However, the teachers at this Kinder location have been so helpful. The kinder app is updated throughout the day and has eased my stress greatly. I can check in and see what my babies are doing at any time of the day. My kids are so happy at pick up and tell me all of the activities they did for the day. The most important piece for me is that the teachers have been so communicative. They're so attentive to my kids' feelings and growing phases. I have had a great experience with the center's director, Ms. Alyssa as well as the receptionist, Ms. Sarah. Initially I had so many questions. we were new to daycare, new to the area, and we are not from the state. We weren't sure of what we needed to make the transition for our children the smoothest. Ms. Alyssa and Ms. Sarah readily answered all of my random questions and helped us at each step. Lastly, I absolutely love that each month there are fun activities for the kids to participate in; ie, holiday parties, center celebrations, dress up days, Disney days. I would recommend this center to other parents. My babies are safe, happy, and are properly cared for.

Our daughters were only enrolled for 4 short months. In those months, we've experienced a poorly ran facility, stressed out "teachers" and child neglect. The 2 year old room consistently smelled like toddler poop from the moment of drop off to the moment of pick up. The teachers are unwelcoming and most seem to have no desire to be there. I would name drop but THEY know who they are. They put on their phone and have all of the little kids surrounding the phone watching CocoMelon. If i wanted my kids on a tablet or a phone, trust me I'd keep them home. I never saw youtube kids under their curriculum schedule. Next time please mention that during the TOUR. Our LAST and FINAL straw at this horrendous facility was when my partner picked up my 4 year old around 445pm. She was sitting, isolated on a chair because she had soiled her clothing during her naptime. Nobody bothered to give us a call and she had woken up from her nap around 2pm so HOURS had passed before we even got to pick her up. The following day when we went to unenroll the girls and talk with the director. She was very rude, unapologetic and kept reiterating that she wasn't there yesterday etc. Surely, they have policies and protocols in place when accidents like this happen. Nobody gave us a courtesy call and ALLL the teachers knew about her accident during nap time. They kept saying they support us and they understand and it was messed up that no one gave us a call and just had my daughter sitting, isolated for hours. Because of this, my child feels humiliated and is ultimately traumatized at the experience and behavior of these adults. I am appalled at the way they treated my child. I emailed corporate about it. I would not recommend this place EVEN if you're desperate. I promise there are better options out there.

Laura the owner is a very sweet woman but when you question her competence she becomes very offended, she has no level of professionalism and relies on her trusty sister in law with a masters degree for legal advice. There were several occasions where I questioned my child's safety and I really wish I had not wasted my time here. Firstly if you would like to receive your child whole, this is not the place. Laura condones biting and fighting. On 2 separate occasions my son was bit by another child. The first time I said fine we can move forward. The 2nd time I was livid, she had promised if this happens again the other child would be asked to leave her day care. Not only did she not follow through with her end of the contract she gave every excuse as to why the other child bit my child and all she could say was sorry. When asked how can you ensure the safety of my child her response was " I apologize." I did tell her that the incident needed to be documented and reported she then stated if it was reported the state would laugh at this incident because it's "not a big deal" but, every incident should be a big deal. Secondly the last and final straw my son had an episode of vomiting, she called me freaking out as if he was vomiting like the exorcist. A child care provider should know exactly what to do in any event. The children at this day care are not fed a well balanced diet, which is why my son threw up. They're given pizza chips cookies and microwave foods. I was rushed and told to pick up my son immediately because he looked very ill. When I picked up my son I brought a bottle of ginger ale, by the time we had gotten home (we live fairly close) my son had been running and playing, there was nothing wrong with him. Lastly, late fees. I was asked to pay late fees because her day care closes at 5pm. I would arrive no late than 510 coming from Loma linda, in traffic, she made no exceptions. That is only because she has to rush her sons to their extracurricular activities. She mixes her family with business and only works to help people who only need part time child care. When I told her there was no need for me to come home and baby sit my child she asked me to find a different daycare. She stated you don't seem happy, and stated I am offended and you make me feel uncomfortable when you tell me that I'm not doing my job. I paid for exceptional daycare and didn't even get nearly close to that. When I asked for my deposit back because she the business owner wanted to terminate the contract she stated "no refunds." I don't know how this person is in business with children, the lack of education, professional and safety skills is beyond horrible.

Despite already having paid fully and on time for the previous month, I was told she relied on my $250 to pay her bills. The lack of flexibility and empathy in the approach take was taken in communication was really disappointing. Shortly after, when I began searching for alternate care, the situation escalated. The provider saw my public inquiry for another daycare and abruptly demanded more money via text, saying my son could no longer attend unless it was sent immediately. This confirmed our decision to move on immediately. While I know every family's experience can vary, professionalism, open communication, and trust are essential when it comes to childcare. In our case, those expectations were not met.
