud of yourself! Kudos to some Great instructors - Vicky, Leah, Ilene and many more .

Such a great first time experience at S2 today! Lexi was an amazing and attentive instructor,…read moreproviding great energy and modifications as needed. The staff is kind and helpful as well. They provided a free bloom drink and water for my first class. The sweat foundations class was HARD (in a great way!)...their classes are 30 min, but they are designed to be so efficient and high intensity that you burn a ton of calories and get a great sweat in. This is a full body workout - combo of cardio and working out various muscle groups. SWEAT class is on a versaclimber, while SCULPT class is a modern Pilates reformer. Great music, ambiance, and studio. They ended with a refreshing cold towel & a very thoughtful personalized note from the S2 team. Looking forward to coming back!

My surgeon recommended I go to stretchLab for hip pain. I'd been through deep tissue massage,…read morephysical therapy, and exercise at the gym daily. The intro session is great. Very interactive and felt great after the first session. I signed up for a 3 month program twice a week as I really wanted to lick the hip pain problem. Stretchlab is kind of in the middle of the spectrum of therapy. With massage, you lie there as the massage therapist works their magic, so pretty passive except for the occasional ouch. Yoga, you do all the work yourself, watching the instructor and following along. Stretchlab is somewheres in between in that it is highly interactive, and you actively participate. Lots of feedback back and forth. That's a pretty good aspect of the Stretchlab approach. My Stretch Master was Meaghan and she is absolutely fantastic. Very well versed in the mechanics of the body as well as diet and general wellness. Besides that, she's a great person to talk with. There were a couple of times when Meaghan was out of town and I was assigned another StretchMaster. They were just fine, but having the same person work on you the whole time holds a lot of value as they get to know you much better. The sales pitch can be tiresome as it's always present. I would guess StretchMasters are incentivized to extend memberships. I used to be in sales so it didn't bother me too much. That being said, the service is not inexpensive. I get that as the folks there seemed pretty darn capable and ought to be paid a good wage. You just need plenty of budget if you plan on doing this a lot. Did it fix my hip pain? It turns out that trying to fix hip pain is very complex. Lot's of mechanics and many different approaches are needed. I think Stretchlab did help quite a bit, but it's been in combination with an aggressive exercise and training program at my gym, and a pretty strict anti-inflammatory diet. My journey continues.

Stretch Lab requires a 31-day notice to an email address (customerexperience@stretchlabslx.com) that is nowhere to be found in the member portal. I had to call the studio to even get the email. After canceling, you're still forced to pay for the full next month with no refunds. The portal doesn't show my billing history, but my bank statements certainly do. Looking through other reviews, I'm not the only one dealing with this frustration. Mike Nuzzo (CEO), Verdine Baker (President of Stretch Lab), and Gavin O'Connor (Chief Legal Counsel) -- job well done on designing contracts that maximize revenue while leaving franchise owners to deal with the angry customers. Very disappointing experience. Avoid if you want straightforward cancellations.
