They have doors locked so you have to hit the buzzer 3/4 feet to the right of this front door. I checked in, l asked anything else l need to do, no, she said, you did it online. I said yes thank you. Then as l'm being called in, lady comes back to window and she said you have to sign this form first, before we do your scan. Its basically is a wavier for them to charge you if insurance is denied... l said why didn't you get a pre approval for this test. We don't do that. How stupid is that. So l'll be charged if they don't code it right etc. She then said you'll be like a self pay and it's like $100.00 you can pay that now if you'd like. I said, can you write that down on this form you're wanting me to sign. NO l can't do that. Well then l can't believe what you're saying then, it says $532.00 on this form your wanting me to sign. Ahhhh I'm pissed at this point, my blood pressure is increasing and now I've got a headache from this BS. Not only is this place unprofessional they left someone's cell # for me to call if l had any questions, on the reminder call left on my cell phone. I tried to call to follow up and they ignored my calls despite leaving multiple messages. I know they screen their calls because when I called from my friend's phone they answered. That was when she told me they don't do ultrasounds at their office. The lack of communication resulted in a delay of scheduling and they have horrible customer service. I just wished they would have told me when I first called they don't do ultrasounds.

The receptionist didn't check me in until 5:48, then told me I was late and couldn't be seen. She spoke loudly and very rudely in front of the lobby, which was completely unnecessary. I understand it was the end of the day, but there was no need for that attitude. I was also told I should have arrived at 5:20, even though no one ever communicated that, and I was specifically told that arriving at 5:40 was fine. The miscommunication and the way I was spoken to were unprofessional and disappointing. As someone who works in the front desk i understand a lot of things happen to patients in their way to theirs appointments and always try my best to help them in a calm and friendly way. This was not my experience they need to train their staff to be more respectful and human. Kindness goes a long way.

First off, they told me I didn't have an order for an x-ray only a MRI. I showed them on my phone that I also had the x-ray order. They then said I needed to send it to them. Did that and then they got me right in, which was great and surprising. However, once I went downstairs for the MRI that all changed. The girl gets me checked in and takes my copay, then tells me that it's going to be at least an hour after my appt. time. Mind you they have you get there early. ie 4:50 appt. 5:15. So now I have to sit and wait till 6:15 to get called in. If you need to use the bathroom you have to turn in your ID but if someone else has it you have to wait and the bathrooms were disgusting. Now it's been 7 day's and my Dr. still doesn't have the reports from them. Kind of ridiculous. 2nd Review- I have to take my dad to Urgent Care and they tell him to go get a x-ray at Radnet. We look it up and it says they're open till 4. It's like 9:30 am. We drive all the way over there and there is no one there. So we go Monday, at 4 pm. Girl calls us up asks for our paperwork, then says we've reached our limit for x-rays today. Really! First off you see were standing in the x-ray line and wait to tell us after we give the paperwork and why don't they tell you they have a limit? Another wasted trip and time going to this joke of a place!

I had an appointment on 8/24, 4:45pm. The front receptionist was rude, impersonable, and lacked professionalism. She never once looked at me or smiled, had RBF the entire interaction with me. I witnessed her treat the lady who came after me the same way. I held my tongue for fear of retaliation (delaying my appointment and making me wait longer) and waited until my name was called. Once I was in the room, I told the tech how poorly I was treated and she apologized (but defended her) and suggested maybe she was having a bad day (as if having a bad day is a good excuse to be unprofessional and rude). The tech reassured me she would bring it to the office manager's attention. I also took their online survey at the end of my appointment and requested someone call me, but to date no one has called, apologized or offered an explanation, therefore, I felt compelled to write this review. Healthcare is a business, and success comes with providing an excellent customer service experience. In the end, I do have choices and I can take my business elsewhere. I am choosing to take it anywhere but this place. I will not be returning here. The one star is mandatory in order to write this review and it is also for the tech who was nice.

This facility had available appointments sooner than most others I reached out to where I needed a wide-bore MRI (open at the end of the tube so its technically a closed one). The technician David was one of the best I have ever had work with me. It's only because of his sympathy and kindness that I was able to get through this very needed MRI my liver specialist needed me to get done. I postponed it for 6 months cuz that's how much I hate doing closed MRI's. David showed a level of patience that is not common in all medical settings. Hats off to him for not giving up on someone like me. He talked me through it and again was so patient with the fact that I was having such a hard time starting it and staying in the machine. I couldn't have asked for a nicer person to help me. The invoice and results took a bit longer than expected but I think it's because they were having issues with the internet and equipment. I'm not sure. I had to call to remind them to send my doctor the images and for some reason they sent the cd's but not the actual written report. That was strange. But they at least emailed me the report after I called and asked for it and I finally got an invoice to submit to my insurance after I emailed them asking for that too. Even with those smal annoyingl details I'd still use them again for any MRI tests I'd need to get done in the future (hopefully Ii dont need them). So I'd highly recommend them.

After an ER visit for a family member at RCC, the hospital billed our insurance. But this independent group that works at RCC, never billed our insurance and we never received any bill from them directly. Instead, without sending us a bill they sent us directly to collections. We were suddenly contacted by a collection agency via unprofessional screenshot texts. They never billed our insurance at all before sending us to collections. This was unacceptable and felt like harassment. We escalated this on a call and requested the supervisor to call us back, they never did. We attempted to call them again, their customer service transferred us to a completely different group. This company is very suspicious in their practices and will be reported.
