Came to see mid day. Balcony area is just dirty, missing tables where they should have tables but only a couple picnic benches and a big space with dirty chairs outside, the few they have. Came here years ago and was nice. Ownership must not care about bringing in a day crowd and more vastness. Employee was pleasant and I understand regulars but full attention was on regulars, 5 of the.....only people in here and all other places around are 75 percent full. Multiple places in complex so they should step it up. Could, should be a go to place but it's not. Surprised still in business. Suggestion to make new visitors want to be here...they don't. Windows by patio are all cracked as well. Not welcoming at all. read more

I came here to do a small celebration for a coworker . I bought a drinks, participated in Karaoke. We decided to go downstairs to play pool & that's when The two older ladies (bartenders) downstairs rudely informed us that we either order a drink or leave. She proceeded to say "the owner said 55 minutes and no drinks, customers have to leave. We've only been there 35 minutes and I've observed plenty of empty melted beverages in front of other customers that was sitting. We were Confused because we were just upstairs and having a good time but a whole energy shifted Downstairs. I informed the two older ladies (bartenders) that we bought drinks upstairs already and just wanted to come downstairs to play pool. So We proceeded back upstairs since it seems we weren't welcome downstairs. After 5 minutes of talking amongst ourselves to why we were being treated that way, witching 5 minutes one of the ladies followed us and said "I've been working here for 15 years and I will run it how I see it fit , so either y'all buy a drink or leave " . so we left. read more

This was my first time visit. I met a friend there for drinks as we were going across from them to the cigar bar to pick up a few stogies. When I arrived he was sitting at the bar and I sat down to wait until he finished his drink. While waiting the waitress noticed my cigar case and I mentioned we were going next door to pick up cigars. She put a large ashtray on the counter to let us know we could smoke there. We had planned to smoke on their patio but this changed our minds. We went across the way and returned after to sit at their bar. I haven't tried any of their food yet but we made plans to return on this coming Friday for lunch, drinks and smokes. We were told there Is an upstairs in addition to the patio and there is karaoke there on some nights. read more

They finally put out great specials, highly recommend ‍ they have karaoke every day from 5 PM to close upstairs with a great rooftop patio and they also have daily specials on Thursday they have $5 Espolon Jameson Jack Daniels and other things I can't remember. They also have $21 domestic buckets. read more

This place is is under new management it's done a complete 360 I love it here. Great service great team and happy hour is from 11am to 7pm i don't know of any bar that's doing that in this area. read more

I have never been to a place where i was completely ignored at the bar! I had been standing at the bar about 10-15 mins and the bartender kept ignoring me and my cousins. When we walked away she decided to talk smack when we complained that she was only taking care of the male patrons. Im a bartender as well and i know you should be taking care everyone to maximize your funds. read more

Walked in the door at about 830 tonight, a Saturday. I was immediately told I couldn't stay because they have a strict "no tank top" dress code from 9pm on. Meanwhile out of the 6 customers at the bar, 2 were wearing tank tops. Guess you have to know the girl behind the bar to be let in? My money went around the corner. Too bad. read more

Downstairs is almost clubbish with loud beats spinning and crazy lights, and odd architectural elements that go unappreciated by most as they try to flee to comfort. I find that comfort upstairs. Upstairs is a hidden gem of a bar quite different than downstairs. Large couches span two or three room spaces to give a nice healthy separation for groups to hang out together, or mix and mingle at the one manned bar. When I say one-manned, don't think that means you won't get great service. The bartender is funny, prompt, and generally a nice guy to talk to. He can also make good mixed drinks if that's your thing. In the almost-Katy area, this is one bar I won't decline an invite out to. read more

Katy is up and coming in the night scene. The layout of the place is awesome, good selection of cigars in a walk in humidor but that's about it. I been there several times and keep hoping it gets better but eventually I gave up after the last time. The sound system is weak, and the sub woofer keeps shutting off and on making it really annoying. As for the DJ that is there, he really needs a clue on what to play. His selections are of very bad taste and excite no one. As for the drink selection, its average but I suggest you pay with cash cause several people around closing time were complaining of "extra" drinks added to their tab including myself. Most female bar tenders were very helpful but the male bar tenders were bigger divas then the ladies. It tries to be Katy's trendy bar but falls flat. read more

If your trying to have a good time without being hassled then stay AWAY from this establishment. I first got hassled at the door saying I was dressed appropriately when I was wearing a polo Ralph Lauren shirt and hat, then when we get to the bar my friend isn't able to get a drink because they said his id was fake when he clearly has a REAL hologramed Texas DL he's been using since he was 16. I've been here a few times and every time it's something the brunette girl and white man in the hat has a problem with me or one of my friends. the drinks are overpriced, music is only thing good. if we didn't get hassled everytime it would be a somewhat cool place I guess. read more

Latino lady ugly bartender is a mean kunt. She gave me drink with no vodka. Cause I had buttons that I hid after she said no womens pins are allowed. I said ok it's too political I understand. So I buttoned up my shirt. They gone now. So my last 5$ she gave me cranberry. No stars and I will never ever comeback. But I give half star for other staff and MC shell, for karaoke. 2nd best karaoke mc I know (1st is Andrew at Steamers in Charlotte NC . ) And bartender at small wall bar. Ill never forget our drink we made up. I called it SKIBALL© ask him for 1. Fireball, cranberry and lime. The upstairs bartender is cool, understanding, non-abrasive guy. Stopped here to have a few drinks after dinner and was enjoying the upstairs bar until i made the mistake running into one of the regulars and her Feminist agenda. DO NOT OPEN A TAB AT THE BAR! You will be ripped off ! I am having to call my bank this morning to dispute the charges ! Last night I oredered 2 Dos XX buckets @ $21 each plus tax. I tipped $2 on top of the suggested gratuity the added and today my bank statement says $70!!!!!!!! For 2 BUCKETS??? I saw other people at the bar disputing their receipts with the waitresses. My go-to place!! Friendly Bartenders, Nice atmosphere, and great drinks at reasonable prices!! Last time i went the bartender made me a a drink he created and it was very good!! Very nice guy! I don't remeber his name cause they put a good amount of liquor in those drinks!! lol I would recommend it to anyone. read more

Aweful place! The Bartenders are cool, but the GM and District manager are aweful. Our reservation for a private party was screwed up, and we were told that my group would get 2 drinks comped as a make good. But turned out, not only did they not plan appropriately for our private party, but they also did NOT plan to honor 2 drinks per person. I talked to the district manager who was even worse than the GM. They did not plan to honor their word and capped a group of 15 of at $120. Obviously they can't count because that is not 2 drinks per person. Horrible experience, my team and I left and I refuse to spend any money at this cheap establishment. The only reason they get two stars are because of the bartenders. read more

I just wanted to let the management know that I had a horrible experience. I was in that location on Saturday and Aida was bartending. She was very rude to me and my friend who I haven't seen in quite some time. I started a tab and paid cash at the end to settle up. When she took the cash she counted it and I heard her say to another customer that I was a shitty tipper even though I left 12 on a 40 dollar tab. I can't even begin to tell you how unprofessional that is. I wouldn't recommend that bar or that bartender to my worst enemy. She was unfriendly the entire time. And now I see why that location has a less than desirable rating. I will never return. And I will make sure that I tell everyone I know not to visit. I have been in the industry 16 years and have worked all positions. I have numerous amounts of friends that I would have recommended to visit. But after that encounter I won't. I will tell everyone how Aida was rude and very very unprofessional. read more
