When I saw that Club Pilates opened up in New Dorp, I thought, "Why not give it a try?" It's been two months now, and I've loved every single day of it. I have to give a shoutout to Moti--he's the best instructor. Throughout the entire class, he walks around, ensuring that each member is doing the exercises correctly. He also explains how you should be breathing and the Pilates method, so we really understand Pilates. You can tell that Moti puts 100% into his work and truly cares if we're doing it right. There is ample cardio equipment as well such as ellipticals, stair climbers, hand bikes, cycling machines, etc. The owner Phil is very knowledgeable and treats you like family. His knowledge of excercise science is second to none. He runs a tight ship and any trouble makers will not be allowed to return. The complete lack of riff raff and friendly members make this an ideal gym for the professional. There is never a wait for a machine or bench. Staff is friendly and professional. Has a parking lot which is nice. I can't recommend this place enough.

The studio is very clean and has a waiting area where you can leave your shoes and belongings in a cubby. Jenn is absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable, patient and made me feel so comfortable, especially since it was my first time trying aerial yoga. Also - her playlist was amazing - which is important for a good workout. If you are looking for a killer workout that is so much fun and doesn't feel like you're working out, I would highly recommend taking one of her classes. I will definitely be back soon.

At the time they were using Mind/Body Connect and when I checked my account online, there was indeed an expiration date. Unfortunately, due to classes that had no available spots and then the classes being CANCELED due to equipment maintenance, I was unable to use the rest of the package before it expired. If you're trying to get a hold of someone at this place, don't hold your breath. You'll need to call and email at least 3-5 times, or update your review and reduce stars for them to get back to you. (I know because I updated mine a couple of months ago and after that, someone got back to me. They never mentioned the updated review but I decided to be kind and remove it, leaving my original 5 stars.) I was assured I could use the remainder of my classes but I couldn't book online because their darn system didn't recognize my package as valid. Then once the equipment was finally back, they changed the schedule so I had a hard time securing a spot again. I was again assured I could use my package but no one answers or responds to calls! So tonight, I came in good faith hoping that someone bothered to check voicemail and email. I guess not though, because the door was locked, lights out. Total waste of my time. At this point I just want a refund and be done with this place! It's a shame because I enjoyed the classes, but it's just not worth the trouble. Regardless of the outcome this time around, I won't be deleting my updated review, like I did the last time once they finally got back to me. There's little they can do to rectify this situation and change my mind about their care and concern for their customers.

I see the housekeeping staff always cleaning. I see Eudy vacuuming and cleaning throughout the gym everytime I go. Staff in the gym are personable. Sometimes the machines and sauna break down for a little. But my suggestion is to call before you go and make sure the equipment is working.
