"Big ring" in bicycle terminology refers to the large chainring in front of the bike that is connected to the pedals, the big ring is what produces the fast speeds on flat ground as opposed to the small ring that is used for hill climbs. I had a great time and met alot of new friends and fellow cyclists. Great staff inside the store were friendly and helpful as well as generous and knowledgeable.

I left them all my contact information, including phone number and they said they were going to call me. A few weeks have gone by and I've heard nothing from them. I guess the message is I should take the $2,500 elsewhere. The only reason they get two stars was everyone was wearing masks. The guys up front were friendly and easy to talk to. Seemed non judgemental. However, there's clearly no long term interest in me as a customer. I ended up going to Littleton to a mom and pop shop who was happy to help and take my money. I think I'll be their customer for life instead.

It was not an easy job, and I gave them a short window of time for the job, but they got it done early! They were super nice, understanding of my situation, and did not make it a big deal when I gave them the time restrictions. I was greeted by a friendly hostess before starting the 5K loop around the Canyon Loop Trail. No bikes allowed Wednesday and Saturday. With close proximity to Boulder, it's a crowded trail, and bikes would represent something of a challenge for those hikers not fleet of foot. But I bet it's a fun mountain bike track!

I really, really enjoy Betasso. It is so beautiful - rolling hills, loads of trees, and well shaded…read moreonce you are in the woodsy portion. There are multiple parking lots and bathrooms! Not to mention, picnic tables near some of the trail heads. This area is open for use sun rise to sunset. Sorry, no campers permitted. The best days to go as a hiker or horseback rider are Wednesday and Saturdays (when bikes are not allowed on the trail). When visiting on the other days definitely watch your back (and this is where the three star removal comes in). I was visiting the morning of the 4th to give the good old walk jog routine a spin (having recently improved mobility), and boy did it feel good to get out. There are "right of way" signs sprinkled throughout the preserve. While about 10% of the bikers actually bothered to slow down or yield for me (these were the families and older bikers) most I had to physically jump out of the way of. If you've been here you know the trails can be narrow in some spots. So tree hugging, slope slipping, and ankle busting I did, just to avoid being collided into by a rowdy biker. It was really quite upsetting as we all have the same goal - being outside and moving around in nature. I'll definitely be back but will make my best attempt to go on the non-bike days.

I'm sure if we'd hired Nico as a guide he would've been a great friend after we were done but we were happy to explore bike trails galore on our own with his initial guidance and app map. The only downside was one bike causing one rider minor issues and the trail app(?) was actively telling us directions. It was a bit of an issue because the light was bright but neither was enough to stop anything. These are pedal and throttle assist bikes so be sure to listen and understand the throttle assist part so you don't knock yourself off. Saddle bags, helmets, water and a lock were provided. You can tip them via Venmo or a cash slot in their door. Oh yeah, it's just a tiny building in a parking lot, not a full on bike shop or anything like that. We had an absolute blast!

I question the attention to detail as when I got the bike back - the rear shifter didn't shift, turns out I needed to update the firmware, which is fine. - How does done one test derailleur adjustments if the shifter was out of commission (needed a firmware upgrade) the whole time.

Not only do they carry almost any random bike part you might need, but they have beer and coffee too! You gotta stop in before they close up shop later in November. In fact, you into have a week! The staff at the repair wing were very knowledgeable and friendly. They had some really nice bikes for sale, and plenty of parts. I would trust them to do service as well. I picked up a rear wheel part here and they were very nice. The brewery wing was awesome! I got a Pumpkin Ale from 4Noses Brewery in Broomfield, and it was awesome! Plenty of flavor and spice. Overall it made the experience perfect. They're closing soon, so head down today!
