I decided to give it a try and I do not regret it at all. Well .. my only regret is getting addicted and spending way more money than I need to on coffee. This place is incredible. They only offer drive through service, no seating which is fine. Even when the line is long it moves quickly and efficiently. I've never experienced a rude employee there and they're usually pretty helpful with recommendations. My go to is the Gold Rush (salted caramel) which is consistently delicious. Sometimes I feel adventurous and try something new, but I'm usually unsure about the flavor and then regret my choice later so I've learned stick with my old trustee. read more

I just found Brevity about a month ago and I'm already a regular at the one by my dialysis. I love their Islander. It's chocolate and macadamia nut. And it's amazing. I get it frozen with oat milk and it's a bit of heaven. I also get an almond croissant. They are made my Miss Chick Peas bake shop which is a vegan bakery. I didn't know the first 2 times I got it that it was vegan. It's also amazing. It's buttery and flaky and light. The filling isn't too sweet. I love coming to Brevity. The most watered down matcha I've ever had. Former coffee shop and specialty tea shop barista here. Let's start with the good stuff. The barista that took our order was one of the most friendly baristas ever, chatting with us while the baristas inside made our order. He was super talkative and super great. My fiancé also appreciated that they did not skimp on the drink itself by filling his cup to the brim with ice as is what happens in a lot of fast food or lower end restaurants to save on money. We were afraid this might happen, but the drink to ice ratio was great. Now onto the bad. As stated above, the Matcha Lattes were abysmal. We ordered a medium iced Matcha Latte and a medium hot Matcha Latte with Raspberry and both wish we had gotten smalls. My fiancé's plain iced Matcha Latte was the way to go between these two drinks, but it still royally sucked. There had to have been matcha in the drink as it was green to prove that there was, but we could not taste it at all. All we tasted was milk. My hot Latte was the hottest drink I've ever burned my tongue on and this was one of the two times in my life I'd wished a place had double cupped or had a cup sleeve on it to protect my hands it was so bad. We ended up pouring the rest of my fiancé's ice into it, because by the time he had finished his drink I was still unable to drink mine it was still that hot. The Raspberry flavoring tasted like cheap jam and I could smell it as soon as it entered the car. It really did the heavy lifting on this drink in the sense that it managed to make the drink taste like something other than milk like my fiancé's. I kid you not, this thing tasted like the General Mills Boo-Berry cereal you see in stores around Halloween. My fiancé looked at me like I was crazy when I said this, but when he tried it he said it was scary how accurate my comparison was. It was weird at best, and as a fan of raspberries I'm sad they didn't even have the terrible chemically tasting raspberry flavoring but Boo-Berry Milk instead. Since it was early in the morning, we were looking forward to an energy boost from these drinks, but it came as a surprise to neither of us when we felt none whatsoever. From these drinks alone, I don't know how this place is in business. At the very least, skip this location and go to another if you're wanting to try your luck with this chain. As an infuriated ex-barista, I give this place a one star for beverage quality. The only reason this place ISN'T getting a one star is because we did not get food poisoning and the barista at the drive thru window was fantastic. Brevity, up your matcha game and get rid of the Boo-Berry Milk. read more

Honestly, this is the best little coffee place I have found in San Antonio. Prices are super affordable at half the cost of a Starbucks drink, yet double the quality. I must admit I'm not a coffee drinker, but they have other drinks that are to die for! My personal favorite is their Italian soda, but the shark bite is a very close second place! I have been here at least 20 times and never once have they ever messed up an order. The atmosphere is amazing. Love this local gem! It's priced just right and I can get a good 2 servings from their large at $4.75 and save for next day...or next fix! I do find I sometimes add a bit of instant when I get home if I want a more deep kick to the senses, but that's just me. Gold rush (Breve) is my go to. I just tried their sugar free version and it is BOMB. The Irish cream is nice as well. They have SF for all their flavors. Everyone there seems genuinely friendly and are very helpful for the inexperienced coffee/latte drinker. My hot latte seems ready in SECONDS! Perfect for being solely a drive through. I'd drive past Starbucks and DD and drive 11 min to get to this location. Just today I veered off quickly to get a cup. I couldn't be THAT close and not stop in. My first impression of this drive thru coffee stop was great. It is located in a parking lot in the corner of Huebner. Though small, it is mighty! The menu was different. Like I said before, different appeals to me. It's fun going through a coffee menu looking at flavors that aren't the same as other coffee places. I got the Lucky Clover which was an Irish cream Breve. I am a breve aficionado and always looking for coffee menus with breve in it. The lady who took our orders was so welcoming and thanked us for trying them out. She even said that although the menu is there, they can try and make different coffee drinks. This lifetime, it has been reborn as Brevity Coffee Co, and personally, I hope it sticks around for a good long while. Perched on the corner of one of the busiest intersections: Huebner and Babcock, Brevity is a caffeinated homing beacon for those either on their way to or from work to get a little treat. They have hot and cold (and also frozen) drinks, and pretty good prices. They also offer not one, not two, not three, but four sizes! My sister had a large chai latte and I had a medium frozen "Lucky Clover"--an Irish Cream Breve--and they gave us a punch card, too! Their menu also boasts drinks for the kids, perfect for an after school pick-me-up. I like Brevity because they folks there are nice, and they're fast! I was able to stop by here during my lunch hour and make it back to work in less than 30 minutes. Color me impressed. My order was out in probably less than a minute. I ordered the Islander which she suggested. She stated it was most popular at the moment being that this place is fairly new. It was so good! I ordered it frozen so basically a Frappuccino. You can order your drink Hot, Iced or Frozen. Aside from their specialty drinks they offer refreshers, smoothies, shakes and classics (americano, latte). They also have a limited amount of snacks.
