And the bangs were not what I wanted either. I am not one to speak much about my hair when it's getting cut but I just feel very disheartened by it and while hair grows back, this memory won't be forgotten. Just very disappointed, depressing and sad all around. Brought me to light tears. At the cost of almost $100 I would expect better professionalism when it comes to a customer's hair and making sure you're cutting it according to their wishes.
