They said that I was an illegal tenant but they also had no issue cashing the checks that I made out in my name. I was writing and signing them in my name for over five years. They never had a problem until they stood to lose money. Leonard Zargas is a slumlord and if the had superintendent still works there, he needs to learn how to talk to people.
