I visited the Katy Ranch location today with my guy and we sat at the bar. At first i had trouble drciding on food and he had trouble deciding on drinks. the bartendar really had knowledge of the menu and helped us decide. She was very pleasant and despite a small mishap with the food that got fixed, the food, drinks and environment was great. read more

We waited about 15 minutes and no one came to table and other tables were sat after us and immediately were helped. I waived a waitress down and asked who our server was she said she would take care of us . My husbands beer took another 10 minutes and wasn't brought until he asked for at least some water . 40 mins from the moment we were sat and still no food , my kids were hungry and starting to get fuzzy because of it . we just got up and left . She brought our teas in a timely manner and took our order. We waited about ten minutes before our food came. We got the Sunday special. Thirty boneless wings for $19.99. My wife had eight wings and I had the rest. She had honey bbq and I had Thai spice and garlic Parmesan. They were tender, juicy and delicious. I don't know why they got two and one half stars . The only negative thing I would have to say about this restaurant is that the floor was dirty. This is one of my favorite wings spot. Wondering why I gave it a 3 I'm a little sad about the wing size it seems like the shrunk! The look like party wings. The customer service and the wait staff is always friendly. When I let then know that I like mine extra extra crunch the have no problem serving to me. Good spot to come what the games with outside seating. The location is near Katy Mills and plenty of parking. I always come for the lunch special because the price is not bad. I sat at the bar and made a few friends, including the nice bartender, Michelle. She was very sweet and very attentive to us all. I ordered 10 wings, which turned into 20, so I chose, ten Carolina Gold, 5 Mango Habanero, and 5 Lemon Pepper mild with a side of ranch and chili cheese curly fries. Carolina is my favorite! Found out their daily special poster on the wall, the most attractive offer for me is Tuesday special 10 tradition wings free another 10 traditional wings!!! OMG!!! I came in s wrong day!!! Anyway I already here, the images of the mushroom burgers was sooooo yummy!! So I ordered that big mushroom cheesy burger and 15 wings with 3 flavors - Thai Spice, chipotle and honey bbq. Went in today with husband and daughter and had to wait at least 10 minutes just to be seated it didn't seem like they were busy or anything I saw several workers just standing around not sure what the hold up was then after being seated we waited more than 10 minutes eventually we saw another group of about 6 people that were seated AFTER us get attended first we thought this was clearly not fair as we got there first so we just got up and left . Service was slow and quiet frankly horrible. Most staff was just sitting around. Asked for a tea and got no ice and the soda had a few pieces. Asked for a side of wing sauce and went to pay they tried to charge me $3. Told him we eat here often and other places and have never been charged extra for wing sauce, and had we been told it was $3 would have not asked for extra sauce. Was told that a medium side of sauce was expensive because of the ingredients compared to other wing places. Told them we didn't ask for a medium and was told that's fine we will just charge you $1.50. Absolutely horrible customer service! And the tenders were even over cooked. For starters if I could rate this place zero stars I would. I placed an online order for a large amount of wings. The order said it would be ready in 15 minutes which is around the time it would be for us to make it from the house to the location. All wings were cold upon our arrival. I spoke with the manager who said the wings had just came out but clearly had been sitting there awhile. My request was that the wings not be reheated but re-made. Most of the staff had an attitude about accommodating me for new wings. To top of off and make matters worse, we sat at the bar while we waited for our new food. The bartender made the wrong drink i took a sip and realized that's not what I ordered. She asked if I drank from it and I said yes then she took the straw out and served it to another guest at the bar. This will be our last visit here because of poor customer service. read more

Sat at the bar for almost ten minutes and no bartender. Not once did anyone say anything to me. One waitress was at the bar on the side with her chin resting on her hand watching tv. Another waiter came into the bar to grab menus right in front of me...no hello or have you been helped. Was like everyone was a bunch of mimes. Gave them a one star several months ago; Came in on a Wed night 2 for 1 boneless wings.Glad we are not paying much for it. Order took FOREVER. Know one in the place. Even manager noticed it was taking forever. Finally came and all was tasteless and greasy. Iced tea watered down to nothing. Do Not bother with this place! And they charge you for the blue cheese dressing too! UPDATE on 3/27/17: A good change to this place. We were also contacted by upper management to try them again. New Management. My friends & I came here on a Saturday night. It wasn't really busy & got seated immediately. The margaritas weren't very good, extremely sweet & foamy. But our appetizer was absolutely amazing!! We got the Fire Sticks & it was so delicious! I was a huge fan of those and highly recommend! We also got onion rings & they came out so quick. They were very good as well! My friends had the wings, they said they were a little spicy but still good. I had the chicken wrap. It was pretty spicy but the tater tots were so good! I'm giving it 2 stars because the service wasn't very efficient. We are sitting outside on a nice night. The waitress was the only bar tender in the restaurant so we had poor service. It wasn't her fault but I definitely think they were understaffed on a Saturday night which was very unprofessional to me. read more
