Wow!! Dr. Chavez and her staff are amazing. Everything from setting up my appointment to my procedure was such an ease. Since this was my first visit I was a little nervous but as soon as I walked in that door they greeted me like family. They make you feel so comfortable, they give you a short little tour to make sure you know what room you'll be sitting and where all the other rooms are at. I had a very comfortable examination and cleaning with Dr. Chavez. She provided me with a thorough consultation and was upfront and honest about the health of my teeth. It's a plus thats she has a great personality, is full of spunk, and is pretty funny! I also loved her assistant, Irene. Irene is knowledgeable, caring, and has a great attitude. Irene educated me quite well on dental hygiene and provided some good tips! At the end of my service, I was given a treatment plan and was informed of the potential cost of my service, insurance coverage, etc. Overall, I have never had such comfortable and fun experience like I did with Dr. Chavez.
