I've been here several times. That speaks for itself right there. Inside is sports themed, but I have yet to dine inside since it became Farrelli's, it used to be a pizza place called Enfernos, and because I've only ordered takeout. I have eaten outside twice when the weather was nice. It has a cute outside area. Service is always friendly. Parking is shared with other businesses but there is a designated parking for Farrelli's pickup which I love! On this visit we ordered The perfect pepperoni with sausage pizza and Lasagna soup and although it is a bit pricey, I've never been disappointed. Not sure I'd order the Lasagna soup again, but the pizza was delicious! read more

I have had Farrelli's many times and I have usually always enjoyed it. Tonight was unfortunately not one of those times. I ordered their all meat pizza, with a cup of soup and this was for delivery. The delivery was actually decent in timing but the entire food order was cold which made absolutely no sense. It wasn't like the it's been in bag cold, it was COLD COLD. It's a solid, yet pricey pizza. We ordered the meat lovers pizza with pineapple (don't hate) and it was good, but no way was it worth $40. We got our pizza to go so we just sat in the lobby, so I can't say anything about the restaurant, but the lady who took our order was nice. There's a tv with pictures of some of their menu items and their desserts look amazing, so I'm gonna have to come back to try them. read more

It took 45 minutes to get our appetizers at the bar. When the pork nachos arrived the chips were burned but cheese was not melted. There was very little pork and we were told "the guacamole is coming". It didn't come. I'd understand if the place was packed but it was a pretty slow night. Atmosphere was nice, calm and not rushed. The food is good but that's about it. The service was horrible at the Tumwater location. When my family of 4 visited, they told us it would be a 20 minute wait. So we sat and waited, a family of 4 came in and they were seated immediately-and it wasn't in the bar. I can't help to think that it may of been because of our skin color. The whole place had no diversity at all. From the customers to the staff. Let me also say, the customer service was lacking. Our waitress, Mallory was a good. Pizzas lack consistency. Crust is either burnt or soggy and skimpy toppings. The management have unprofessional attitudes. The overall experience is negative. Wicked Pies and Pizzeria LaGitana have great pizzas and the staff is friendly read more

I LOVE Farrellis!! So I decided to give the new one a try. I was just at the other location and ordered the "Dads bacon and cheddar salad" it was AMAZING! Loaded with bacon cheese sunflower seeds and greens. So I decided to order one from this locations and I got the SMALLEST salad EVER with hardly anything for almost $10 NEVER AGAIN will I come back to this location. I went back in to inform them of the difference in salads from two locations. I'm assuming it's different owners cause this one is CHEAP! read more

Not sure of why all the bad reviews. We have been coming here for a while and have never had a bad experience. We always get pizza and beer and they have been excellent. We are not needy customers so maybe that is the difference. As long as the food arrives in a timely manner, and they keep the beer coming we are happy. We have already made plans to eat there today. We have also went to the in Lacey and seems the same to me, they are both great. read more

Just left Farrelli's on a cold, wet evening. My husband and I ordered the tomato gorgonzola soup because a hot bowl of soup appealed to us on a night such as today. We also ordered two salads which we asked to come out first. Of course, the soup came out first. They needed to get it out while it was still cold, I guess. We sent it back since it was inedible. When it was returned to our table, it was slightly warmer, but still not hot. My husband ate his but I only ate half of mine, since it wasn't getting any hotter. I commented to our server when she came to clear the table and she acted like "what are you gonna do". I don't know- if somebody has sent something back to the kitchen, maybe make sure the problem is remedied before you re-serve it. We will not be returning. read more

The salads here are wonderful and I LOVE that we can purchase bottles of the salad dressings to use at home! We order carry out.

Ordered take out - got the family special with 2 pizzas, a salad, bread and wings for about $100. Meat lovers pizza didn't seem like it had any cheese on it had a flavorless tomato sauce and a little meat - a $35 pizza. The double whammy was another pizza with not many toppings and little flavor. Wings pretty good and cheesy bread was ok. Salad was enough for a couple people. Overall the pizzas were not good - I've been to 3 other Farrelli's locations and always thought it was good. Tumwater location must be trying to cut costs or something with sparse toppings and little flavor. Live close by but will definitely avoid the Tumwater location. The Brick in Tumwater is much better, or the Rock, or Vic's, or Westside, or even little Caesars. Definitely my last pick for Pizza in the area. read more

If you're expecting classic Farrelli's, then don't hold your breath. The menue apparently has changed. They don't have hot cherry peppers anymore. They used to have thick cut pepperoni, but now it's tiny, thin sliced and can barely taste it. They had 30% of the beer that was listed on the menu. Not to mention, the waitress was a complete asshole with her barrage of insults and unappealing humor and kept saying maybe we should have gone to olive garden instead. Her intelligence was not up to par to get the right size pizza ordered. The whole experience was just a complete nightmare. Any other time, I would have blown it off, but I was looking forward to it all week. Maybe check and see if there's a domino's or a round table in the area instead. read more

We've been to the Tumwater location a few times since they took over in that spot. Previously we had been to the one on Yelm Hwy with no real issues or concerns. We like having a location in Tumwater and I must say, their ranch dressing is excellent. The problem lies with getting the pizza in a timely manner. The last two visits our pizza has come to the table lukewarm, bordering on cold. The pizza tastes good, but we prefer it piping hot, not bordering on room temp. Staffing also seems to be an issue as it takes a long time to be checked on, get plates and silverware, etc. We'll give it a couple more tries but if the pizza continues to be on the colder side, we won't return. read more

This is a GREAT place. My family needed a place to have a large party meet/eat after a funeral (Nov 18th). They were accommodating to our hectic-ness and made us feel welcome. The service was quick but not rushed. Then the food came....Delicious! Great selection for a picky family and tasted great. It might just be the emotions of the day....but this place was awesome and I definitely recommend it. read more

A group of 7 of us really really enjoyed the pizzas. The hot honey drizzle was a plus all. If you've never tried it, I do recommend it on a pepperoni pizza. We did have a mistake on our pizza but we were given it for free. The staff of been very pleasant. read more

Live in the area so used to go to Infernos on occasion (before it changed to Farrelli's). Have been to this location a couple times since Farrelli's has taken over. The last time ordered an entree ceasar salad - it was TINY - asked the waitress if possibly we received the side salad by mistake - Nope that was the entree... and almost $13.00. Lesson learned. Won't be ordering a salad there again. The pizza is ok, and its close so we'll probably be back at some point, but man it was disappointing..... Infernos salads were really good and plenty big enough... read more
