A great place with great brews they had a range from ipas to ciders! They help create opportunities for those who may not be able to obtain jobs in a traditional sense! I love they are helping the community! Everyone there was very kind and helpful and the food was good as well! They also have a happy hour!

Trivia nights on Tuesday's hosted by Geeks Who Drink! Start time 7-9 ish pm. I had a great time here with friends and other participants. I love the concept of this restaurant! Very inclusive and opportunistic :) When ordering your food, you order it up at the bar where they give you a number. The pizza looked fantastic! When I come back, I'm definitely trying that! The pretzel with cheese dip was pretty tasty.

One of a kind business might not describe its uniqueness. Inclusion is a huge part of this business. I've been to a business like this (in Boulder) in the past so to stumble upon a place like this in my vicinity was certainly a treat. As their website says it all, this place employs adults with disabilities. For them to easily understand what diners want to order the beer menu and the beer handles have color combinations so when you arrive you order by the color. And as a diner who supports inclusiveness, you are included as part of the Brewability team. With that said, you will be warmly welcomed. We had three beers (mine was mine was Mango Blond, 6% ABV, definitely a lager, his were some IPA, one was definitely hazy.) What we were truly impressed with was the pizza we had. It was made with Cauliflower crust so gluten free. He wanted meat; I wanted veggies so they made it half and half. I only ate my side and it was superbly made. The spinach and the artichoke in the melted cheese created a spinach dip type creamy texture. To me, pizzas (in general) are made with a lot of salt but our pizza wasn't salty at all. At/around 6pm, Wednesday's weekly Open Mic Night started. Mostly single performers so the music wasn't too loud. All the acts were professional level. One young man (he looked like a teenager) in particular had the voice of a veteran country music singer (like Alan Jackson!!!) Everyone was awe struck!! This is definitely a different type of craft beer place. On the outside, its appearance is nothing special. And yet, once you are inside, you are in a different world (the City of Englewood should be so proud to have this business.) For friendliest service with great craft beer with excellent thin crust pizza with talented performers, waste no time and go here.

This is my go to spot for meeting up with my best friend for a night out. We love the food, we love the staff, we love the atmosphere, and we love their mission. There is always something going on here, Trivia nights are fun and the live bands are always great. There are a variety of pizzas but the mac and cheese is my favorite - a don't skip the ice cream afterwards!

I love this place! Everyone is super nice and the pizza, beer and dips are delicious (one day I will try the dessert.) You feel right at home here and you can really feel the warmth from the community. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend coming here for any and all occasions.

First off, I love the concept behind the restaurant and the community behind it. The staff is really kind and you can tell that they really do care. This is NOT a place for you to dine if you're impatient, rude, sensitive to noise, or get irritated by others easily. Only come here if you are patient and kind with your words and actions. Please read the signs on how to order because you order by color. I don't remember the drink I ordered but it comes with a strawberry and it was delicious. It's different from other drinks and even though it's an alcoholic beverage, it's quite refreshing. There aren't many options for pizza slices so my friend and I ordered a whole meat lovers pizza and we somehow managed to finish it between two people. The pizza was really tasty. There were some bits were it was too much tomato sauce that I wasn't a fan of. Otherwise, really delicious. When we were here, they were hosting a karaoke session and it was nice to see everyone happy and singing. Also the music selection was top notch. You got Disney, Hamilton, Lady Gaga, etc. One of the best.

Can't say enough about the inclusivity of this place. They take care of their employees and their customers. I always feel welcome whenever I visit. Brewability supports other small businesses and bands so I love coming here to support my friends, Dear Marsha, when they play. Brewability has expanded their options to include dessert with Sweet Action Ice Cream. Always a great time.

Ask the Community - Brewability & Pizzability

Gluten Free beer?

They have a hard seltzer (flavor gets rotated) that is gluten free. That's what I order and I've been happy with it.

When this was Brews on Broadway, dogs were allowed inside and on the patio. With the new owners, are dogs allowed?

They're allowed out on the patio. Still a very dog friendly place.

Any food options?

Only snacks, such as bagged chips, etc. Food can be ordered for delivery or you can bring your own… Read more

I have found Colore to be one of the top Italian restaurants in Denver. I have been visiting…read moreColore since my son was performing in band and orchestra concerts at DU, about 10-15 years now. It is not near my home, so I look for reasons to visit. My latest no-brainer excuse is to indulge in a nice meal prior to concerts from at Swallow Hill Music Center, located across the street from Colore. Last night was one of these nights. Quite the date night for me and my husband--a full meal at Colore and a Face Vocal Band concert at Swallow Hill! Colore has all the traditional American-Italian favorites, including lasagne and other creative pasta dishes (is the pasta homemade? I'm not sure, but it's yum!), chicken parm/picatta/marsala/saltimbocca, steak, fish, it is all very high quality and creative cooking. Pizza and calzones are also available. The prices are incredibly reasonable. Don't forget to glance at the cocktail menu, where they've tailored cocktails to include amaro, Campari, aperol, and limoncello to delicious result. Try the Italian Greyhound with Boulder Spirits gin and aperol, the Black Manhattan with Stranahan's whiskey and amaro, or the Italian margarita with Campari. And the wine list is reasonable, too, with a few high end Italian choices by the bottle, and many options by the glass to keep your budget down for the evening. And sangria? Yes, please! The desserts all have a nice Italian twist, as well. Cannoli, Tiramisu, gelato, and other indulgences. My FAVORITE THING? The garlic knots that come out with every meal, along with olive oil and balsamic for dipping. These are just heavenly, yeasty, soft, unforgettable. There is also always a special or two which we have found to be perhaps the most exciting and delicious on the menu. Last night, my husband ordered the salmon special. This piece of wonderful salmon was stuffed with lump blue crab and spinach, and had a white sauce with fennel and I forget what else, which was simply heaven. It was placed on a dollop of polenta. He ate every last bite. I opted for the vegetable lasagne, which didn't disappoint. A three-inch cube of lasagne, covered in their homemade marinara, with all the veggies--spinach, broccoli, artichoke, mushroom, zucchini. And of course, the requisite ricotta and mozzarella/parm layers. When we were sufficiently stuffed, we decided to share a dessert. Given the nice spring weather, we were drawn to the carrot cake with pineapple, walnuts, and berries, and a scoop of pistachio gelato. This carrot cake was a little two-layer individual round tower; they layer filled with pineapple sweetness and topped with a walnut cream. Strawberries and whip on the side made it feel healthy (lol). The pistachio gelato was the perfect accompaniment (we always need ice cream, right?), with little crunchy pistachios mixed in, as one would hope it would have. Our server was bubbly, very nice, and efficient. It was a great meal. I should also mention that they have takeout. How great would that be to have in your neighborhood? I noticed when I went online to make reservations, that Colore has just opened a Littleton location. I would like to submit a request--next location opening--Downtown Golden! That's my town, and I would love to have Colore take-out every week. And date night even more often. If no luck with getting a location in Golden, I will continue to keep my eye out for Face Vocal Band concerts at Swallow Hill, so that I have a great excuse to make my way down to South Broadway for a wonderful meal at Colore.

The inside of the restaurant had a mid-century modern feel that reminded me of my childhood home. After sitting down and reviewing the menu, my friends decided on the frozen rosé, while I stuck with a Coke since I was driving. The soda hit the spot, but my friends found the frozen rosé a bit bitter and weren't fans. For starters, we highly recommend the garlic bread and pepperoni rolls. The sauces served with them tasted fresh and were packed with flavor. After appetizers, we ordered three pizzas and a Caesar salad. The restaurant got busier after we sat down, and our food took a little over 30 minutes to arrive. When the pizzas finally came out, they were absolutely worth the wait. They were visually appealing, and we couldn't wait to dive in. I ordered the veggie pizza, and it was so good. Our friends got the White Tiger pizza and added prosciutto, while my husband ordered the mushroom pizza with added sausage. It took us a few years to finally try Joy, but I can confidently say they make an awesome pizza in a relaxed, chill atmosphere.

I got the side salad with house vinegrette and the prosciutto, burrata, and arugula- it was absolutely amazing. My mouth is watering thinking about how tasty it was. I especially enjoyed the sourdough crust. We will definitely be back for more!

I went today at lunch and ordered the 10" cheese pizza with sausage and roasted garlic. It was delicious. The sausage had a wonderful flavor and was not too spicy. I also ordered some cheese garlic bread, which was also tasty, not too crunchy. The crust on the pizza was a thin crust, almost like a cracker. I do prefer a thicker crust, but this was lovely. The waitress was very busy, as the restaurant was full of people and she was also doing the cashiering. She told me they were told they need to be out of the building by 5/15, from the new owner. She was extremely sad, as they have been around for, I believe, at least 30 years and were not given any notice that the building had sold You need to go in there to have a delicious meal, prior to them closing. They offer pizza, sandwiches, salads and burgers. In addition? They open at 11:30, close at 2 and reopen at 4, for the dinner crowd.
