The Gastroenterologist I see is truly amazing & is genuinely concerned about my health. She is thorough, detail-oriented & even helps reduce medications to healthier options (same as my new PCP). My original experiences at this hospital were far from optimal, but everything has improved. It is a small knit group & they are prompt with responses and extremely intelligent. There is easy parking right in front. I saw another specialist yesterday at the Pine Ridge location & she was amazing, down to earth & referred me to the best place in Naples to get testing! Another great experience.

Once I was in the room getting help, everything was going fine. After the first treatment was done, our nurse had not checked up on me for more than an hour and a half. I had to get help from other nurses so I could use the restroom. Without knowing, it was time for the next treatment. The nurse did a better job in being quicker. When we were wrapping up, the nurse yanked the needle out of my arm resulting in pain and a bloody job. My mom had to finish doing the nurses job by removing the Sphygmomanometer on my left arm and the pulse oximeter on my right hand finger. Although I am currently feeling better, my arm still hurts and I wish my mother and I were informed of what would be going on and why we had to wait so long.

Had a visit to the emergency room and received excellent care. We did not have to wait long and the doctor and nurses were very supportive.

Predatory pricing on minor medical issues. Their billing model is exploitative. DO NOT GO HERE!

First and most important she did not listen to a word I said. They took one BP reading which was inaccurate with a EKG that was incorrect. Asked questions about my health that were inane. Never met the supervisor until the last five minutes of the exam. She was as unqualified as the resident. I would not use NCH for splinter removal. Don't use the medical facility.

Both my doctor and her assistant are so attentive, courteous, and helpful. I am SO GRATEFUL that my insurance selected them and feel like I hit the lotto in getting the best care. Having a doctor that genuinely cares about their patients and their health, addressing all of their concerns, and going out of their way in giving them the extra time and care instead (instead of just seeing them as another number) is so important and valuable to me. Despite being a new patient, I was able to get an appointment here right away. The facility is clean, as well. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you so much to all of the wonderful staff here who I spoke with as every single one of them were super caring and helpful in assisting me. :)

But, can a hospital legitimately ever be short-staffed? I had an accident and EMS brought me here (if you have a choice, choose another hospital). ER doctor P seemed overworked and not very concerned about me. They did CT scans and discovered a broken hip. I was kept in the ER from 2 pm until 1230 am when "a room became available." When I got to my room on the 4th floor, I asked the nurse, "how did a room become available at 1230 am, someone just died?" She said that my room was available when she started her shift, 7 pm, but the admitting doctor S was "too busy to do the paperwork to admit me." I was told that I would have hip surgery the next day (Sunday, 12/28/25) after 3 pm. Thus, I was surprised and annoyed that from 130 am until 5 am I was disturbed 4 times by Dr. S, tech for bloodwork, tech for xrays, nurses. I said to one of the techs, "Why do this in the middle of the night? Why not tomorrow morning?" She said Dr. S had ordered it. Next day 12/28 was just lying in bed with IV waiting for surgery. After 4pm I was taken to pre-op. Surgeon, a different Dr. S, explained procedure and so did anesthesiologist. Surgery was around 6 pm and after recovery I got back to my room around 730pm. Nurse would only give me some lousy crackers fearing I might vomit. Didn't get any real food until next morning. Monday 12/29 hospital staff seemed a slight bit better. Hospitalist Dr. R stopped by and she explained things. Even P.T. came to get me up (very painful) and she discussed my situation. Marketing people from Encompass Rehab came to see me and I told them - good, take me! I finally escaped NCH North around 330pm on 12/30 by ambulance transport to Encompass Rehab. Bottom line: if you have a choice, choose another hospital! Your life may depend on it!

He poked our son 3 to 4 times used the needle like a violin and still couldn't get a vein. When prepping to get a vein he us a synthetic liquid skin bandage instead of the proper cleaning materials. After an hour of watching this horrible seen he finally called a nicu nurse for assistance. Unfortunately the Nicu nurse couldn't get a vein either then blamed other baby because he jerk last second when she tried. First red flag was when the original first nurse who checked us in didn't use gloves when handling our son on top of that he had cuts and opened wounds on his hands. I never exchange words with anyone I hate confrontation but I told him if you don't know what your doing ask for help don't be scared it's not like flipping burgers at McDonald's your at a hospital we completely understand asking for help. I guess I hurt his pride and ego he caught an attitude and try to argue with me that he knows what he's doing. When the nicu nurse came she asked the original nurse to prepare my son skin for an IV in front of her he use again a liquid skin bandage and she told him what are you doing that a bandage and not a cleaning agent. We left and went directly to the Fort Myers children's Hospital and on the first try they were able to put in an IV in seconds with out causing any pain or harm

I had a hysterectomy about eight weeks ago and I haven't heard much about going forward what's the date in case I start experiencing anything or anything like that so I figured I'd call because for the past two weeks. I have not been able to sleep barely eaten anything, I'm constantly sweating waking up on a bed soak wet, hot flashes constant throughout the day, I feel down, extremely extremely tired and I messaged Annie DeMagio's office about my symptoms, she had someone called me this morning to make the appointment knowing what I was asking on the message and explaining my symptoms, I made the appointment for 12 o'clock and waited pay $60 co-pay. I was waiting in the room with my mother when Annie entered the room and did not say hello any of us, instead, she looked really angry and gave us her back without even saying hello, when she finally turned around, I said hello I said, how are you today because she never bothered when I started mentioning my symptoms even before I said anything she said I don't do anything things that you want me to do. I don't do any of what you're asking and I'm not going to and not so many words, she didn't even bother, asking what I was going through how I was feeling absolutely nothing super unethical and unprofessional. Even my mom was shocked and surprised to her reaction and behavior when she entered the room I asked to get my money back and I asked to speak to a manager. They told me that they were in meetings for two hours, and I couldn't talk to that's higher up than the guy that was there that said he . He told me he was gonna have someone back when I asked with uncertainty he couldn't confirm. This needs to be addressed. Her behavior was absolutely uncalled for and not professional at all!! I will never go back there and I don't recommend her to anybody. She is extremely rude and wants to do what she wants with the patient instead of what you are asking for Four as a patient. I hope someone actually calls me so I can talk to them when they gets a dress. Thank you. That is all.

The two orgs connect by a hallway so you can walk indoor back and forth. Parking is an ease. Sadly but vitally there is now great security. You must show ID as well as them taking a pic of you before entering. The Childrens hospital is new and as awesome as the lobby of Healthpark. It looks like a mall here, clear elevators, stores and coffee shops ease the negative thoughts of having to be here when you rather not. The children's hospital is bright, happy, and they just got a brand new electronic piano in the lobby. (I got to break it in! ). Open and clean, this place still smells new. There's a gift shop, lots of different seatings for waiting. There's a wall size screen for movies, Tv, Whatever. I regret no pics of it but my mind was occupied by business. Will def take one next time. Every single staff member that I passed during the hours I spent there were friendly, smiled and helpful. Btw they do employ a music therapist, Love it.
