Nice romantic setting for couples. We started with the grilled octopus and the hamachi. The octopus was super tender and had great grilled flavor. The hamachi was probably our favorite thing overall, great spice, the sauce was fantastic, and the plating was beautiful. For main course we opted for three of their entrees. The halibut, scallops, and the cowboy ribeye that was on special. Scallops were perfectly cooked with a great side dish on the plate. The halibut had a great crust and was one of the best preparations I've ever had. The cowboy ribeye was perfectly medium rare with some incredible balsamic glazed onions. After dinner we somehow saved room for desert. Our pick were their ice cream trio, key lime pie, and pannacotta. Ice creams were all delicious with great texture. The key lime was a beautiful plate with a deconstructed element that was very fun. The pannacotta was decent but definitely would go for something else next time. As far as service was concerned Natasha took great care of us and was very helpful and attentive. Overall a must stop if you're looking for a great dinner in stone harbor. For entrees we had the trout and tuna. The Tuna was fresh and amazing! Even at $48 I highly recommend. The trout was cooked perfectly and also fresh, but I wasn't crazy about the flavor. Others might love it but I probably wouldn't order it again. We also had a side of perfectly cooked broccoli ($16). Dessert options were not enticing in our opinion.

What a gem this place is! If you are looking for an experience where the restaurant has its own…read moreenergy and vibe, this is the place! The waitstaff are highly knowledgeable and attentive. Our server set the stage from her warm greeting. You feel like you are about to have a unique experience- and you are! It's very dark in the restaurant. This creates an intimate ambience. However the energy is very vibrant. Their menu- New American Cuisine- offers both small and large plates. My scallop dish is considered an entree- and it delivered in flavor and aesthetic. You know you are experiencing truly fine dining when you are at the Harp and Crown. If you are in Philly- check this place out!

First of all an apology for taking so long to get with one of the best places to eat around . We…read moremoved down a couple years back oct 24 and finally made it TBD. A lovely greeting on entrance. My wife and I used to work at an iconic eatery in phila called Taylor's country store and both of us looked at each other and said we get the same vibes. The decorations were just what you'd hope for in an eclectic little restaurant. Located on the edge of the villas maybe 15 mins from wildwood and cape May if you're visiting down the beach or shore don't sleep on this place. Now for the food we were looking for lunch we have our go to spots but wanted to change it up and I'm so glad my wife chose TBD. Has a great menu with something for everyone. I got a hot roast beef because it's one of my favorites. Side of fries hand cut. First the sandwich was everything I had hoped for I go a couple Roast beef sand places but this has shot to the top. Gravy on the side is how it came and it was just what the sand was meant for ciabatta roll soaked it up perfectly, no prob I'm not a fan of the disintegrating gravy sand I like to control the gravy. Roast beef was thick but not out of control thick, didn't need sharks teeth to bite through it. And not any gristle which definitely mattersHorseradish on the side a little bite not your make your nose run hot but hot enough. Hand cut fries delicious crispy hot and a perfect pairing to dip in the gravy. The pickle was exactly how you want a deli pickle to be crunchy fresh and sharp flavored w real dill I will say it again perfect . My wife had the burger it was huge tasty I know because I had half the right amount of everything. She chose the fresh homemade chips they were marvelous too I know because I grudgingly gave up a few fries to have some chips. It was big enough she said she would be skipping dinner. Anyway it's the kind of place you leave saying I can't wait to go back and try the other choices because you know they will all be made with culinary care and taste great. Don't step nod or miss this place. Being on weight watchers I know I'm gonna regret finding it, but you shouldn't it's on rt 47 the sign w the two black dogs sorry no pics of the food but I was hungry and scarfed it down before thinking

He could have been a little more attentive, drinks ran out without refill. Not bad ... just not particularly fast or thorough. The roast beef sandwich is good. Plenty of beef. Great bread! Tasty au jus. The fries are handmade. My wife really liked them - I would have preferred a little crispier. So, if you like homemade fries, you'll love them. Prices are very fair. Which is good, because they don't take credit cards so you'll have to use their ATM if you forget cash. It's a good spot and worth a try.
