When we told the food runner our food was wrong , he looked at us and ignored us as he walked away. Server then told us we were wrong on what we ordered when we told him it was wrong. The hostess on the way to take us to the table, stopped at a table and held a conversation with a customer for over two minutes ( we stood there waiting) so we proceeded to walk ourselves to bar area. She saw us walking by and didn't even apologize. Then the man at a bar (who turned out to be one of the managers) came over without mask and proceeded to serve us. Disappointment turns to disaster. We went for the wings and upon entry I wanted to turn around. I walked past a couple walking out and it was like convicts making eye contact on the way to the gallows. The disappointment was on their face, dread was on mine. The floor had a sheen of fresh grease and the employees were all gathered a table as we walked in. We found our way to the bar . The bar tender took our order of beer with the contempt of someone who's mother had just been spit on. She passed us a menu and started to wash the bar with a rag that in a previous life had been a camel diaper. When we ordered our food, I ordered another beer. She walked by the tap and I didn't see her for 6 mins. Finally I asked the waiter for a beer, and like a cheap Vegas magician she appeared from around the corner...like she heard me..yeah. The food came out unimpressive and suspect of 3 strains of botulism. I went to the bathroom and to my surprise the floor was clean..why? Someone had left two industrial sized pump soap containers on their side and twelve gallons of soap that had spread over the grease/urine layer on the floor. Upon realizing my mistake, I skated for the door in a move that was reminiscent of Wayne Gretzky. I asked for the check, gave my card and that's when the dance began. Both my credit card and my debt card were declined. I checked my bank, money was in the account, I called my bank money was in the account, I had them run it manually... declined. They held my son hostage while I drove down the street to an ATM, which was surprising to them, but not to me, I got money flawlessly. I paid after "proof of life" and my son was released. I came here once during the Astros playoffs last year and never took the time to come back until a month ago. Ever since, I'm a regular. The price makes me wonder why other locations charge so much for the same thing. The flavors are just as various, the selection of items always let me feel like there is never a dull moment! My only complaint is the speed, but it's easily overlooked when the staff is so kind and accommodating. I can be complicated when it comes to food, but you can't say no to their specials. 99 cents beer every Thursday, 2 for 1wings Wednesday, 30 for $20 wings on Sunday, $6 burger on Monday! This is our go to wing place in Katy because traditional & boneless wings are always cooked perfectly and service is usually good. Today, we had perfectly cooked traditional & boneless wings & fried mushrooms, 4 Zigenbach pilsners that are $3 on the happy hour menu, 2 dinner salads that were good but were small & over priced at $8.58 for 2 salads. Isabell gave us good service. The good service, food & whole experience was ruined by being over charged $16.00 instead of $12.00 for the beer and 2 young boys screaming & running around the place. Instead of charging us $12.00 correctly for the beer, the female manager took off $2.98 for the 2 extra ranch dressings I ordered for my salad that we shouldn't have been charged for in the first place. So we still paid $1.02 more than we should have for the damn beer. When we ordered the beer, we made it crystal clear to Isabel, we wanted the $3.00 Zigenbach Pilsner beer that's on the happy hour menu. This isn't about money. The issue is being charged correctly for the beer. Happy hour is over at 7pm. It was 6:42pm when we left the parking lot to go home. We also now know not to see order salads at Brewingz. Lesson learned. Will not be back to this location. Will stick to the Jones Rd location. read more

I initially placed an order to go and decided to wait in the bar and have a beer while my wings were cooking. My friend ordered a Bud Light draft and I ordered a Dos XX Bottle, dressed. I was brought a draft, told him I ordered a bottle, but that I would drink the draft. No big deal. The very nice guy who took my order asked if I wanted my order brought to the bar, and I said yes thank you. Fast forward, we had both finished our beer, the wings came, but the bartender got a high top table of 6 and that totally frazzled him. I asked for the manager and told him that he obviously needed some help, because we still had not had our beer refilled. The manager filled our beer, then left him. The suicidal wings were spot on. Thai Chili Spice is usually my favorite flavor , but this one totally missed the mark of tasting like anything but sweet. The Curly Fries were awesome, though! Fast forward again, a waiter came back to the bar and grabbed a beer for a customer and literally opened it with his shirt tail. I told the manager again that I wanted to bring something to his attention and he said he would take care of it. As if that wasn't a health violation, th bartender had been wiping tables, holding his order book, and punching in the orders on the computer. He then reached into the ice cooler and grabbed a handful of ice and proceeded to make a drink for a customer. Good thing it had alcohol in it to at least kill some of the germs! Overall, the wings were swimming in sauce, the service lacked attention, and management really didn't care what was going on. Most of the staff were wearing face masks but had them pulled down under their chin. Don't think I will be going back anytime soon. read more

I tried the location in Stafford once and refused to go back, until now and that's only because my boyfriend hadn't tried it yet. So I figured I'd give it another try, but this time at a different location. Half a star goes to the mozzarella cheese sticks, which was 6.99 for 8 pieces. Not bad. Service was terrible even though the place had only 2 other families there; music was loud and tv's were on mute; waited over 10 mins for a beer; ordered 16 wings, 4 flavors and were told we were allowed to order just flats because that's what we requested, we still received drumsticks with the order. Worst wings ever!!!!!!!!!!! They come out super drenched in the sauce and super greasy. Gross!!!! Who wants a mouth full of grease? And the flavors weren't even good. This has got to be the worst wings I have have eaten. We got the Thai, Louisiana and Siracha Orange with curly fries. The fries were bland and even adding salt and pepper didn't help. No flavor. The wings were saturated in sauce and there really wasn't a solid flavor to differentiate each one. After taking off some of the sauce you have bland fried chicken wings. I always like to give something new a shot but I absolutely will never return here or any other BreWingZ. The. Ordered a good amount for 4 guys and the food was Ok. The shrimp po'boy was good and the pulled pork was ok and the Philly egg roll was good. However the waitress only came when food was delivered and when we asked for the food entree that was missing. They said it would be 5 more minutes. This meant they didn't cook or get that meal ready with the others. When asking if they forgot the food, we got the nasty look. Also when asking for a simple don't put chives and green onion on the Mac and cheese, it came out with green onions and chives. Not sure this is indicative of all performance but the place was not busy and it gave the impression that we were a bother to the staff vs. actual customers. read more

Talk about customer service!! Our winning 16yr old baseball team with parents and coaches showed up all at the same time (40+) on Sunday afternoon and shocked the hostess at first, but they immediately sprung into action to accommodate all of us while following social distancing guidelines. Even when the boys sat at tables together and parents gathered at other tables, the staff took the time to listen to which number Jersey went on the parents ticket. This made it much easier to solve the paying issue at the end. Our server, Cedric, was incredible and very personable!!!! Absolutely outstanding. Both Bunny and Jordan also made our visit wonderful with their attention to our requests and positive demeanor considering the crazy, unique situation our team put them. This location handled our group like pros and worked very hard to make sure we had an enjoyable visit. They, too, are a "winning" team. read more

Tonight we came in for the 2 for Tuesday special. when we arrived we were promptly seated and welcomed. our waiter Jayden came by a few minutes later and asked for our drink order. my wife ordered unsweet tea and was told that they did not have unsweetened tea. So she got water and I ordered a draft beer. she recieved her water right away and I got my beer 15 min later latterly 15 min and the beer came out warm. We finally got Jaydens attention and ordered the twenty piece traditional wings. we got 10 parm cheese and garlic and 30 medium traditional Buffalo sauce lightly sauced. they came out soaked so we had to send them back. when the wings came out they were so small like pigeon wings not chicken wings as you can see in the photo. definantly not worth the value. I had to laugh because our waiter was wearing a shirt that said ( because size matters.) said just what I thought when these came out. So very disappointed. we spoke to MOD and he basically said that's pretty how they come now. didn't seem concerned. so if you want good wings and good service do not go here. we did not even see the waiter hardly at all except to bring the food and check. refills on drinks did not happen at all and when our food was brought they didn't bring plates or napkins. overall we left hungry and very disappointed. read more

I hadn't been to this particular location so i wasn't sure to expect but from lower Yelper ratings, not too much. I was pleasantly surprised. Service was a little slow as happy hour was almost over (we came at like 6:55) but we asked our server to check and he got us one round at happy hour prices just after 7 as we were waiting on him. Very nice Long Island teas were tasty but not shelf by any stretch of the imagination. We tried the chipotle level wings - very nice spice level, not too hot but lots of flavor! The fried pickles were excellent however, fried perfectly light with a slight crunch but moist centered with a tangy dill flavor. Washed down with iced tea that was meh.. i saw they have great beer selections and pricing. This place is awesome for a group but two people easily had a conversation as the noise level was moderate. With the old manager gone, this place has taken a dive. Sitted at the bar and the little girl behind the bar thought she will choose who she wants to talk to. I went with a friend, as I was treating her to lunch. This human would look at my friend when I was placing the order for the both of us. She would only address her and not me. I'm the one paying and this is the customer service you want to give?? Wow! I don't care if you don't like me as a person, but this is not your business nor the proper way to treat customers.
