We came here for a quick bite. No one came to serve us for 30 mins and when we asked a waiter to help us with our order, she was extremely rude and ignored us. 10 mins later we still did not get anyone to take the order and we had to go request at the bar to help us with our orders. The bartender was super courteous and nice and the extra star is just for her. Food was mediocre , so would not recommend especially given how time is limited at airports. read more

I decided on this place after visiting multiple bars/restaurants in the airport. I also saw many positive reviews, so I committed for lunch. The Pulled Pork sliders (least expensive sandwich option) was bland at best. The pickle really made the sliders, which is sad. The great beer selections were diminished simply because they were out of beers. So, are they out due to the outrageous cost of living in 2023? A 16 oz beer will run you $12 (the cost of a 6-pack). Atmosphere is cool, but not worth the cost. read more

Wow! What incredible service at this place. I had Trung as my waiter, and he was so awesome. Missed my flight, stressed as all hell, and he went above and beyond to make my day. Ask around the airport because it's hard to find but this roof top brewery has the best views in Seattle airport. If you have the chance to get Trung you won't be disappointed. read more

I've been here twice with priority pass, ordering to go. Both times the service was terrible and the staff very unprofessional. First time, the food took forever, then when it finally came out, it was sitting behind the counter (out of reach) for at least 5 minutes before someone would bag it and hand it to me. The whole time there was a guy standing at the order window like 2 meters away, aware that that's my order because he put it there, and instead of bagging it he'a just watching and waiting for a waitress to come. They have like 7 employees coming and going at the counter and none of them could take 10 seconds to grab a bag and hand me my order. Eventually I went to the waitress to ask if she could give it to me. They also gave another customer the wrong order. Second time, I was traveling with a friend and we placed two separate orders. Mine had the zucchini fries and some other stuff. After, again, a long wait for the food, my friend's order came up. I told the waitress, "Thank you, we're also waiting on the other order with the zucchini fries, this and that". She said "Oh! We don't have zucchini fries", (this is at least 20 minutes after we had ordered,) and walked away. So I ask the other waitress to check about my order. She just says "it's coming". 2 minutes later, she hands me a bag, and leaves. I check the bag and there are no zucchini fries. I go back to asked her and she says "oh, we don't have it so we took it out". Basically they were aware they were giving out the order missing an item I technically paid for. They didn't ask if I wanted a substitution or anything. Again there's the same guy standing at that order window and his only job seems to be to watch the orders and communicate them to the cook. I have no idea why they couldn't tell me they're out of the item when I ordered, or while I was waiting at the window for the food. At that point ordering anything else was going to set me back 10 minutes, and I had paid for it with priority pass anyway, so I just took the food and left. This time also, they gave another customer the wrong order. I also saw a waitress spill some soup on the plate as she was carrying it to a table (she had like 3 plates). I saw the whole scene play out as she put the food down, seemingly hesitated to grab a napkin to wipe it out, then decided to take it to the table anyway with a simple "sorry I spilled". The same table asked for their missing drink. Waitress went to grab it from the counter 3 meters away and the customer said in an annoyed way "oh, it's been sitting there the whole time?". The whole place is a mess. Avoid if you're late for a flight. The only salvation is that they take priority pass. Food is so so. read more

Good location to watch planes and people- nicely tucked on the second level makes it a little quieter. Like another reviewer noted, the service can be harsh, and the staff seems frazzled. It would be helpful if there was a sign instructing patrons to sit down to be served. It seemed like there were always customers entering and waiting by the registers thinking they were in line to order (a reasonable mistake) and just being ignored by the staff. After waiting a bit, an employee shouted out that everyone needed to take a seat and that a server would eventually get to them, but that they were very busy. It was well-intentioned, but made the environment feel stressful. I saw another waiting customer decide to leave after that announcement. I did as instructed, and when a server showed up and put a glass of water in front of me, I said thanks and thought they would say something (anything!), like ask me if I was ready to order or say that someone would come by to do so, etc. When they didn't, I said hello and they said hello. When they just stared, I asked, "How are you?" out of habit/awkwardness. He responded to the effect that he was in a hurry, so I either needed to order now or he would move on. It was off-putting. I'm from the PNW, where politeness is habit, but I live in NYC where service can be brusk, but doesn't usually make me uncomfortable in the way this interaction did. In these situations, I like to ask how I'd feel if my parents (for whom new experiences can be intimidating) were treated the same way. I honestly wouldn't want others to experience this environment or type of service at an international airport because traveling is stressful enough. With Priority Pass, I usually go to Bambuza at the N gates, but thought I'd give this new place a try. I had a drink and the tomato bisque. The soup was supposed to come with grilled cheese croutons but didn't. I'm glad to see a new Priority Pass option at SeaTac, but I will probably stick with the trek to Bambuza in the future because the employees are always so nice. While this place has a very convenient location to all gates, I would avoid it especially if it seem busy. read more

We had breakfast here on 3/4 and were disappointed with the service and food. A few examples of the service; I asked for water with no ice and got water with ice. When he brought it over, he spilled some of it on the table. These 2 things are not a big deal. But then he then wiped it with a towel that left brown water on the table. We asked to have it cleaned and much later, they came by to wipe it. After wiping it, he dropped the towel on the floor but continued to use it - which is gross and a health violation. read more

Such a welcoming environment. The server was awesome. He gave us his favorite beers and food selections before we could even ask. The food was great, especially the salmon BLTA and the kids fish n chips! It's in the new upstairs area where it's light and airy and you can watch the planes land. Great spot for kids too. I went in with my family while we waited for our connecting flight. We have a pretty long flight ahead of us and wanted something with good portion sizes as well as a place that has something for my 10 year old. As soon as we sat T helped us out and got us started. He recommended the bulgogi Philly and deluxe burger. We got one of each and my son got the margherita pizza. Everything was absolutely delicious. T was extremely attentive and made our lunch even better with the service. We'll definitely be stoping back when we're in SeaTac. read more

Great place to stop on by especially if you have Priority Pass. It's in the Central Terminal so it's conveniently located. Had the salmon bagel and orange juice, both of which were delicious. I did takeout and I appreciated how neatly they packaged everything in an easy to carry bag. Also came with side of blueberries and orange which I appreciated. My group and I had multiple delays so we were stuck in the airport for about 7 hours. We spent close to 2 hours at this restaurant just for drinks. Our server, Cheryl, was very harsh. When we ordered drinks my friend wanted to keep a menu and Cheryl responded with "well are you actually gonna read it?" My friend responded yes and she still took it and moved it because she said that too many people use it as a place mat/coaster. I ordered a soda water and was not informed she had to charge me $5.50 (price of a soda). I wouldn't have ordered it if I knew that was the case and when I asked her about it at the end she basically said it is what it is. When asking if we could split the check down the middle she said she couldn't do that and would have to itemize the ticket first and wasn't sure who got how many of what, and we could tell it was a large inconvenience for her. She was attentive and got our drink orders right. Service did take awhile even for beers. They were busy and full most of the time we were there. The ambiance was like most airport bars-nothing fancy. I'm not sure we would return as I was uncomfortable with most interactions with the server. read more

The food was delicious and my Bloody Mary was yummy and affordable by airport standards The seating is in the mezzanine and provided an incredible view of the mountains.
