We ordered online first and the drink was prepared on time for pick up. We got a lychee peachy green tea with boba, the drink was cold and refreshing. The boba could be chewier but otherwise it was a good drink.

Consistency is why I keep giving them my business. The drinks always taste the same and I love that. It doesn't matter if you come in earlier in the day or later in the evenings. There are a few locations around town and I've noticed that they keep expanding. They do have a rewards program for regulars. Typically there's a line but I've never waited longer than about ten minutes for my drink. The milk teas here are my favorite. It's located in a pretty big plaza so parking isn't a problem.

Always very friendly staff. The menu is varied but not too much, as the core drinks don't need to change. The Brew Milk Tea, Smokey Oolong Milk Tea and Taro Milk Tea are our favorites! They can always adjust to taste, which is nice. Don't forget to sign up for rewards because you will likely come back again and again

Good drinks and service! Enjoyed the mango slush and matcha tea. The boba had the perfect texture, just the way I like it.

I got something new this time to my usual: the azuki milk tea and the taro slushee. I always error in the 50% sweet or less since they run on the sweeter side. My biggest complain is the lines and wait times. It's very small inside so when it gets filled there's no where to really go. I'd really recommend to order ahead of time for pickup if you don't want to wait. Boba texture is always spot on. They keep the lines moving and the workers are all pretty nice. I still don't love that you can't customize some drinks with the ice level.

I moved out to Vegas in August of last year and it's been hard to find a place that sells a good milk tea. I didn't think it would be this hard but I finally found one. Staff is friendly. Loved the music they were playing while I waited. They were quick too. There was a line but it moved fast and I got my drinks pretty quick! Drinks were perfect. I always judge a place based off their milk tea. If you can't get that right then why bother. I used to work at boba shop and it's a basic drink. Obviously, I got a milk tea and it was the best I've had since moving to Vegas. I also got a peach/lychee green tea. Also, a great drink. This will be the only place I'll recommend to people as of now

Brew Tea Bar is my favorite boba spot in Vegas!!!Ordered 6 drinks to-go yesterday and feedback from my coworkers were all great. I opted for a pineapple green tea with aloe, 75% sweet and it was the perfect treat for the heat. Service was quick and definitely accurate. I liked how the screen was turned to me to see the drink orders, as placed. The drinks were safe in a to-go bag with a cup holder inside. No seating area. Just place the order and you go to the pickup area.

Best boba! Always fresh and chewy. Quality teas and friendly staff. Lines are always long at any Brew Tea location, but worth it. They move quickly. Good vibes all around. No seating. More of a grab and go spot.

Ooooh, I see why this place is so popular! Drinks are delicious, and do not taste as though they are premade or mixed from powders. It was pretty busy, though I'm sure the warm weather is why people were enjoying a cool drink. We were able to order fairly quickly and received our drinks fairly quickly. Having very delicious boba/drink shops in Hawaii, we have had our reservations of which places are good but this spot is definitely a favorite in the valley. Iced strawberry black tea was so refreshing for a warm day, my daughter enjoyed a strawberry banana slush w/boba (and the boba is delicious!), my husband got the brown sugar milk tea w/boba and cheese cream. All so delicious. Thankful there is one in the Northwest of the Valley so we can frequent the shop!!

There was a line when we went but it moved pretty fast. Loved my cold brew sea salt latte, it's very strong, just the way I like it! I can't wait to go back and try other drinks.

Always a go to spot when we're in Vegas! The drinks here are very refreshing and also super affordable compared to the places we have in SoCal. The shop is on the smaller side and whenever we go there's a line, but the wait isn't too bad and the cashiers are all very helpful.

Always been No. 1 boba for us! All time favorite! Taro slush & strawberry matcha is our usual but today i tried cold brew sea salt latte & it will be an addition to my usual orders. I love how they have the mini boba for our kids. Now they give a reusable bag which is really nice! The place is small, just a grab & go but their service is fast so dont be intimidated if there's a line coz it goes by quick.

My friend recommended us Brew Tea Bar, and I can definitely see why; the teas here are delicious!! Super fragrant and it seems popular too. We were there on a Wednesday night and there was still an active line. I tried the Wintermelon Milk Tea with pudding and it was really good! Very light, not too sweet. The drinks were made fairly quickly so we were in and out in around 10 minutes despite the line.

Do you guys accept reusable cups that we bring in? And if so, how does that affect the pricing of the drink?

Unfortunately, we do not. We do not want our employees to be responsible for personal items entering the bar.

How do you record the star rewards. Is there an app to get the star?

Yes of course, for every drink purchase you earn 1 star. 10 star can be redeemed for a free regular size drink. Restrictions apply.

Will you have an app soon for orders?

    Possibly! Still working on it!

Is there an easy way to place an order for the gallon bags in advance?

Yes, simply call the location you would like to pick up from a day in advanced

Can you still order online and pick up?

Unfortunately we do not have online ordering.

Do they sell food items also or just drinks?

    Drinks only

Is the milk you use for dairy products lactose free?

Most drinks are lactose free milk. But those that are dairy are indicated with a cow symbol on our menu. You may subsitite for a nondairy option if you prefer.

You don't have crepes anymore btw please update photos and menu?

Sorry it is updated in stores but we can't do anything about it on yelp.

Do you sell by the Gallon?

They do. It's the catering menu. You have to give at least a 24 hour order notice and they charge through a link texted to you.

Do you have any non-dairy slush or milk tea options?

    Yes! Lots!!

It says delivery is an option but I can't find you on any delivery platforms?

Sorry unfortunately we do not deliver. If you are ordering at the UNLV location we use Fantuan.

Do you sell hot drinks or only cold?

They sell both hot and cold drinks.

Do you guys sell any smoothies? My friends and i have been looking for a drink or smoothie place close to our school and you guys are walking distance

Hi Jenna, yes we do have slushes!

Is there any nutritional info about the menu available?

As far as I'm aware there is not.

Do you guys still allow people to bring their own cups? I am trying to reduce plastic waste, but I understand if this is not allowed at the time due to covid.

Currently we do not. But once Covid is over you are more than welcome to!

Do they have caffeine free drinks...if so which ones are caffeine free?

Yes they do. There is a whole section on the menu of Caffeine Free Drinks (Herbal Teas) HERBAL TEA Rosebuds…

The matcha parfait was good with a nice creamy texture and flavoring. However, I have one complaint. When coming with two others where we are lactose sensitive and with one having an allergy to oats, they wanted to try the matcha latte's and we asked if they can make with almond milk . The female worker said they don't have almond milk and only do oat or whole milk which was odd, and I asked again to confirm and was told no. They ended up having to do whole milk despite being lactose intolerant and was bothered. I look through here from comments by the owner saying that they CAN substitute with almond milk, which is confusing and a little annoying that we were told they don't substitute almond milk and was never told a reason why. That's one complaint for those who might be allergic to oat milk or are lactose sensitive: There is barely any option to accommodate and for that I give three stars. I probably would not come back again nor recommend because of the lack of accommodation for those who cannot have oat/almond milk. However despite that it is good to try once.

There was a time when I came almost every week,…read moreand whenever my friends had birthdays, I would preorder their cakes here because I genuinely love the quality of the desserts. My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, today's visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, a mango mochi, and a whole cake. The breakfast items were served without any fork or knife. When I asked for utensils, there was no effort to provide them. The mango mochi was also served without utensils. When I politely asked the staff member wearing the mask for a fork, she simply replied, "You don't need utensils." That response honestly surprised me. Mango mochi is sticky and messy to eat by hand. It wasn't about the fork itself--it was the complete lack of willingness to provide even the most basic customer service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The answer was still no. That response simply made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was how I was treated because I had my service dog with me. My dog is a professionally trained service dog--not a pet. He remained calm throughout the entire visit. He never barked, never approached anyone, never disturbed other customers, and simply laid quietly beside me. Despite that, I was questioned about whether he was a service dog, whether he had a service vest, and then told that because I had my service dog with me, we would have to sit outside. I found this extremely disappointing. My dog was behaving exactly as a trained service dog should, yet I was still directed outside solely because he was with me. I sincerely hope the staff receive proper training on how to respectfully interact with customers who rely on service animals. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. After being directed outside because of my service dog and then repeatedly being refused basic accommodations that should have been simple to provide, it became difficult not to question whether my service dog influenced the way I was treated. I truly hope that wasn't the case, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many friends have shared the same experience with me over the years: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People return because the desserts are amazing--not because of the hospitality. Sadly, it often feels like there's no warmth or genuine care for customers. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew loyal customers were leaving with experiences like this. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But after years of supporting this business, I believe this experience needed to be shared. Suzuya truly makes fantastic desserts, and that's exactly why this review is so disappointing for me to write. Great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated--not dismissed.
