A cold shot on a hot summer day.. I love coming here for my Hornitos shots! Chilled, not everyone does this.. but the brick does.

To be fair, we brought a large group. We were told in advance they could handle us, but the staff was stretched way too thin. Our server was great, she was stressed, but did her best. I saw another server snapping at tables. She told them she wouldn't refill their glasses (even though they paid for drink with refills). Our server did refill out glass and thank goodness. We had to wait a long time to get our food. The food was decent, typical frozen food reheated. The cheese sticks had a nice breading. I'd love to come back and try them again in a quiet day, busy isn't their forte. Subpar service, mediocre food.

Super dry Thick as a Brick pizza
    Lisa H.

Very disappointing pizzas. Ordered take out - the thick as a brick pizza, paid for extra sauce and cheese, did not get either. The cheese was nonexistent and the pizza was dry. This pizza usually comes with cherry peppers on it, as it states on the menu. Our pizza came with jalapeños instead and it did not meld well with the rest of the toppings. 2nd pizza was the taco pizza. Also very disappointing, it was so bland and underwhelming, very scarce toppings. I don't know if they put any cheese on either of the pizzas. Sent a message to at least get my money back for the toppings I paid for but never heard back from them. We ended up throwing most of both pizzas out, and they were not cheap.

This place was amazing it had a HUGE pizza! And very good homemade fries the wait wasn't too long and you can add a LOT of toppings

Casual spot, with a bar and pull tabs! The service was friendly and quick. We got the mozzarella sticks which I thought were delicious. Major cheese pulls. I do wish the marinara sauce was a little more saucy. Our main entrees were fine but just a little too salty. The chili was great though. And the prices were reasonable!

    Delicious pizza!

This place just gets better and better. Their pizza is the best in town and is reasonably priced for the size and portions. Their toppings are high quality and not stingey. The brick hammer is one of the best pizzas of all time. Staff is super efficient and friendly and their restaurant is clean, brightly lit, and comfortable. They have an expansive menu to include breakfasts, burgers, wraps, appetizers, pastas and more. This is a great stop for locals and a great easy on and off the freeway for people passing through Olympia - Tumwater. Prices are reasonable. You won't be disappointed.

My friends and I go on family night (Monday night) and share either a family pasta or a pizza, both come with mozzarella bread and a family salad.

To my surprise, the place was packed with customers on a Sunday afternoon. I expected a slower pace, but it was anything but. The atmosphere was lively, with people playing pool and enjoying themselves. One of the unique features of this pub is a table game that many of you may not be familiar with. It's called Table Shuffleboard, and it's one of my favorites. I've played it a few times in Alaska, and it's a great game. To play, you simply request the pucks from the servers, and it's a lot of fun. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area. We ordered a couple of beers, which were fairly decent. I had the Irish Death, and my friend opted for some of the commercialized beers like Blue Moon. They also ordered some wings, which they said were very good. They recommended that if you want extra crispy wings, you should have them fried hard. The sweet potato fries were cold, but the bartender was quick to take care of that. She brought us a fresh batch in a matter of minutes. The customer service was excellent throughout our visit. I'm giving this pub a three out of five stars. I'd like to come back and try some of the food, especially in the game day environment. I'm a vegetarian, so I didn't eat much of the food we had, but I'll definitely come back and try it again. I'll also come at night to see how it is before I consider upgrading the rating. Overall, I'll be returning to this pub for a second experience.

She returned several times asking for refills and if we needed anything. She is definitely a gem to this business. We appreciated her professionalism and sense of humor. Yes it's back, this is a February 2026 review. See the menu. I love the veggie omelet with Hollandaise Sauce over the top, but the Eggs Benedict are a close 2nd for me. Lunch and Supper are the same menu. Happy hour is 4 to 6. Separate areas to have conversations but get the club feeling. Come on live music nights and feel the positive Energy from Nicole to her staff to you. It's that special, hopefully you'll meet Nicole. Since, she works just as hard alongside her team. Last week's visit included my 80 yo Mother, Service Dog, and me after Dr appointment with need to eat. We ordered a club sandwich for sharing with sweet potato fries. They brought two plates, I don't know what I was thinking ordering Broccoli and Cheese Soup too. We each could eat a quarter sandwich with another meal before bedtime. A+ for consistent excellence in the kitchen and home brewed ice tea. But! The Star of The Show was the House Specialty Cocktail Menu! I'm a gin and tonic kind of guy, Beefeaters if you've got it. So, was intrigued by 'Isn't She Lovely' on the menu. Every Cocktail I've had here has been excellent. I also am not an amaretto fan. Today was no different with light fruity Cocktail that hits the tongue hard until softened by the egg white meringue on top melting the sting and leaving a nicely complimentary drink. Now, I'm a fancy gin Cocktail kinda guy. Imagine a fruity adult version of the old mall orange julius with egg and take it up a notch for Nicole's Bar. A+ for ingenuity and taste. One of my past experiences at Nicole's Bar was with a gentleman who didn't drink alcohol and wanted something different than a 0% Beer. The patient, kind, caring Bartender asked his likes and dislikes. Told him if he didn't like the result, they'd toss it and start over. He loved the 1st mocktail made, and felt like the group with his drink that we all wanted a sip to check out. So now, for him and the World Nicole's Bar now offers a Mocktail Menu and I bet you can still get a Bartender to get crazy and try something new. A+ for customer service at the highest level. A+ for service dog friendly staff. Brought the dog a paper cup of water. Nice place, period. Rating A+ for hidden gem of Olympia! If, LGBTQ bothers you than go to Dennys. Straight Friendly!
