What in God's name is a delayed call? What happened was Secur Tek FORGOT to take my system off of TEST when they changed my smoke detector. Someone dropped the ball and did not want to credit me 6 months of monitoring. I thought I would give them another try, but last evening, I mistakenly tripped the alarm. CRICKETS!!!! No monitoring call, nothing. I contacted the company/left a voice mail, as well as contacted the after hour person. Greg who sounded as if I woke him from his sleep, called me back@ 1150pm. As I explained how no one from monitoring has called,he abruptly told me "When I am okay, call us and we will help you". WOW, and I repeat, WOW! he obviously did not want to be bothered. As of now, I have not heard a word from Secur Tek and the system continues to blink. I decided to give them another chance and called the same representative to reschedule. We set a new installation date for September 9, 2025. I contacted CPI and spoke with a manager, who assured me I'd receive a call back from a supervisor and the sales rep--but that never happened. This experience was extremely frustrating. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how they treat current ones. I ultimately had to call back just to request a refund for the taxes I had already paid on the equipment. DO NOT go with this company.

I had a faulty system which they could never fix! It constantly went off in the middle of the night having police dispatched to my home on multiple occasions! The manager Chris who came multiple times was rude and could never fix the problem! | CANCELED the service and 4 yrs later they reported a huge balance to my credit report ! I moved from the residence two years ago! Please do not use them ! There are multiple companies to choose from! The company had a contract with my builder!.! also spent many many days on the phone trying to work with them !
