This space is incredibly comforting. Most of the time when an old school brewery is open, you find them in office spaces. You'd be lucky if you find a clean bathroom and consider yourself winning lotto if you find a separte men's and women's door. But Brewheim started out top notch. I did sort of regret not getting into their Indigogo campaign where you basically buy a card and get beers for half the price because their beers are terrific here. Derek the brewer does amazing beers, and personally the Stouts here are my favorite. The Mason Collab here is fantabulous, probably the stongest ABV beer in house. Dan and Eric are awesome here. I met them back at one of the Yelp beer and donut events and a few other times at Beer Events as they were pouring. But besides that, the different varieties with saisons, witbiers, ales, IPAs...there's something for everyone here. Even for the non-beer drinkers, there should be something here you will like. Oh, you can see your beers on the TV screen from Untappd. Way cool. Parking in the front is limited but they do have spots in the back and there's an entrance from the back towards the counter. The venue is perfect to decorate to your needs and host big parties. We had no issues, compared to other places. The drinks are superb and they even have food trucks! Simply put on of the cleanest breweries I've ever been to. My friends and I went here for Game 5 of the NBA finals and had an amazing time. The beer and seltzers were amazing. sad day when i have to leave a post with such disappointment. Today was such a disappointment when i had been craving my favorite beer. Went in today to enjoy a mango fuzz but unfortunately it was not available. Attempted another beer selection and just was not satisfied. Found out that management let go the original brew master and changed the recipe for all the beers. Explains why Brewhime has been dead for a while now. Why is it the higher power always changes things when times are going good. Brewhime for its location was always a solid place to go to but ever since the brains of management change things up they're dead on days they were normally busy. I hope they change recipes back to the way it was or sad to say i can see there doors closing real soon. My car was towed last week. My car was parked in an area where there was no signage saying I couldn't park there. I spoke with the tow truck driver and he says the sign is at the entrance all the way at the opposite place where I parked. Here's the thing I never went through that entrance , I went through the Brewheim entrance and there's no signage saying where I can or can not park. The staff were really friendly but I will not be returning here after this experience after I've seen several other cars which I'm sure were customers getting towed. Please post visible signs for your future customers on spots they can and can not park, especially at night when signs are hard enough to read as is. read more

They had this two drink thing with matterhackers and a costume contest. I didn't win with my costume. However, the folks that won were devoted to the craft and severely deserved the win. I'm glad I didn't win compared to the hours and days and months that those guys and girls put into their cosplays. But it was plenty fun and I enjoyed every drink they put in front of me. Somehow the barkeep knew I wanted a triple berry and dammit I got one. It was delicious. My girlfriend had the mango something IPA and it was strong as shit. It was like 7% and I just had a sip of it and I had to hold on to the chair otherwise I'd be floored and ruin the jenga display. Disappointed in this brewery and dangerous for those who are diabetic, cause most seltzers are low carb. But here they have there base seltzer, but then they add a syrup to it, to give it flavor. That's a cheat and a lie, and if your not told and a diabetic could have issues, also i know a lot of people who are doing keto and this would mis represent them as well. Also tells me they have no talent. There ipas are ok, but now has me thinking if they cheat with There seltzer, they probably use more artificial ingredients. This place has very chill vibes and the ambience is so nice. I got Life's A Peach and it was so good and easy to drink. The Mango Fuzz was pretty good too. They have so much seating available. Today, we left Brewheim brewery very disappointed because we were looking forward on enjoying our favorite refreshing drinks, Mint Mojito and Mexican Candy, however both drinks had an after taste and were bitter. The drinks didn't taste as precious times (delicious and refreshing). We usually have at least 3 drinks each but this time we couldn't finish one. The beer was tasty: Veruca Blueberry Lager, Raspberry Blonde, Peach Ginger Saison, Raspberry Wit, and a Peanut Butter type ale were all tried in tasters and we enjoyed all of them. Though we weren't blown away by anything, that's probably a personal taste thing, and doesn't really reflect on their beer. Excellent selections to suit different tastes. The employees were all very helpful (and had cool tattoos!), and were quick to serve-- they earned the nice tip I gave them! The atmosphere is very relaxed, modern, and neat. Everything seemed very clean (especially the bathroom-- good job, guys! That's a tall order in a brewery!). TERRIBLE service. I was here on a Saturday night a few weeks ago with two friends. We walked in, sat down at the bar right in front of the bartenders. I told the bartenders that I had seen on their website that they made a doppelbock and that I was really excited to try it because...c'mon, who makes a good doppelbock anymore?! I mean, most breweries these days seem obsessed with IPAs and little else. Anyway, when I tell them I wanted to order the doppelbock, they said, "Uh...we don't make that anymore. We just never bothered to update the menu on the website." OK...lame...but, whatever, I'm a good sport and they seemed to have some other interesting beers so I ordered something else instead and my two buddies each ordered a beer as well (Note: All of this happened while we were sitting at the bar directly in front of the bartenders). So, the three of us order and pay for our beers, at which point one of the bartenders wanders off, never to be seen again. One of my friends thought that Brewheim's banana beer sounded good and had ordered that. However, after a couple of tiny sips, my friend politely said to the remaining bartender, "Hey man, I thought I was really going to dig this, but it's just not doing it for me. Can I please get a Pilz instead?" The bartender said, "Sorry, but you're stumbling around so I can't serve you since you're so drunk." I and my two friends were, obviously, VERY confused because we had all been quietly SITTING at the bar since we arrived -- none of us were walking around the establishment, much less stumbling around. My friend calmly pointed out that this was blatantly untrue and, pointing to his full glass of banana beer, added, "Besides, how could I be drunk when I haven't even consumed the first glass of alcohol you poured me?!" The bartender apparently realized that his attempt to gaslight us had failed miserably, so at this point he changed his lie and said, "Ummm...well, I can't serve you because we are about to close in a couple of minutes." I looked at my watch -- it was 11:13pm and their hours were posted as being open until midnight. My friends and I look at each other, and I can tell we are all thinking the same thing: "Wow...is this place shady, or what?!" So, I quietly said to my pals, "Look, this place is sketchy; Let's just finish our drinks and go give our business to someone else." As we sat there finishing up our last few sips, two girls walk in, walk up to the bar, and order two beers. This same bartender denies them both, saying, "Sorry, but I can't serve either of you because you two were stumbling when you walked in." WTF?! These girls were clearly not drunk AT ALL! At this point, we're appalled and can't wait to leave, so we down our last sips, head outside, and call an Uber. Here's where the story gets really good! Our Uber arrives in no time flat, and a passenger jumps out and heads towards the front door of Brewheim. We get in and, after greeting the driver, I say, "I hope that poor guy you just dropped off knows that that brewery is closing in a few minutes." The driver says, "Oh, yeah...he knows. He was talking to me on the drive over here and he told me that his friend works there and he [the passenger] was heading over there to hang out with his friend after he [the friend] got off work." Ahhhh...the final piece of the puzzle. It all makes sense now. The lazy, unprofessional bartender was trying to drive off customers so that he could clock out early to hang out with his friend after hours. Hey Brewheim, your beers actually looked decent, and I'd consider giving you my business again...but not until you fire the unprofessional clowns you've got working behind your bar and get some *real* bartenders! Those idiot slackers are going to cost you a lot of business. Until you guys hire a professional staff, my beer money will be going to other establishments. read more

So excited that Brewheim is finally open! Brewheim is nestled between multiple apartment structures (behind Stadium Lofts, to the right of The Jefferson and Park Viridian) in a small unsuspecting business park set up like so many breweries in the Anaheim area. The tasting room is spacious and beautifully designed. Love the exposed brick and the view into the brewing operations. All of my visits the place was pretty busy, but I haven't had to wait or struggle to find seating - however, I don't know how much this may change over the next few months when popularity increases and baseball season is in full swing. The service is most certainly on point and the space is well maintained. My first visit I was shocked by the huge selection and how many stouts were on the menu. I opted for a taster flight to try a wide variety of types of beer - golden ale, fruit blonde, IPA, hazy IPA, stout - all were pretty tasty - not heavy or syrupy or perfumy like some beers can taste when they're trying too hard. I definitely appreciate the variety and also their consistency. My last visit, I brought home a growler of Platinum Blonde ($15) and a crowler of Grapefruit IPA ($12) - both were tasty and well done. Currently, as I write this review, I'm drinking the blueberry ale ... with actual blueberries floating in my beer. Maybe I'm just being a girl about it ... but it definitely enhanced my beer drinking experience - tasty and fun! We were lucky to experience a taste of Brewheim prior their soft opening - the owners of Brewheim held a private event at our apartment complex. We were able to chat them up and I can say their dedication to their beer is for real. They don't have a kitchen but do offer food trucks. They also have board games for play. I'm excited to try the new beers on deck and given how spacious and close Brewheim is to home, it is our new favorite spot! No question about it - we will be back. read more

Great local/community brewery but nothing I'd go out of my way for. Couldn't taste any grapefruit in the IPA and the hazy isn't really to style. The BA beers were much better. The Buffalo Trace aged barley wine and the coconut BA Ale stood out. I'd come here if I lived around the corner. Not easy to get beertenders attention - maybe me or maybe just tonight. We had my son's birthday party here and it was awesome! I was worried about having a kids birthday party at a brewery BUT it did NOT disappoint! There was something for everybody. This place was fun for all the kids and adults. Samantha was very responsive and made the whole process extremely easy. We rented a separate area of the venue and it had great ambiance and was extremely affordable. The service was excellent and everyone was extremely attentive! There was plenty of parking and zero problems getting drinks. Venue was very clean and had a great vibe. We look forward to doing future events here! My new favorite brewery! I used to have a goal of drinking at every brewery in the OC and I think I've accomplished that goal. Since then, there were new breweries that opened, along with Brewheim. I made it a mission to kill 2 birds with 1 stone so I brought my friend here since we were long overdue of a catch-up session. The interior is clean and spacious, yet very inviting. There were many tables available as well as counter seating. I could definitely see people celebrating birthdays here (maybe an idea for me in the future as well). There is a variety of beers available for all different types of beer drinkers. I can drink mostly all types of beers but my favorites are the fruit beers and blondes. They have a Raspberry Blonde perfectly awaiting me. My friend got a Nitro Stout which he really enjoyed as well. The bathroom was clean and spacious as a brewery can ever be (with more than 3 stalls for the ladies room!). The beertenders were friendly and knew when we needed them and when to leave us alone.
