The girls that serve me and my family every morning except Sundays they are closed, also Monday - Friday 6:00am - 3pm and Saturdays 7:00am - 3pm. Yum! The Almond Joy with almond milk latte is good and the Banana Cream latte is awesome. Definitely on the sweet side for lattes, so if you don't like that, ask for less syrup. Also, the little stickers used to stop the coffee from spilling are way better than those sticks Starbucks uses. I can never find a spot to put those sticks, but the sticker can just stay on the lid. read more

I think a 2 shot standard for a 24 oz drink is insane. I prefer my 20 oz with 5 shots, but at 5.50$ base with .75 each extra shot it would have ended up being 7.75$ so I added an extra shot and had a cup of milk for 6.25$ read more

I've been going to Yde's for almost 15 years, and was a daily (sometimes more than daily) customer for my last two years of high school. The staff are efficient, there's a frequent buyer program, and you can pull up on both sides, allowing them to serve twice as many customers as other drive through coffee places. You can pull up to either side, so if the orderer happens to be in the passenger seat, no problem! Since this was the first drive through coffee place in Willits, and it was constructed before SUVs were as common, the window is more reasonably placed than at other places. I never had a problem reaching the window from my Volvo, and in my heyday of latte consumption, they had my drink ready at the window by the time I pulled up. Now that I've moved out of CA, I only come back when I'm visiting my family, but I'll always have a soft spot for Yde's. read more

Rude awakening. Pulled up to the drive through then I sat there for 3 minutes before I proceeded to say "Hello". I would recommend that the staff greet a customer as soon as they get there. My coffee was $6.25. It was good but I will not return due to the poor customer service. read more

Ended up in Willits by complete accident, but the next morning my boyfriend and I were NOT disappointed. He ordered a regular iced coffee with a shot of espresso and loved it. I'm not much of a coffee drinker myself but decided to get an iced vanilla latte and IT WAS AMAZING. It was blended, you could actually taste the vanilla in it, and it was the perfect amount of sweet. Usually there's no happy medium, either too sweet or too bitter but this was absolute perfection. The people working there were really cool and down to earth too! 10/10 would recommend. The rest of our weekend we kept being disappointed by our coffees after stopping by this little hidden gem. read more

Awesome little spot! The family and I were on a l long drive south with our big suburban and pop-up trailer and in desperate need of a coffee fix. Just a few minutes off the 101, this worked out great! It was an easy drive through for us, and the staff was friendly and the coffee was delicious -and we're pretty picky. The kids all enjoyed their hot cocoa and mom and dad had a great iced mocha and hot latte. Prices were extremely reasonable. Two thumbs way up! read more

I come here almost every time I'm in willits for a spiced chai latte! Super delicious. The employees are always super friendly and fun. It's super convenient that it's a drive thru style coffee shop, and doesn't require any time at all. I've rarely had to wait in line ever. Definitely check it out. Have gone to this booth for years, and while the staff there is extraordinary, and the product is good, the owners are clueless! I just discovered that they have increased the cost of substituting regular milk with almond milk at ridiculous prices. Cost for a 20 oz. almond milk latte substitution....$4.25!!! Mind you, that's ON TOP of the cost of the latte itself, $4.75 with a total price of $9.00!!! The booth worker was even embarrassed by this. I told her to let the owners know I would not be back with prices like these, and when the owner showed up before I left, she encouraged me to tell her myself since they have tried and it has fallen to deaf ears. I did so, and was met with a response that made no sense. She said that since they had "lost money on almond milk in the past, they need to make up for it". I told her making her customers pay for their mistake was bad business, and that while I am willing to pay more for almond milk as I realize it's more expensive, I am not willing to pay more than it would cost for an entire carton for one single drink, on top of the price of the drink. I will never go back here again, and you should be warned if you're an almond milk drinker. Didn't pay attention to their prices on soy milk, but really bad business practices! read more
