Buffet is pretty good , very neat and clean, just really expensive . Pic posted of a salad a friend of mine created.

Best venue for the money. No paid parking. Bands begin on time. About two hour shows. All seats are good.

MGM is a nice casino, although I never win a thing. Many slot machines to choose from and a couple of different food options are available. They do have smoking rooms/areas. The restaurant there was good ( the food was excellent) and the staff was very nice. It's a fun time if you have some extra money to spend.

If you are over the age of 65, love slot machines, have at least one disability, and/or lack a certain level of sanity, then you will love MGM Northfield Park's Casino. Stunningly, I don't apply to any of those features so you can imagine where after 5 minutes I was lost as to what the hell to do (my family members, who apply for many of the MGM's character traits, is the reason I was at this place for hours). I'm someone who can spend time at a casino if there are table games. Absolutely no table games. I can't stand slot machines. What weren't slot machines there was select video keno. I said, what the hell, and put in $20. I've never spent $7 in a more boring manner in my life. When you're so bored at a casino that you cash out before you lost your $20, that's quite the accomplishment! The MGM lion isn't even remotely roaring at this place. To kill time, I went to the sportsbook. It's a Sunday in the summer and baseball games haven't even started yet and I don't even want to bet on, of all sports, baseball. I'm ending up watching giant screens of golf and random sports interviews/documentaries. I almost fell asleep on their mildly comfortable couches. It's a half-hour in and there are various realms of Hell to me in this place. Somehow my family managed to spend 5 hours at this place. I left to go to the Metroparks and the Bedford Library. But that's my personality for you. I get this may be a spot for many in the fibers of America and Northeast Ohio but I found it incredibly depressing. I give it 2 stars only because the pub where I killed time in the casino was decent and I appreciated the complimentary pop. But only so much Starry and Mountain Dew can ail a reasonable man's depression. In conclusion, Skid Row, Buckcherry, and Bret Michaels will be performing here soon, which tells you enough.

The only music I wanted to hear when I arrived here was the sound of bells ringing and coins falling from the heavens. If I was a little taken back by anything it was the atmosphere and ambiance, once inside I could of been anywhere and I was ready to find that special machine that was calling my name, when I brushed by her I knew for a few bucks I just might get lucky. The ambient lighting and music rocking in the background sets the mood and all of this isn't by accident, after making a few laps with a half empty glass of ice melting in anticipation it was time to grab a seat and score a refill. I'm no high-roller, I consider myself more of an investor and I alway bring a strategy to maximize my ROI - I thinking gambling is the only form of entertainment that you may leave with more than you walked in with if you know when the shows over. I learned a long time ago winners don't build these financial intuitions, if you stay too long you will contribute to their bottom line no matter how lucky you are, it doesn't take much skill to insert a bill into the slot the auto assist will ensure you make a successful deposit and the bells and whistles will distract you and convince you to stay a little longer, these one arm bandit have a way of turning some people into false prophets, the more you invest the more the endorphins convince you she's coming around and you're one push of the button away from hitting the big one. Tonight "Lady Luck" was with me so my stay was short and being the only staff I met was the old man at the podium greeting everyone that walked through the door, the server delivering the alcohol and the voucher redemption machine I can say without reservation I enjoyed my time here and plan to return when I in the area - it appears some had a different experience and didn't feel they got the entertainment value they hoped for but odds are they'll be back too...

Played some games with my grandparents and had a blast. The little 1cent slots are the best! Waitresses for drinks were very sweet

The location is conveniently near a Starbucks and the freeway. They have amenities like a heated pool and gym but I didn't use them. I booked a couple nights around new years. It wasn't the quietest (I could hear cars/traffic noise). But it also wasn't a party hotel. Be sure to take the time to lower the black out curtains and adjust the thermostat screen for better sleep. The suites were very large and updated. There is a little wear and tear. I saw some scuff marks on the walls. But overall it's a clean hotel. Upon check in they give you bottled water. Breakfast starts at 6am and it's complimentary. But if you have to head out earlier they have a couple brown bags breakfast to go! Inside was a bottle of water, a bagel, and an apple. Check in and out was very quick and friendly. Thank you Chance and Susan. This will probably be my go to hotel for visiting this area.

I had a…read moreregular room this time a corner room with a couch, small table to eat at couch or do computer work at couch (but I also had a sweet last year that was very large). There is also a desk, microwave & fridge which is a bonus. The TV worked fine & had HBO (the guide button on the remote didn't work so it was kind of weird to have to find like four separate guides to determine what channel is to watch just by flicking the channel button up and down ). The bathroom was large with great counter space & a nice large shower (women will appreciate that it has a ledge for shaving legs). Bed was comfy with 4 pillows , room darkening blinds I loved . They have free typical breakfast with eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, etc & the breakfast area is large and has a TV in it . Coffee is available in the lobby all day (but there is also a Starbucks on the right side of the hotel now just steps from the side door, and you are also next to a McDonald's and a Dunkin). Staff is friendly. The only issues I've ever had here were with check in as a Hilton Honors member, check-in has not gone smoothly, and my digital key has never worked here. This time I was almost checked in as a different guest and luckily, I knew I already had a hold on my credit card and that got figured out quickly. There is also a pool & gym. Free large parking lot. The hotel is 4 floors & used stairs easily (2 elevators). my only room issue this time around was the deadbolt did not latch. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

WARNING: Worst Rental Experience Here is the order of events…read morethat occurred leading up to my charter and how your company failed to provide what was promised. 4/12/2018 - Client makes inquiry about bus charters and receives a quote from Angie Bishop for one 56 passenger bus to transport guests from the Ritz Carlton hotel (1515 W 3rd St, Cleveland, Ohio) to the private property at 3535 Revere Road, Richfield, Ohio and back, confirming the pickup and drop off locations for the first time. 5/4/2018 - Client receives booking confirmation from Lakefront Lines on the charter, confirming pickup and drop off locations for the second time. 6/14/2018 - Client inquires about a second 56 passenger bus and receives a quote, confirming pickup and drop off locations for the third time. 6/27/2018 - Client receives confirmation on the charter of the two buses, confirming pick up and drop off locations for the fourth time. 9/10/2018 (week of the wedding) - Client's wedding planner reaches out to Lakefront Lines to confirm booking and make sure that Lakefront Lines had performed a test run to ensure timing and accessibility for the guests. Lakefront Lines informed our wedding planner that there has not been a test run and then scheduled one on 9/12/2018 (3 days before the wedding). 9/12/2018 - Lakefront Lines comes to the private property at 3535 Revere Road, Richfield, Ohio and informs the wedding planner that the buses would not be able to drop off passengers at the contracted address, and would drop wedding guests on the street 300 yards away from the location. Lakefront Lines cited road width concerns. Wedding planner asks the coordinator to at least attempt a test run to the actual location, but Lakefront Lines refused. 9/13/2018 (2 days before the wedding) - Wedding planner and client reach out again to Lakefront Lines to try to figure out a solution to transport the guests from the street to the actual location of the property. Not only does Lakefront Lines not offer any solutions (smaller buses, shuttle vans, etc.), the representative, Angie Bishop, now changes the narrative and claims that the booking was for transporting between hotels rather than to a private property. This was a flat out lie and an impossibly bad one, as Lakefront Lines had at least 4 months and 4 different confirmations to check the location. 9/14/2018 (one day before the wedding) - Client books two shuttles from separate companies for an additional cost to move guests safely from the road to the actual location of the venue. As you can see from this timeline and details, Lakefront Lines had four and half months from the time of initial booking (and five months from the original inquiry) to the actual charter date to test run and inform the client that the buses would not be able to drop off guests at the actual location. Lakefront Lines never had the intent to do a test run until the wedding planner reached out. Lakefront Lines informs the client three days before the wedding that they would not be able to drop off at the actual location. When pressed about why the client was not informed of this during the previous four months, Angie Bishop then lied and claimed that the booking was for a hotel to hotel transfer, despite verifying the address four times. Not only did this experience create additional costs for the client (having to book shuttles at the last minute), it also caused delays in the wedding, discomfort from guests (some of whom had to walk), and heavy emotional stress for the client in the week of the wedding. Lakefront Lines made no attempt to remedy the situation and falsely tried to put the entire responsibility on the client.

Let's consider this human error as I also missed it on the contract that I agreed to. One week before my planned trip I get a text from the driver that he's roughly an hour out. I immediately called him and the office to inform them that they were a week early and my trip was for the following Saturday. I wouldn't consider that a last-minute cancellation as I wasn't planning for that date and I clearly wasn't prepared with all my guests. The office lady told me I would have to speak with Tommy on Monday and that's when he pretty much told me I was SOL and out my $900. Let me tell you what a delight he is to work with (sarcasm). I tried to explain to him that it's simply human error on both our parts so what can we do about still getting the bus for the correct night. He about blew a gasket and started telling me how he didn't do anything wrong and this was all my fault. I told him, you are correct I signed the contract and missed the error but they are the ones who wrote the contract up for the wrong date to begin with. I asked to speak with the owner, Vicki, over a dozen times and not once would he let me. He continued to be condescending and told me he had every call recorded and not once did I mention the 21st to him. Out of the dozen calls I had with this company, the only recorded call they would offer me was the original call were I called and asked for a booking and they said Tommy would call back to discuss pricing. How come they won't share the 31 minute call where I did the negotiations and booked the actual trip?! Let me guess, because it would prove that I asked for the 21st but the contract was written for the 14th. Once again, human error but own it as any reputable business would. You don't treat your customers like pieces of shit and expect any return service from them or anyone they know! Please pay a few extra dollars and book with a reputable company that'll work with you in the event of a mistake as mistakes do happen.
