Didn't use family recommendations I went on my own search and I came across the Salon 700 in Hyannis. I have been going there since I found it. It's been at least over a year or more. Between the greeting I get when I come in the door from the girls Danielle , Nicole everybody behind the counter. From my wonderful absolutely awesome Jillian who does my hair. I love Salon 700. The staff is absolutely amazing and they just make you feel like. You matter, they do a fantastic job with my hair and what my needs are. Never ever disappointed ever!! Women go to salon 700 in Hyannis you will not regret it! The aestheticians are awesome as well!!! My only sadness comes if I have to leave the Cape I will never find another place like Salon 700!!

There was minimal improvement after the first session, so I scheduled the next one with a different person. That person cancelled so I got the same person again. I told her I had no improvement, so she said she would increase the level/strength. Again, no change and no improvement. I would recommend that you find a place that does a fixed price per area rather than per session. I have lost faith in this salon's laser hair removal practice.

Sadly I cannot remember the name of my massage therapist, but I bought a 90-minute massage, firm pressure & full body, and cannot believe how perfect it was. The service was exceptional, and she was receptive to my needs. Did not do any talking after we got started. Definitely on the pricier end, but this seems consistent with the Cape Cod market. Only other note is that the facility smelled a little weird when you enter & are waiting in reception / nail care area. Odd, and a little distracting, but everything was fine in the massage room itself.

My hair was gray (my choice) and every stylist I went to before Jess led off with hair color options before my butt even hit their chair. Jess was the ONLY hair stylist who didn't do this. I trust Jess implicitly and she's helped me find my way through different styles throughout the years. And yes, even the occasional hair color (again, my choice, no pushiness from Jess ever).
