Having now received the bill, Spectrum is telling me this is a "subscription service," and while I disconnected only 10 days into the billing cycle, I'm required to pay the entire total. But...the tenets that moved in also are paying for service. That means Spectrum got paid for service at one address twice for the better part of the month. If I could rate the customer service I got from the supervisor "Jennifer" anything lower than 1-star, I would. She was short with us, and quite terrible overall.

His pricing is lower than most but higher than the cheapest. But I'm willing to pay extra to guarantee an actual apple replacement screen and for the lifetime warranty thing that he does. I've tried icracked before with a related repair after hearing some mediocre reviews and honestly they have a ehh (2.5-3 stars) program but the people or "technicians" are horrible. I'm not sure how they passed through their program. He also does a little follow up just to make sure everything is good and asked if I could write a review if I felt that his work was decent and if I wanted to write the review. Well I'm saying, GO TO THIS GUY! He will not let you down I promise!

We signed an agreement for bundled service at a set price that we were very happy with. Wow did the nightmares start after that. DO NOT TRUST what they have you sign. Ours turned out to be useless. He didn't run anything through correctly, ATT&T depts don't let you email what you signed, they just tell you what they can see on their end. We spent no less than 10 hours on the phone over 2 weeks with dept after dept in a bureaucratic mess. I felt bad for the call center people who tried very hard but are stuck with what they are allowed to do even when they try to fix it and understand the ridiculousness of what happened. They said it's an issue with these neighborhood sales. You are taking a bet that any of it will actually stick. The useless contract you sign doesn't seem to go beyond their tablets. They either have to enter the deals they promised you later or you will just get a zero discounted, way more than whatever company you gave up, crazy bill. And then another and another in a short time. I am looking clearly at exactly what we signed but no one can do anything about it. And they do not accept emails. Minimum 2 hours at a time on the phone. Almost every day. Told repeatedly it's being escalated. Only to start over with the next agent/higher dept. Never fixed. No accountability. Ghosted by the manager who only left us with a girl he was training's number. She (Areli) seemed sweet but stopped responding when I said the department I was talking to was asking for his full name and contact information so they could clear this up. He clearly told her not to give it. Left decades with Verizon for this absolute nightmare that we still can't get out of.

As a prior Verizon Business employee everything I learned about customer satisfaction ended there at the Corporate Verizon Store. Our motto used to be " we will do whatever we can to retain good customers", if I had not just purchased a new expensive phone I would have selected to go to a less reputable company. But, the question remains...is Verizon the better Company? No! No they aren't- not after my customer interfacing experience today. The customer service I received on April 24, 2024 around 11:30 a.m. everyone employed there should be Re- TRAINED or let go!!! It matters not that I am of a certain age over 60, and had problems transferring my data from my old phone to the new EXPENSIVE one, the " Verizon employees" were more than rude, not willing to assist and completely shut me out. After sitting there totally lost, I left. Did they even notice this senior was frustrated and left the building? I got in my car and felt completely confused and helpless... This company has to have the WORST customer service ever. First, they couldn't understand that I wanted to cancel a repair visit by the tech and repeated said they would cancel the service - how many times in ONE CONVERSATION do you have to explain it? Then they connect you to the service department, who after 7 minutes of nonsense says OK they have canceled the request for repair. Then the next day at 9 AM sharp the tech shows up (TWO DAYS EARLIER than he would have been supposed to, had the visit not been canceled). The customer service is completely worthless and dangerously inept. Oh and now my billing "pay by" date has mysteriously been moved up by a half a month.
