This is possibly the WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with. The call takers for the most part don't speak English well at all. I have had internet problems with them for over two years.They send out a technician and he finds a new problem each time,yet many problems aren't solved. Today I spent an hour and a half on the phone.Finally I got to speak with a supervisor that barely spoke English and she told me Breezeline doesn't install the equipment,they just give it to the customer.She said if they install using cables it's only a courtesy . I asked her about compensation,I pay $250 a month for service.She said there's nothing she can do. I reached out to the corporate office in Massachusetts,guess what, they gave me a number to call and it was the same robot same number. I have switched internet providers and am on day 3 trying to get my service discontinued. Multiple phone calls, all automated recordings. I have an account number and verify with a text message, no PIN. The recordings say my address is "4," and then ask for a pin as verification. I have no PIN! Then I am disconnected. The one time I spoke to a person, it ended up being the sales dept (855-211-4917 then "1" for customer rep). I was transferred supposedly to the correct department. After being on hold, the connection dropped on their end. When I dialed the same number back, it went to their automated recording where pressing 1 means you want the "help" to be in English. I am now attempting once again via breezeline chat. I have been waiting 40 mins. The only response I have gotten from them on THEIR site has been that I need to assume responsibility for protection of my personal information if I wish to proceed. A company that specializes in communication that cannot communicate and your communications with them are potentially not protected. Still waiting...One Google search for Breezeline which did not include an 800 prefix, the numbers 302-378-0780 and 302-378-1478 were listed under the New Castle City Chamber of Commerce. The first number was a recording, was Breezeline, but said the office was closed due to the COVID pandemic (today is 4/30/2026) and referred me to 888-536-9600 (recording, no human) and the 1478 number was related to Verizon and the recording said there was no representative, click. read more

This is the absolute worse internet service provider I've ever had. $160 a month for 100mb internet? This should be a crime. I cancelled our internet months ago and have been living without for the first time and it feels WONDERFUL!! Customer service is absolute garbage. This is ridiculous. I've been disconnected 3 times on a service call. Been without T.V. for 3 days. Teck was to call me back, never heard from them....twice. Put on hold for more than 30 min each time....prepare for outsourcing in a room where it is so noisy that it makes it even harder to understand the person your talking to. The phone delay with Teck support is annoying. I was transferred for wowway and have had nothing but poor service and poor support. read more

Customer service is below average. My cable is out on a Saturday and they said the earliest they could fix it is Thursday! How could you possibly think this is great service. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced ... from representatives who would rather tell you "they don't know" or "there is nothing they can do for you" to them being downright rude. When I am paying good money for a service, I expect at the very least to be able to speak with someone who is knowledgeable about the connection issue I am having and who is able to provide a reasonable resolution other than "I don't know". This service was admittedly (by your staff as well as Metrocast) set up incorrectly and has not ever worked properly since installation, however, when asked for a resolution I was told I would be charged to have someone move my router to get it working. I was then told there was no guarantee this would fix the issue. Unfortunately, you're lucky in that you are the ONLY option for internet service in my area.. a monopoly of the service in this area, if you will.. so we can't simply discontinue our service. However, the way you do business and treat your customers has not gone unnoticed. Where do I begin? The worst customer service, EVER! They bought out my local cable (TV, phone & internet) company as of Jan 2018. They stopped taking my credit card for auto-payment, NEVER told me! In April they shut off service for non-payment. I called, gave them a new card company to pay the amount in arrears & I asked them to use that card, going forward, for auto payment, they confirmed it. Tonight I come home & service has been shut off. I call again, "oh, auto payment was not enabled" ... OK, WTF? OH, yes, please charge me a $7.50 "convenience fee" for me to say "pay the bill, with the card marked for 'auto payment' YOU HAVE ON FILE!" ... I get a call back from a 'supervisor' who insists I'm LYING! Avoid this company, at ALL COSTS! read more

So 5 people in my campground in Rochester NH have gotten upgardes to their cable for 137.00 a month that include 200mbs and expanded cable with whole house HD DVR and a phone line and all were existing customers and got new customer package including my father and brother in law. I go there and they say your an existing customer so you can't get that package and I give them the names and addresses of the 5 people and they say we can't look that up. My father even had the woman that gave him the new customer package call me and she said I was an existing customer and when I said she just gave it to my father she started with the lying so I told her to stop talking because she was lying the more she talked. Now after the first two people got it I went to the Rochester office and the woman there could of cared less about what I had to say she was more interested in getting to that pizza that was delivered while I waited and to top it off after being on hold for more then 90 minutes I drove there still on hold when I got to the window it was after 2 hours on hold she just said ya. So being pissed I said this place sucks worse then Metro Cast and I will bet you that is in the computer so that they discriminate against certain customers that get mad at them. I told them I need a phone line for my pacemaker monitor and they said that would be an extra $40.00 a month on top of the $194.00 I was paying when everyone else is getting it for $137.00. I am filing a discrimination complaint with the NH Attorney Generals office. I wish nothing but horrific karma for all those people that told me screw you. read more
