My company was leading a meeting not too far from this cafe and decided to get some coffee and may have and do a prep meeting here. We were greeted by friendly employees, Carolyn and Sheldon, and each ordered our preferred drink--matcha latte, chai latte and mocha latte. The drinks were made with care and tasted delicious, we enjoyed it so much that we went back the next day before we left town. They offer seating outside, downstairs and upstairs, including a tucked away room if you need a little more privacy. They have nice decor including checkered floors and disco balls. Located in the heart of DT Vancouver, Brewed offered a variety of drinks (including beers). I ordered the cold brew with a splash of cream. The cold brew was smooth and give me the pick up I needed. I also ordered a bagel with CC that was toasted perfectly. The kind barista brought it upstairs and checked in to ensure everything was going good. I sat upstairs for about an hour and was so impressed with how the team greeted each person by name. Whether they ordered in person or online it was so cozy. read more

Stopped by Brewed while walking around Vancouver and overall it's a cute little neighborhood coffee spot if you're looking for something quick and simple. The shop itself is definitely on the smaller side with only a few places to sit inside, so it feels more like an in-and-out coffee stop versus somewhere you're going to spend hours working or hanging out. They do serve lunch items along with pastries and coffee, and when I walked in there were a few locals standing around watching TV which gave it a casual neighborhood vibe. I ordered a large cold brew and a pecan bar from the pastry case. The cold brew was actually really good -- strong, smooth, and definitely woke me up. The pecan bar, though, wasn't my favorite. It tasted a little aged/stale and unfortunately didn't really hit the mark for me (especially when you grow up spoiled by homemade pecan bars ). Service was okay but not particularly warm or welcoming. More of a "take your order and keep it moving" type of atmosphere. Nothing rude, just not overly friendly either. All in all, still a decent little coffee stop if you're nearby and need caffeine, but with so many coffee shops in the area, I'm excited to continue exploring and see what else Vancouver has to offer read more

Still one of my favorite Coffee Spots with so much more than coffee. Cocktails with coffee, breakfast Sammie and lunch Sammie's are fantastic here. The staff is always in a great mood. This is a one stop shop and they get busy so be patient . I always enjoy chatting up the staff. I had their jalapeño poppin bagel that's like a jalapeño popper(the good ones not the frozen crap). Brewed is a great coffee shop option. It feels small and cozy downstairs, but there is plenty of additional seating upstairs. I came in and ordered are the counter. I got a latte and a jalapeño pippin' bagel. The bagel was delivered to my table and it was amazing! Toasted perfectly and loaded with toppings. They called our coffee order, and we grabbed that at the counter. The coffee was smooth and flavorful. It was just the right thing for a cold morning. Oh yay - I do love Brewed! This place just makes me smile. Tucked away in the heart of Vancouver, this little gem just makes you smile. First their coffee, tea, and all other drinks I've ever had are wonderful. Fairly priced and coffee is always piping hot! It is one of the most solid coffee shops in all of downtown. The food here is just wonderful. I've never had a meal I didn't love. Their croissant sandwiches (ham, egg, and cheese) are DELIGHTFUL! The Mango Breakfast Bagel is out of this world. Biscuits and Gravy, Brewed Melt, Mango Ham Melt, The Bomb, Tuna Sandwich, and Tots are all AMAZING! Reviews whining about the waiting area are a bit ridiculous... we live in the PNW... you can literally wait outside the door 30 days a year and be perfectly comfortable. Time for a review update & upping them another star! We visit here regularly and their coffee is always delicious, and their breakfast & lunch options are quite delicious. They also serve some adult beverages, with some wine, cocktails, and a limited selection of beer & hard cider. The staff is always friendly & upbeat, too. I only wish they had more room for waiting for your coffee to be ready as they're a popular place and it can get quite crowded in the little waiting area when they're busy. read more

I came here today in the late morning for a coffee and breakfast, and was disappointed by the atmosphere and service that I received. I originally planned on taking my order to go, but decided after ordering that I had time to stay a while so I went to the upstairs seating area. I found there a passive-aggressively worded sign stating that the area was for for-here customers only, and that to-go customers are welcome to enjoy their orders "outside or at home." Mind you, the downstairs area had one singular bench, which was full, and the upstairs area was completely empty. Rather than bring me my order, an employee came to the upstairs seating area to tell me that my order was ready downstairs. The vibe was very strange to me. In terms of my food and drink, I ordered a Chaga-Ccino (a nightmare to pronounce, and the employee working front register did not hesitate to snarkily correct my pronunciation) and a Mango Bagel Sandwich. My drink was excellent but the Bagel Sandwich was foul. I would maybe come here again and only get a drink, but overall did not enjoy the experience. read more

Good staff Good coffee. Good mezzanine seating area. Limited parking on the street with 60 minute limit. A hassle for sure. Subtract walk time, order, prep, delivery and there's about 30 minutes to enjoy this place before having to walk back and get your car to avoid a parking ticket. Lovely experience here. Very delicious coffee drinks, very warm and friendly service. The prices were surprisingly low. In addition to coffee, we tried a couple of different breakfast sandwiches, Marion berry empanada (vegan), and a serving of oatmeal. All were good sized servings and tasty. There is comfortable seating upstairs. Waitstaff delivers food orders to your table. The one, and only, downside was that the menu wasn't posted or able to be viewed until we were ordering, so there seemed to be a bit of a bottleneck at that point. The food and Drink were absolutely splendid at this cafe. I am rating it low because I do not think the way that these employees were treated should be tolerated. I overheard who I would assume to be the boss or someone in charge quite literally yelling at the employee who simply just informed him of them needing more c02. They go on to argue about it, he gets overly defensive and then the whole vibe was just weird in there. I go to walk past the boss and said excuse me because it was absolutely packed in there and this man just stood there and stared at me. I had to squeeze around him. Didn't think I've been here, but turns out I did eight years ago. Great vibe, prices, and super service. Loved my KB Shooter which is meant to be consumed in one swig. You get a sensation of hot, cold, and then sweet. It's so good! And the regular drip coffee is from their own roaster, Transcendence, it was much better than average. Food wise, the half order of decent biscuits and gravy is more than fair. Lastly, while I enjoyed the frittata breakfast sandwich, there's too much egg, but others may appreciate the generous portion. A little gem of a place. read more

How I haven't done a review yet is wild! This is one of my favorite places, especially for their breakfast biscuit sandwich that has the flakiest biscuit with egg, cheese, and bacon. Their coffee drinks are always incredible - hot or iced. They have a berry bear claw that is RIDICULOUS and could feed two people (ask for it warmed up). The vibe is community with people always stopping by, chatting with the employees and grabbing their regular orders. I always recommend to friends looking for a great coffee place. read more

The cranberry mustard was wonderful on it. The sweet potato fries with sriracha mayo was probably the best I've ever had. There is additional seating on the second floor and the decorations are very nice. In one area, you can sit and look over the balcony overlooking the front desk. Service was impeccable as well. But once we realized that there was an upstairs, it opened it up and made it feel more 'quaint' than tiny. She had the veggie scramble and I had the SW scramble in a burrito. The food was very tasty.
