The drink menus are far from the building, which is good when they're busy but not when there's no line and it's 1st visit. Couldn't access menu online easily either so we ordered some standard options- tuxedo mocha and smores. Service was similar to a fast food drive thru, basic interaction take order, payment and handover the order, not what I'm used to from coffee places. Coffe was good, I look forward to trying again after reviewing menu options and definitely try out some food too. read more

The first time I went to this location, the employees were not very helpful in telling us about their sugar free options. The second time I went once again not friendly. I ordered online and was given my drink with no greeting. I'm used to the friendly customer service from Dutch Bros. and Scooters coffee. Someone needs to train this staff on Customer Service. I am pleased to see the new location here. I found my way to the window by circling around some food trucks that I may need to check out later. The menu has no light on it which was a little difficult to read at 6am. It is a simple menu, and pretty straightforward. The service was friendly and accommodating. A punch card was given to me to encourage future visits. The americano was pretty good, but lacked the smoothness that I anticipated. I will be back to look for the cup that I am sure will nudge me to add another star. read more

I have never had bad service at Brevity before, but today was just awful. While taking my order every time imentioned one thing I wanted for my drink the girl that was there kept saying "what else". She took my card put it in the card reader and gave me the device. It wasn't even ready. I had to figure it out myself. I still tipped of course, because I've worked in food service before, but this just ruined my mood. My drink was flavorless. read more

The service was not good at all. My sister pulled up to the window and the blonde barista didn't even say hello. She just looked at us annoyed. I asked for a medium iced matcha and when my sister asked for their milk alternatives, she answered in an annoyed tone. The matcha was pretty good overall, a bit sweet but still good quality. Unfortunately, the service keeps me away from to this location. I rather drive all the way to Huebner Rd. location because they're welcoming and nice people. read more

We stopped by this morning on the way to take my daughter to a class. I got the pumpkins spice latte and it was delicious. My daughter got a mango smoothie and a muffin since we very much didn't have our crap together this morning. The girl taking our order was so nice too! . Personally Brevity trumps all coffee shops for me. Their coffee is strong! The Salted Blonde and Lucky Clover are my favs! The line is never long and even if there's 2/3 cars ahead of me, the line moves quick! Another reason they have my business is because the owner takes care of his customers! On more than 1 occasion I've been in line with a few cars ahead of me. The owner drives up and sees the line and he parks, jumps out of his truck and runs inside to get his device! He then runs out to the line to start taking orders while we wait! It's Obvious that he wants his customers to have a speedy experience. The service was fast but the quality was disappointing. First time at this location & I was the only one there so I don't understand the quickness but then subpar quality. I ordered a blueberry muffin and a small Avalanche decaf, $10+ with tax. The drink just tasted like coffee or worse so I don't even think I was given decaf even tho I mentioned it twice. It had no flavor definitely did not taste like white chocolate or hazelnut like advertised, even the cold foam just tasted like foamed up milk. I was not asked if I wanted the muffin warmed and I quickly regretted not mentioning it myself when I went to take a bite and it was super cold,almost frozen. Thankfully I got the recipe texted and when I pull it up so I can speak to someone I see 'warmed up' for the muffin and nothing about decaf. I sent them a message via the toast asking to have someone contact me, we will see. read more

I've been to this Brevity location 5 times since the beginning of January 2024. I am thankful that a friend gave me a$5 gift card to this coffee spot because I'd driven by so many times and might not have otherwise tried it. And now I strongly recommend you do try it! Don't wait for a gift card. It's worth the stop. From the first time I visited, and to include my visit yesterday, I have received personal attention and much patience in explaining the difference in the different drinks. I enjoy sweet coffee drinks as a treat, but cannot have real sugar. Brevity offers numerous sugar free syrups, and that's just one thing I like about them. The last time I came here was an awful experience. I ordered 2 drinks (iced tuxedo sub white mocha with oat and an iced latte with oat & honey) and the blonde barista made them both wrong (gave me a tuxedo with regular mocha and reg milk and an iced latte with no honey and reg milk). I don't know how they train ppl here but it just seems below average quality. Would recommend going to a different local coffee shop like Coffee Me Crazy, Press Coffee or Merit with baristas that know how to make drinks. read more

And seriously less expensive than the leading competitor. I used to pay $12/day for the way I liked my coffee. Now I only pay $6 with no extras because it doesn't need it!! I've only tried the Tuxedo (with oat milk) and the iced Gold Rush (I think). Both are awesome! My only gripe is sometimes the Tuxedo tastes like it has cinnamon in it. Not sure if this is due to different people making the drink and making it "their" way or from using the same tin to steam the milk as the one they use to make their chai latte. I'm not a big fan of cinnamon so I end up throwing half my drink away the few times it had cinnamon in it. Aside from that, the employees and owners are very friendly and engaging and their Tezel location is very close to where I live so its my daily go-to for delicious coffee! read more

I was impressed with my first visit . The customer service is on top with great energy and care. I love the menu because it's not only for adults but kids too. And the drinks are awesome in flavor .
