I'd recommend the covering because your clothes will get dirty. They had a bunch of different rooms in the building dedicated for the painting. The rooms have black walls and a full drum set. You can paint on your canvases, the walls, drum set, each other, anything! We got to choose our music for the entire 30 minutes- we just told the worker what artist and they put on a playlist. We had a really good time and would definitely go again, and likely check out the Break Rooms.

In this unique venue, I felt like I was in my living room with some of my favorite musicians. It was definitely worth the drive from Columbus. We arrived a few hours early to make a day of it - food and games, why not? We wanted to check out the Neon Room and walked in while they were still setting up. The manager, Dave Sanzo, was incredibly personable and filled us in on what to expect during the show. After learning we are lifelong fans of the band and brought records hoping for an autograph, he managed to fit us in the meet and greet before the show. What a stellar experience! With a capacity of just over 300, there is not a bad seat in the Neon room. A friendly staff brings drinks to your seat so you don't have to miss a minute of the action. I highly recommend this unique venue for an unforgetable experience.

The bar served beer and wines and was staffed by an energetic crew serving cold beverages. While "Heathers" was somewhat dark in nature at times - the acting, singing and choreography stood up to any of the community and professional theater we've seen elsewhere across the country. In a few words - beautiful, precise, heartfelt and dramatic all in one play. Loved meeting the owner Dawn and several of actors after the play. Great evening!!

We learned about the murder and the suspects. Then we all went outside for an hour to look for the hidden clues for Who did it. In the program is a page to fill out with the clues you find and the name of the alleged murderer. Then you submit your information online or by turning it in. Then, back at the theater, we learned more about the suspects alibis, and we learned who the murderer was. The attendee who got everything correct won a gift basket that included tickets to an upcoming show. Memberships are available or buy single tickets to shows. VIP tickets include hors d'oeuvres and beverages before the show and dessert afterward. We had a wonderful evening. Parking can be difficult to find so give yourself plenty of time.

Compared to a place like Playhouse Square, this place is a lot tinier, which makes the whole experience feel a lot more intimate. During intermission, my friends and I took a look at the art on display and purchased some drinks and snacks. They didn't have a huge selection, but enough to pick from. I should put the emphasis on *guys* as there was only one woman performer when I went. The show would have been better with more diversity. 3.) About half of the audience is made up of those who have attended the show with friends and family of the performers being a large constituent. I'm not sure if this matters but I think it affects the vibe some. 4.) When I visited a local band called Vanity Crash played during intermission. They weren't all that great and were somewhat awkward to watch. Thankfully they only played 2 songs. 5.) The show takes place in the Studio Theatre in the Beck Arts Center where It can probably seat around 60 people. Everyone should be able to get a good view. 6.) It was $12 for 2 hours of live entertainment. A pretty good value in my opinion. I can't say I'll be going to every show but I would definitely check them out again if I had a free night. You never know what you're going to get and a lot of it has to do with the audience, not the performers. My husband and I were there on Saturday night. It was the smallest crowd we've ever seen at the Beck with maybe 20 people at most. There was a group of 4 high schoolers in the front row. They seemed to know the cast. Their suggestions were super annoying and my husband and I would roll our eyes every time they'd say something. So, I took matters into my own hand and started yelling out suggestions and they seemed to really run with that and appreciate my input. This group has been around for 20 years and in October they're celebrating their anniversary. It's been nice to see them grow into a location such as the Beck Center. It's convenient and it gives them a more professional environment to work in. Give them a chance on a Saturday night. For $12/ticket...we'll be back!
