Over the 11 or 12 years I've lived in the area, I'm sure I've had at least 50 pizzas from Papa Murphy's in Yelm. I've always gotten what I ordered, there's never been any mix-ups or mistakes. The staff has always been courteous and friendly, never any issues. IMHO, Papa Murphy's is the best pizza I've eaten since living in the Yelm area. If I could give 6 stars, I would. read more

I came in today, Tuesday May 7th, and ordered a favorite of ours, Papa Murphy Pizza. We had family coming from California and I ordered a bacon, artichoke, chicken pizza. Got it home and my husband put it into the oven and baked it. I guess I should have asked for the thick crust (I don't know why they ever changed it to "cracker crust"). It was lousy. Why can't the individual, out of curtesy to the customer, remind or ask which crust is preferred. I am so used to getting the regular crust I forget that some people might like cracker crust. Please be courteous and ask your customer or at least remind them about the variance in the crusts. Since your menu has changed it's all quite confusing. Thank you for listening. Walled in ordered (2) pizzas, got home put in oven, one did not have what we ordered. Phone the store, talk to the manager, told her what happen, she said it could not be. All she did is argue with me. Been going to the same store for over 7 years. Emailed guest services twice at Papa Murphy's, they said they would get a hold of her to contact me. If your pizza is wrong make sure to bring it back. They messed ours up...we called...they were closing so we were suppose to call next day per employee. Then manager gave us 20 questions on why we didn't bring it back and she was gonna have to watch videos. Not the best customer service....food was good tho...even if we got the wrong size order. read more

There are much better options for pizza and customer service in Yelm. Recently had a sloppily made, thin crust pizza with hardly any sauce that dried out when baked according to their directions. When I called to ask for a refund or a credit on a future order, manager and owner both claimed that their thin crust pizzas don't have a lot of sauce to begin with, put me through a cross-examination like I was just trying to scam them out of a free pizza. They said I should have made a special trip and driven back in to so they could analyze it despite it being after hours at the time. Yeah right, I threw it out after one piece. Not coming back here again. Save your time and money and go to La Gitana or one the better pizza options instead. read more

Friendly staff. I placed an order over the phone and the man taking my order was very helpful and got me the best deal. My order was ready on time. Easy process. Delicious affordable pizza. Losing a star just because this isn't really my thing. If you're a papa murphy's fan, you'll definitely love this place. I like soft crusts and these are definitely more crisp, but not quite thin-crust crisp. On the other hand, you get them made with plenty of different toppings- even for vegetarians. On the other, other hand, it costs are much as dominos or pizza hut and you have to go home and cook it all. It seems a little weird to me as I would think it would be cheaper. The food is good. It's a solid little place that has an exceptional staff working it. But I feel like I could make it cheaper at home with only an extra twenty minutes tacked on with ready-made pizza dough- and it takes me that long to drive there and back. I do really like that they include a little paper tray to bake your pizza on. That is deeply appreciated and I hope they continue to do that forever. If my husband's into it, we'll be back. If he's not, I probably won't bother. But, again, if you're a Papa Murphy's fan and you know the product, this is a Fantastic store and you will 100% give it 5 stars. read more

The health inspection should be called I watched and saw how the girls prepared the food many of them had their ponytails waving over the food and many of the girls we cross contaminating the food by reaching in and touching several different ingredients one after another they also brought the trash thru the food preparation station read more

On April 15th, tax day, Papa Murphy's corporate sent out a coupon for one large pan and one large "fave" for $10.40. The coupon itself reads, "Show this email in store (on your mobile device or printed) and get a Large 1-topping FRESH Pan Pizza, plus a FAVES Pizza, for $10.40. Offer expires April 15, 2014." Again, show this email "on your mobile device." Well, the owner at this location refused to accept seeing the coupon on my mobile device and we were told they would only accept the coupon once printed. Papa Murphy's has a great product.
