I love this pizza, good and fresh every time I go and regardless of what I order. Everyone is super nice here, friendly, helpful and has a good sense of attentiveness. I never have to wait long. The place is always clean and I see employees cleaning every time I'm there. I love that the dinning area is large enough for parties but also for just a few. I'm reminded of the ambiance of going for pizza in the late 70s early 80s when it was a community bonding experience. Tonight we tried the seasonal pizza, Butter Chicken Pizza. WOW, like WOW! for making it right. Yesterday, we ordered delivery! Boy oh boy was that an experience! DoorDash said they picked up at 7:05 - then the car showed it was sitting in the same spot for over 30 min. Come to find out they had gone to pick up another delivery order!! While my pizza sat and got cold! I live closer to BC than the 2nd stop they were sitting at!!! Called BC asked if they knew what was up!!! They were very upset as they knew exactly what happened. Sounded like it was a common issue. Rolland the GM immediately offered to make us a new pizza if we could come and get it. As I pulled in the BC parking lot I was notified that the DD driver had arrived at my house!!! Almost an hour after picking up my order. Now probably not their fault the food wasn't ready at the next pick up but food can't sit for an hour!! Thank you Rolland for making good on this! They always have amazing service, and the food is fresh and delicious. Both the thin and regular crust are perfectly made, not too thin and not too thick. We have so many favorites, you can't go wrong with the Brewmaster (pizza OR pasta!), and the Hero sandwich is out of this world, totally craveable! I believe, as a customer, I should not need to operate on my pizza for it to taste decently. The pizza had a lot of tomato sauce, making the ratio of sauce to cheese a good 65/35. Which tastes horrible. I ripped off the cheese to get to the sauce to remove some, and when I did I found that the underneath looked like tonsils. It didn't taste like tonsils, which I guess I wouldn't know so yeah, but it was just something I kept in mind. The mozzarella sticks were shit too. The bread part was akin to eating frozen hot dog bread where you'd get from, like, safeway. The cheese was fine but like putty. For my drink I just got lemonade which was good too. But like, how do you fuck that up? The interior was nice. There was a few gambling arcade gamses which my classmates enjoyed. First off let's start with the restaurant itself. Clean, plenty of room and TVs up all around set to different shows so that you aren't stuck watching just one thing. Next they have 5 pinball machines and they are actually working and functional. Being a pinball fanatic o was excited to see the machine and that they haven't broken down. When we walked in there was one young man at the register and so the line started to back up but almost instantly someone came from the kitchen and started getting the line down. My family ended up ordering the chicken cordon Bleu pizza and I ordered the ranch bites and mozzarella sticks. The appetizers came out fairly fast. The ranch bites were awesome, sadly the mozz sticks were a little underwhelming. I don't know if it was the breading or what, but the sticks were decent just not great. Onto the pizza, we were sitting there and everyone around us had been served their pizza. We were wondering what was up, when the manager came out to tell us that something had happened to our pizza during cooking and that they had to remake it, sorry for the delay. But in his haste to remake it quickly he accidently made it a size smaller than what we paid for. He made a medium to go with so that we were compensated. Just have to way say, that was awesome that he came out and explained everything before we even had to ask. It made me feel like he really cared about his customers. Another place off the list. Honestly I'd probably never come back. The pizza wasn't that good at all, the pizza crust was a cross between dominos and Papa John's pizza crust. There was more marinara sauce then there was cheese. The toppings were just kind of thrown on there, no love in this pizza at all. The pizza is great! We had their margarita pizza with balsamic glaze. I wouldn't order the chicken wings in the future they were not crispy at all. Great selection of beer at a good price. This is an old school pizza parlor. The only thing missing are a few old school arcade games to play while waiting for your pie to come out. I have tried their mozzarella sticks (yum), their creative pizza toppings (carbonara was delish), and traditional cheese and pepperoni pizza to go. Their ranch is DELICIOUS. Definitely a chill environment and the staff was kind, helpful, and did a great job. I've been going to Brewery City for almost 30 years. I've moved away but I always stop by when visiting family. Went there a couple of weeks ago and have to say I'm extremely disappointed. Not sure what they did but the food is not the same. I got the brewmaster pasta since it just came back and the sauce is completely different. The pizza is different too. Brewery city should no longer be classified as pizza at all. it's more of an unfinished dough with marinara and grease tossed on top. Even if you ask for the "pizza's" to be cooked well they arrive in such a sloppy fashion that they could be slurped through a straw. If soggy dough is what your looking for this is your place. If your looking for edible food then go elsewhere. I was told by "management" to go to Vic's if you want good food. I will do exactly that from this point on. I suggest you do the same and save yourself the trouble. Don't take my word alone. Check the other one star reviews. One star actually elevates the overall satisfaction. zero is a better representation of the quality. Simple, delicious, cheese and pepper shakers that work and don't have to be shook a thousand times. Definitely eat in and get it fresh I could see the crust getting soggy while in delivery. Also if you get a beer get the 25oz instead of the pint. It's only a dollar more and it's the perfect amount to get the slightest of buzz. We used to order from Brewery City frequently, but it's really gone downhill, to the point that two of my last four orders of pizza have arrived thick crust even though I very clearly ordered thin crust (as I always do), more carefully than ever since the first time they sent me a thick crust pizza that was supposed to be thin crust. I don't know if it's the staff or the management, but the quality has really dropped off. Just glad Farelli's opened a store this part of town so I have a handy alternative. read more

Then they changed their dressing and after I brought it up with a manager they tried to blame excess water in the bucket they make it. The food has gotten progressively worse the last few times we have placed to-go orders. Pizza was dry with little to no sauce. Our favorite club med sandwich which was typically moist with generous ingredients and a yummy ciabatta roll arrived recently with a few bits of chicken and dry on a crusty french roll. In addition, the price had gone up nearly 50% and formerly included fries were now an additional $2. Something we didn't know until delivery. Add a $6 delivery fee and two sandwiches were over $40, before tipping the driver. We have been coming to BCP over 25 years. We will never be back. First of all we placed and paid for our $30 single large pizza online. When we got there to pick it up the girl asked for my name but nothing came up, she asked for my phone number and nothing. She said sorry we don't have an order for you. I had to go out to my vehicle and look up the confirmation e-mail and go back in with the order number before she could find the pizza. We got it home and as you can see in the pictures that below the pizza was nothing but grease! This is never how BCP operated in all the years we have been going there. Arrived in town for dinner, and was pleased to get a Deschutes beer at happy hour price. Ordered a Reuben sandwich, which was tender and succulent, not to forget greasy good. Also came with sauerkraut inside, and I liked how it added a sharp punch to the savory sandwich. My family and I ordered some cheese bread to split, which was a lot, but tasty all the same.
