Their hours are a bit limited (Wednesday-Friday from 6:30 AM to 2 PM, and Saturday-Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM). I made sure to come back when they were open, and I'm so glad I did. The gentleman who took my order was incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I ordered the Sam's Sip which is a honey lavender latte with soft top and it was perfectly made. If you prefer a sweeter drink, you can even ask for it a little extra sweet. This has officially become my go to spot whenever I'm in the area. It's a coffee truck located in the parking lot of an auto repair shop, but don't let that fool you because it's definitely worth checking out!

The coffee is pretty solid, not as sweet as some other places which is nice. It's not overly watery either. The lemon curd pastry was fantastic; nice sugary crisp and super flakey and buttery. The lemon curd itself is a smidge overwhelming in tartness but still delicious overall. The cinnamon croissant was my least favorite because it was a bit dry inside. I think they would also benefit from having prices next to the pastries. Service was great still! We went at 8:30 on a Saturday and there was a decent amount of people but we didn't have to wait super long. While it may seem a bit pricey, it's actually not bad cuz you get to keep the glass jar ($7/ jar). my youngest loved her cheesecake & she doesn't even like cheesecake. My eldest loved her matcha.
