They made a deposit for materials, and after cabinets was installed they start coming up with all kinds of excuses just do not make a payment. But apparently they were posting the pictures of the job stating it's "completed" . After weeks of waiting for payment we informed them that we are putting lean on the property and taking them to court for non payment , mean time we got in touch with home owner and informed them about entire situation. I expressed the urgency of getting the work done this week, and I was told that they would come this morning, probably around 9:30 AM. At 11:30 AM I called and asked if anyone was coming. The person who answered, who is the same person who scheduled my appointment, could not find any record of my name or address. I told him that we had wasted our time by making an appointment and waiting for them when they were a no-show, and that I would not be calling them again. He then said that he had found my address, and it was on the list for "Mike" to come to our house first thing this morning, but he did not explain why no one showed up. As it is possible that he made up the story about Mike after I gave him a piece of my mind, I have no basis to believe that he "found" the record of that appointment. Based on this no-show, I would not recommend Village Plumbing to anyone.
