The person I spoke with on the phone explained the basic service details and gave me an estimated time for the visit. The technician arrived around the scheduled time and first checked the AC to understand the problem. He explained what he found and discussed the repair before starting the work. I liked this approach because I knew what was going to be done rather than having the work start without any explanation. The actual service took around an hour. The technician was professional and kept the work area reasonably clean. After completing the repair, he tested the AC and explained what had been fixed. The AC was working properly when he finished, which was the main thing I was looking for. One thing I particularly liked was the communication. When I had a question about the service, I was able to contact the company and get an answer. The staff member on the phone was polite and tried to explain the process clearly. There was one area that could be improved. The waiting time was slightly longer than I originally expected, so better communication about the exact arrival time would have made the experience even better. While I understand the need to keep costs down, there should still be adequate customer support available when travelers need assistance.
