No help at all from staff at Temecula clinic. Staff kept me sending me away even with referral. I had breast lumps and seen there before but kept sending me away because according to the form has missing information. It's just a follow up to check ultrasound & written on my referral note. A follow up if my lumps worsen but staff was not friendly enough assist me instead kind of bullying me. The staff told me she called my doctor and no response. If you call to make an appointment and get a Male with an accent (possibly from Dominican Republic?) Hang up and call back and pray someone else answers the phone. The guy was rude, unhelpful and unable to problem solve. I had received a letter from Breastlink stating I was due for my follow up appointment. When I called the guy said there was no record of me ever being there, and told me I had gone somewhere else! I explained that THEY had sent ME the letter. He was incapable of comprehending and became argumentative. I hung up, called right back, spoke to a lovely woman who immediately found my record, and scheduled the appointment! I have always had a great experience with the techs and doctors here, but that scheduling dude has got to go! read more

When I made my appointment, I asked for an timeframe of how long the appointment should take. I was told approximately 15-30 mins. Based on this, I choose an 8:30am appt time. I was asked to arrive 10 minutes early to ensure plenty of time for check in and to complete paperwork. On the day of the appt, I arrived at 8:20 and was done with check-in and paperwork within 5 mins. I was informed to have a seat and that I would be seen shortly. At 8:53, I still had not been called and so I approached the female receptionist to ask about the delay. She replied "I'm sure they're just setting up still" but she didn't bother to confirm this by getting up from her chair or calling the ultrasound technician to see if that was in fact the actual reason behind the delay. At 8:56 I was finally called back to the room to be seen. The rest of the appointment went smoothly and I had no issue with the technician. From the time I walked into the imaging room until I walked out of the office was roughly 10-15 mins. Why provide an appointment time of 8:30 if the office is not efficient enough to conduct that appt for another 25-30 minutes? If a patient is scheduled at 8:30, shouldn't the technician be scheduled to arrive prior to the patients arrival time so the technician is set-up and ready to go at the appt time? This is not a difficult concept. Also, if patient appts are running late on any given day, the receptionists need to alert patients to this information when checking in. Not only did my receptionist not say anything regarding a delay but, she also failed to realize that a delay existed. Worse, when the delay was brought to her attention, she just guessed at the reason and took no action to address the issue. This was not a good experience. Wasting 30 mins of someone's time is inconsiderate and shows that management is doing a poor job. This business did nothing to earn my return. I will be choosing a different imaging center for any future needs and ensuring that family and friends make that choice as well. read more

Starting with the front desk, Analia was great. Unlike her coworker (some girl with long hair and highlights) she had the biggest smile on her face and greeted everyone so nicely and patiently. That's amazing, being that we all walk in there with horrible nerves and fear. She's a doll. Then we got called by Sherri, she was amazing! Made sure my mother (it was her first mammogram since being cleared from breast cancer) and I were explained everything thoroughly. She was so warming and sweet. Lastly Breanne, she was adorable! Had a appointment today 12-2-2020 for a ultrasound at 7:00 am arrived at little late and they were so friendly and understanding since I'm 36 weeks pregnant. Easy check in had only one paper to fill out very clean office and was out of there by 7:30 am . Will definitely return and recommend. read more

I don't think I have ever been so nervous in my life aside from delivering my child, but Patricia was the sweetest and most patient person and I'm so glad she was there to assist me. She kept me calm and explained everything as she went along. She even shared her back story with me which really made me more comfortable about the whole situation. Thank you Patricia! Called to make an appointment. Scheduler was very uninformed. She had me on the phone for 15 minutes to finally tell me that the type of mammogram I was trying to schedule was all of a sudden no longer done at this location. She kept blaming "the system", but from the way she was babbling, she was uninformed. So I asked "which locations then do this test?" and she said "let me find out", put me on hold and then hung up on me. The call in total was 18 mins and that is completely unacceptable!!!! I then looked online and called another location and in total it was a 4 and half minute call to schedule an appointment. So please ask first if the location does the test you need, since not all locations do (who knew since I have been going to Breastlink since 2010), and make sure the scheduler knows the info!!! read more

Horrible experience, I'm switching Dr.s just so I never have to step foot here again. Went for my first trimester ultrasound, and they refused to let me see anything. They said it was my Dr. But I called my Dr. and nope it's this places policy. Five stars for facility and front office - Nice place, Saturday appointments available, clean, receptionist is nice and appointments are quick. One star for procedure and tech - Had a mammogram done (not my first) and I'm still sore. Tech was abrasive and it was obvious that she was more interested in getting through her appointments for the day than having any compassion. First she tells me that "we are going to have to really compress your breasts because they are so large." Then she tells me, twice, that I don't need to stand on my toes, the machine moves, even though I wasn't. I told her twice I wasn't. I'm tall, she's short, I think she just wanted me to slouch to make her job easier. She'd ask me to place my arm in a certain place/angle, then say no not like that, so I'd adjust and she would grab my arm and move it back to where I had it originally. She flat out hurt me. Glad that the appointment was quick, but really felt like she was just rushing through everything so that she could leave for the day. I won't be back if other options are available. Seriously, this lady flat out hurt me and had zero compassion. read more

Came in as a referral from my OB/GYN for an ultrasound on my breast & coming from a family who has a history of cancer I was extremely nervous. Alejandra in the front checked me in & was so nice & I lost my referral paper & she was even nice enough to call and get that taken care of for me. Then I went into the back with Jen who did my ultrasound & she was so sweet & patient with me! Talked me through it, went over everything with me after & made sure I understood. My experience here was very pleasant. :-) Check In was handled quickly and easily. I waited maybe 15 minutes passed my appointment time, but I'm pretty sure that happens everywhere. I had a mammogram for a lump a few months ago. First, when scheduling, the scheduler was rude. When I arrived for my appointment, I was ignored, and then when I finally got to speak to the woman at the front, she was extremely rude. They could not find my orders, so I waited an extra 40 minutes before even going in. The one person that was really caring was the tech that performed the actual mammogram. She was very kind and helpful. The ultrasound tech was horrible - acted like she was put out to have to be at work. A doctor never spoke to me, just sent some office person in to say it was nothing and they would send my info to my doctor. They never sent it after multiple requests. read more

First time went to this facility; while staff chichatting happily behind the counter, the girl talking to me was very impatient. I have 2 tests scheduled at this place; and they cancelled one of them saying they called couple of days before and could not get hold of me. The office is packed with people and the women who work the front office are horrible!! So rude!!! I forgot my paperwork at home so an Irene told me to go home and get it or call someone from home to send me a picture!! I asked if I could have the dr fax it and her response was " umm yeah" and she said it in a prissy way! And I've always been told that when you speak at work to speak like professional a simple "yes" would have been appropriate. And then she gave me attitude when I asked for the fax number!!! I also tried handing another girl the key to there restroom and she demanded that "put it at the end" never said please or thank you and then sat down well I tried to figure out where the end was!!! I had been waiting weeks for another facility to schedule me for a breast biopsy (you can find that horrible place under another of my reviews), so when I contacted Breastlink, I explained how frustrated I was at not being able to get some compassionate treatment. They told me that it would take just a couple of days for their radiologists to review my images, and then we could schedule the biopsy, most likely for later that week. When I hadn't heard anything after several days, I contacted them only to be told it may take a few more days. Again, I was never contacted, so I called and demanded to know what the problem was. They finally admitted that the radiologist had not been in at all the previous week. When I pressed them for more info, they reluctantly told me that they didn't expect a radiologist to be in the rest of the current week either! What kind of customer service is that? Knowing the delay that I had already experienced, wouldn't you think that a facility that is dealing with possible cancer diagnoses would reach out to its patients? There was not a bit of concern about me on their part. Also, wouldn't you think that a facility could quote you a price for a procedure? Well, I found one in Beverly Hills that made up for all of my frustration. They treated me quickly, professionally and with the respect and concern one would expect. worst experience , i was scheduled ffor an ultrasound after 10 days . the day before my appt i got a confirmation call and a confirmation text. then on the day of the appt , i got a voicemail saying that they canceled the appt and i need to call to reschedule . after calling , they explained that theyy decided i need a mammogram not only an ultrasound !!!! and they moved the appt ten minutes early!!! i told them that my doctor order and the insurance approval is only for ultrasound, who are you too decide and go over the doctor decision ! they were so rude and said go back to your doctor and contact your inssurance to get an authorization !!! i ended the call and then called another number of the same center and they were ok ! if you do not wish to do a mammogram fine, come for your ultrasound !!!! when i went there 30 minutes before my appointment, the lady at the front desk said we have to ask the radiologist first if he agrees not to perform the mamogram because we have a protocol for women in your age !!! i am 37 and my OB told me before that mammogram will be performed at 40 !!! then they let me in as the doctor was on break !!!!! they put me under stress and confused me and i already were overwhelmed about the visit itself ! not happy at all. read more

My technicians today Arnica and Christina were both professional and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this place! read more
