This order was carryout, placed at the counter. There is a decent amount of parking in the lot. We were welcomed in and given time to look over the menu before ordering. We placed our order and walked a couple doors down to a brewery. I chose to get a calzone with Italian sausage, green chilies, onion and black olive. My husband got pepperoni, Italian sausage, green pepper and onion. The calzones came with marinara. I got a text when they were ready for pick up. I took a stroll over and my order was ready to go. I asked for some plasti-ware as well and they gave me two sets. The calzones were delicious. We each tried the other's. I think this will be worth a revisit to try more from their menu. read more

My personal favorite is the calzone because it's enough for 3 meals for me. All of their ingredients are top notch and there's nothing more we love then an outstanding slice! Rude staff! They don't want your business! First time coming to this place. I noticed two open tables on the patio and thought perfect. Walked to the girl at the front. Me- "Hello can I get those two tables for a party for 7" Girl - "no" Me- "oh are they reserved" Girl- "no they only have two chairs" Me- " ok can we just add some more chairs" Girl- "no" Me - stunned silence. Girl - "we are busy if you want a table it's going to be a long wait so...." I just left. Anyone who has worked the service industry would be stunned. I will never go back and I will warn anyone who mentions this place. To the girl: in the service industry there are ways to inform your customers they can't have the seats. Here is a free lesson. -"I'm sorry but there is a capacity limit for the patio. We would be happy to add you to the wait list but it might take a little while" 2nd example- "unfortunately we can't accommodate a large party on the patio. We do have another table but you would need to wait for our current customers to finish" Copy the apology - we are low on wait staff tonight, we have a policy to only seat two people at those tables.. and so on. This is the kind of hidden gem you seek out for the food, not the ambiance. The place is small, clean and hidden in a strip mall next to a liquor store. The signage above the place looks amateurish, but it's the same type of LARGE LETTERED SIGNAGE the whole strip mall businesses used. But ignore that because the taste of the food is the reason you come to this place. The first time we went we had two of their pizzas. A deep dish and a thin crust. They make their own marinara sauce that's used on all of their dishes from the lasagna and meatball sandwiches to their deep dish pizza. It's a hint spicy and very good. I told them they should consider selling the sauce on its own. They're thinking about it. The pizzas were very good and I enjoyed leftover pizza for days after our visit. The one thing I didn't like about the deep dish pizza was I ordered black olives. I'm just starting to appreciate black olives, and because they are so generous with their toppings, the bounty of olives were a little too much for my taste. (My fault, not theirs.) This time we visited at lunchtime so I opted for the meatball sandwich. I don't care for toasted buns because of the crumbly mess they make when eating them. That was not the case with this sandwich. The roll was toasted but the only thing falling on my plate when I shoved the sandwich into my face were the sauce and chunks of the meatballs. I took my 2 teenage grandsons here for the first time a couple of weeks ago. We loved it! Their salad was amazing and large, it fed all 3 of us and my guys are big eaters! Walter's what's going on guys?! I was so excited to get my favorite pizza the other night and unfortunately only half more order was good. I ordered my favorite buffalo chicken wings and a 12' Red Hot Mama to go. When I got home I dug into the chicken wings that were steaming when I opened to box and they were perfectly seasoned and so yummy. Once I finished those hot wings I was so excited for the pizza because if it was anything like the wings it was going to be great..... Unfortunately when I opened the pizza box their was no steam, and not even the whiff of the smell of the pizza. It looked like it was a couple hours old and it was cold. My crust was hard, and the whole pizza was cold. Not warm like it had cooled down on the way home no it was cold. And it was so depressing because I was so excited for this dinner that I treated myself to because I never eat here too often because its always a award and treat. We each ordered different salads and they're all very good, and consistent to what we found with our takeout order that there's no shortage of ingredients! We ordered the garlic parmesan wings (pass) and the bbq bourbon wings (HUGE WIN!!) and also ordered the Kihei pizza and devoured the entire thing!! Update: 4/14/25 Michael - I appreciate your response. However, neither my husband nor myself left our house for the entirety of the first 2 weeks of our newborn's life. Hence the DoorDash order. Nor did we come into contact with the delivery person as the food was left at our front door. I understand suggesting other possibilities for my symptoms to protect the reputation of your business. But it is impossible for me to have caught anything as I did not come into contact with anyone for weeks. Additionally, food poisoning symptoms can begin hours after ingesting the food. Visited Walter's303 in Bow Mar for pizza and beer and had a great time. We had a group of 5 people and were able to get a table when we arrived that fit our group. We started off with some beers from their on-tap selection. They have 12 different beers on tap from local breweries. You are able to go to their website and see what beers are available and how much of the keg is left of each. I had the Dry Dock Amber Ale and it was a classic amber ale. I also got to try the Old Fashion and it was very good, blended just right and served with a nice large ice cube. For an appetizer, we ordered garlic cheese bread. This came out nice and hot and tasted great. It was the perfect appetizer for our group of 5, with lots of yummy cheese. Their pizza is pretty amazing. They are known for their hand-tossed pizza crust and you can see why once you order it. The crust is supper thin and when cooked in a hot oven is able to hold up to the mound of topping on top. I was really impressed with their crust. We had the Mile High Meat which was stacked with lots of delicious pizza meats and just the right amount of veggies to support it. We also order The Mrs. which has Italian Sausage but then focuses on basil, Kalamata olives, and red onions which is a combination I could eat every time. There are a lot of other options for pizzas on the menu, so you could definitely make more than one trip here and still get something new. Service was also great, with a special shout-out going to the bartender. He was friendly and came over to get us drinks right when we arrived even though we were not at his table. Stopped in last night for a Pizza and beer. 1st time...pizza snob from CT...Mushroom Onion Sausage and Pepperoni...Original crust. The pie was good. No particular topping stood out, but good balance. I found it to be a touch too salty (sauce?)...The original crust was excellent and cooked to perfection. Beer selection was OK. A solid variety, but a little lacking in the IPA depth. They were out of a few brews also- which can happen!...Maybe add a Belgian to the mix?..Great atmosphere!!!.Will definitely return. read more

I want to start by saying the food is pretty tasty. Atmosphere is decent. But I will probably never go back. Service was unusually slow and poor. But my main issue was with their pricing and honesty. So we ordered a Greek style pizza which was $20-24 depending on size. Their deep dish pizzas were $26-29 depending on size but the Greek wasn't listed there. We asked if we could get a Greek style deep dish. The waitress said yes, the only thing was they'd have to use a marinara instead of a white sauce. That was all she said, so we ordered one. When we got the bill, the Greek pizza alone was $42. Apparently they started with the base price of $24 then added in more than $17 of ingredients on top. I don't mind paying extra for a specialty item but when something is going to come out to more than 40 percent above every other similar item on the menu, you owe your customers a heads up. When I raised these concerns, they looked at me as if to say "tough luck." Just bad policy and unfair pricing. read more

We did a DoorDash order last night and since we've moved here we've had 2 favorite pizza places. Walter's tops the other places by far. Even for delivery the pizza was fresh and the cheesy breadsticks were amazing. I definitely recommend ordering your pizza with marinara or the garlic ranch. The garlic ranch is very garlicky which I love and works so well with their pizza. Everything we got was a hit and it also heats up really well the next day and tastes the same as the night before! read more

After all the rave reviews, I came to try this pizza for myself. What a great establishment. Has that family like feel across the whole staff. Everyone helps each other out. I ordered the 12 inch Mrs with Italian sausage, sliced kalamata olives, red onions and red sauce. The crust was perfectly thin, not too soft and not too crispy. Delicious! I would note that the deep dish crust had lost some crunch from being trapped in the box for the short ride home - I'd want to try that again fresh in the restaurant.
