They were so nice on the phone and so very helpful. The lady was great! She assured me they would be delivered on Valentines Day and they WERE! My daughter was so thrilled. She said they were the prettiest I had ever sent. And, she was convinced the strawberries were freshly picked. She said they were DELICIOUS and quickly devoured them all!
