You can either order online at blacktieskis.com or call them at 979-748-8552 (Vail/Beaver Creek). So what makes this biz so awesome? 1. Free delivery - we booked the 6:00pm slot and they came to the house right on time! They'll even come back and pick your stuff up when you're done! 2. In-room fitting - their expert ski techs made sure all of our equipment was right and my snowboard was fitted correctly. If not, they come prepared with extra gear just in case. 3. They've got dope slope side service! - thankfully we didn't need it, but just in case...they'll meet you on the slopes and make any changes/adjustments/replacements, etc! They offer different packages to fit all (kiddos too) and if you've got your own boots they'll subtract $4.00/day from any ski or board package! Most of all, the customer service was amazing. It's a family owned business and Jon was so friendly. He gave us a boost of good mojo and positive attitude at the beginning and end of each ski day. He also is very knowledgeable and essentially served as a local resource for various questions we had. I can't say enough good about our experience!

In no way will I criticize this staff. They were as helpful and patient as can be, yet they were and seem to have been the past few hours, well undermanned. The owner or manager of this operation should be disgusted for placing only two employees in the rental shop. In the course of 2 hours I was finally fitted, but saw the staff scrambling the entire time. If I had to guess at least 3 parties walked out without paying. This isn't a reflection on the staff, but instead how crazily packed the store is. The manager needs to get his/her head out of his rear and employ one more attendant. I truly feel for these young people scurrying to accommodate the many tourists.
