Andre Kozlov is the director and he rarely misses a training day. He is even on the courts while his son Stefan Kozlov, currently ranked ATP 155 in the world, plays an important match somewhere around the world. If you are into high intensity tennis training for your kids this is the place. Other coaches who are helping Andre Kozlov are amazing as well. Coach Sasha and Coach Robert are great with the kids. He thoroughly explained the membership offerings and facilities, and thoughtfully matched us with trainers and classes aligned with our goals. He has consistently served as a supportive and reliable point of contact. I joined in September 2025 after more than a decade without regular exercise and was completely out of shape. My husband, while naturally active, had never worked out in a gym environment. Based on our medical needs and age--both of us in our 50s--Aaron recommended we train with Matthew Rossello. Matthew is an extraordinary trainer: highly knowledgeable, upbeat, energetic, and genuinely invested in our well-being and progress. Each session is unique, engaging, and tailored to our needs. On days when I feel unmotivated, knowing that Matthew will make the workout both enjoyable and rewarding is what gets me through the door. In just four months, both my husband and I have made progress we never imagined possible. Aaron also recommended Pia's indoor cycling classes, and she has been fantastic. Pia is incredibly entertaining, curates great music, and designs classes that are dynamic and motivating. Her sessions incorporate a variety of movements and speeds, and even include a brief meditation. I truly look forward to her classes--something I never expected to say about cycling! We have also come to enjoy yoga classes with Angela. She brings a calming, mindful approach that helps relax both body and mind, while offering stretches that leave us feeling renewed. The club overall is excellent. The facilities are comprehensive and consistently clean, and the food is outstanding. My only suggestions would be to address maintenance needs in the showers and consider enlarging the sauna--along with adding a more visible clock. Despite these minor points, our experience at Midtown has been overwhelmingly positive, and we look forward to being members for many years to come.

Tree Tops Park is located in central Broward County. This park is very convenient for weekend…read moreparties, weekday playground play dates and nature trail hikes both on foot, bike, or horse. I enjoy the early morning stroller walks with my granddaughter because during the weekdays there is no charge to enter and park to walk the trails. There is a very nice indoor/outdoor pavilion that is often rented for special events. There are multiple area for both child play under a covered playground and a covered area for adults to use the manual workout machines. The wide open space is great for horses to get a nice ride and to rinse off at the watering areas. The lakes and streams are filled with wild life that is indigenous to the area. Just taking a walk and listening to the sounds of nature is truly calming. On the weekends this county park gets very loud and crowded but because the park is so massive, there is always a place to relax.

As a spooky girl, the Banyan tree captured my fancy. It's stood tall and majestic with its hanging vines forming a shelter like structure. At the time of my visit, there were a few ladies sitting under it getting ready for a drumming circle. We watched for a bit before moving on. The park has loop trails. It's easy to follow via the trails app. It's a great place for hikes, long walks or for just taking a break from people. The kids would love it here as well. We walked past a few play grounds and biking trails. I plan on taking the kids back soon for some fun. 10/10 as far as parks are concerned.
