Does anyone know how to reach Dr. Berelowitz? I have been a patient for10 years. I was out of town caring for my mother. Back now and office is closed! Tried emailing from the message on VM and it's undeliverable. Can anyone help?

Dr. Berelowitz was my doctor, too. He left his practice to join AMELI DADOURIAN HEART CENTER as a concierge endocrinologist. They are located at 400 S Rampart Blvd. Suite 240 Las Vegas 89145. Phone 702-906-1100.

While the doctor prescribed the appropriate medication, the administrative handling of my care was severely lacking. When I attempted to pick up my prescription, the pharmacy informed me that a prior authorization was required. Despite leaving numerous voicemails at the front office, no one returned my calls. The staff only responds through the patient portal, and even then, communication is slow. I eventually went to the office in person to request they submit the prior authorization, and they assured me they would. After checking with the pharmacy for three consecutive days with no progress, I contacted my insurance company directly. They informed me the prior authorization had been denied because it wasn't submitted on time--they received it the day after the denial. The office agreed to file an appeal through the portal, which took weeks to months to process, only to be denied again. After spending over three months trying to get a single, medically necessary medication approved, I have nothing to show for it. The staff appeared annoyed when I followed up, which felt particularly unfair given that proper initial handling would have saved everyone significant time and frustration. I will not be returning to this practice.

His care for my child really stands apart from the other practitioners we've seen over the years, including the very top MAPS- certified doctors in the country. Through my journey I have gained a lot of expertise in the biomedical treatment of autism symptoms and I can say that his recommendations are the best there is. His reports are very detailed and thorough. The supplements he recommends are the very best in terms of quality, but also from the perspective of ease of administration for a child. Now, if this is your first biomedical consult, you might be overwhelmed by the number of supplements he recommends. The way I look at it is he puts everything on the table so you can take over as Dr. Mom/Dad. This saves you money. Other practitioners might make things simple by offering one supplement recommendation per visit, but you have to keep going back to pay them more. The most important thing is my child is making real progress! Family, friends, teachers and therapists are commenting that they see the difference. I'm also grateful to Dr. Nik for pushing me to try S2C. I didn't really believe him, but it turns out he was right. My child is a brilliant speller!!!!

Initial purpose of visit was to renew a prescription for my thyroid medication, which I knew would require blood work. Came in today and left with a prescription to start immediately, documents to take for my blood work at any nearby Quest center, and a follow up set for 3 weeks out. Very decent! Office staff at front desk was friendly and helpful. Doctor assistant I saw for weight/BP and initial visit conversation was pleasant and personable. Doctor himself came in quickly, was professional with a warm demeanor, and addressed my concerns thoroughly before moving on. The most impressive part though, is that from first walking in and completing initial paperwork, to waiting for a room, taking down my stats, seeing the doc, getting my prescription, and paying/setting my follow up appointment - I was in and out in under 45 minutes.

I see her for my annual Pap and now I am seeing her for perimenopause symptoms and hormone replacement. She is so attentive and doesn't miss a step. I had tried the hormone pellets and they were great just not sustainable realistically long term financially for me, because insurance doesn't cover it. $500 every 3 months is tough for me so I was looking for another option. She asked all the questions for me so that I did not have to know everything to say. She even had information preprinted and gave it to me so that someone my age knows what I need to be doing for myself and my health. I was given an option that would be more affordable and I left the office feeling empowered and hopeful that I will be feeling better soon. She encouraged me to follow up in 9 months. She said she would refill my prescriptions and the back office staff asked me to call to schedule my appointment for October in April when the that part of schedule will open up. The office is busy and there are multiple doctors working and seeing patients. The front office is running smoothly though. I felt like they were pleasant. They have a long lobby with several areas with chairs to sit. The nurse that brought me back, took my vitals, roomed me, and was very nice. I recommend this office and especially Dr. Falcone. She is top notch. Very professional, knowledgeable, and has an excellent bedside manner. I am grateful to have her as my doctor. I would call ahead to check if they are contracted with your insurance and make a an appointment. They are conveniently located in Henderson and they are in a medical complex with a lot of parking. I definitely recommend Dr. Falcone if you need an Gyn.
